Large master suite with sitting area offers a king bed and a unique sunken 'Navajo' style oversized mosaic tub and shower that looks to an outside cactus garden...enclosed for privacy, of course. Add a queen bedroom with a full bath adjacent. Also, spacious third bedroom featuring 2 twins AND a queen, And a fourth smaller bedroom with a full sofabed.

This Southwest style home features extra seating in living room including recliner, queen sofa sleeper and extra sofa. Home includes free cable/sat, 1 DVD, 5 TV's, Wifi Free.



Vegas is 2 1/2 hours Northwest. The Colorado River town of Laughlin is only about 1 hour Northwest. The Parker Strip along the Colorado...past the lake and the Bill Williams River Reserve...begins about 25 minutes South of Lake Havasu City

Great Stay at Lake Havasu

I stayed at the property for a full week and it was perfect. Great home especially the backyard you can grill and swim when the weathers good. Also within a mile walk of most food places and the beach!

Spring Break

House was spacious and accommodated all 10 of us with space to spare! The pool was perfect and hot tub was great. We played pool and had bbqs. The location was centrally located and was close to the lake and London Bridge and shopping as well. My mom said it had a good “vibe” there. We had everything we needed and Terry was a great communicator. We will definitely go there again!!

This location is great for a visit to Havasu, the 4 minute drive to the London Bridge, perfect position to the best eating locations in town, and overall location makes visit easy to enjoy all that the lake has to offer. Terrys house supplied with all you need for a comfortable stay and my family and I will be booking again.

Great Location

Nice neighborhood and within walking distance to the lake, bridge, and many other attractions. The pool was great for the kids and was used every day! Bedroom setup was perfect for what we needed.

Short walk to Main Street with restaurants and bars, house needs small updates but clean and comfortable except 4th small room had a pull out uncomfortable mattress that after talking to Terry said he was going to be replaced. A nice upgrade would be a Keyless entry lock.. Overall great place to stay..

Great home with wonderful host!

I went to Lake Havasu City with a few friends to visit our friends who live there. We stayed in this home and it was wonderful! Even before we arrived, Terry was very communicative and accommodating. He wanted to ensure we had a good stay, and we absolutely did! The house is lovely, was clean and well-appointed. We loved the pool and hot tub! It was a great location and close to our friends. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

A Great Getaway!

Super clean, and one of the best stocked properties we’ve stayed in with a perfect location close to everything. Communication with the Host was very responsive and helpful. The house had plenty of room for all of us and everyone enjoyed their stay. The pool and spa where our favorite and they got plenty of use! We will definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent older home with great owner/caretaker

The home is well taken care of and everything was very clean and ready to go when we got there. Very reasonably priced. It was a bargain compared to some of the other houses we looked at renting and the pool and pool table were great to use with the family.

Great house in central location

We rented this home for our 10 day family trip. At our max, we were 6 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room. The pool was nice and cool, and Terry was great about checking with us to make sure all was well with the house. Will definitely rent from him again!

We were a group of 7 and the house was perfect for us. The property owner is a wonderful person. Very accommodating and easy to contact. The house is very clean and nice. Very close to the lake and town. Played some pool and in the pool! We had a great getaway.
