Cute bungalow in a great location on one of Ann Arbor’s most unique streets. The street features large trees with homes built in the 30s and 40s.Very safe and quiet area. Close to Michigan Stadium, 1 mile to campus and downtown, close to shopping, parks, restaurants, and bars. Great park just 5 minute walk away. Classic house with modern updated kitchen. 12x12 deck. 50 inch tv with every streaming service! Thousands of channels from all over the world! Slate pool table. New washer and dryer. New Refrigerator.. Briarwood Mall 5 min away. Bus stops at both ends of the street. Washtenaw Dairy 10 min walk. Drip House Coffee 10 min walk.
