Welcome to our family vacation home!
The villa by Bridgewater is a beautiful four bedroom home located in the quaint and nice community of Bridgewater Crossing while being close to all shops and restaurants. With its open space, lovely decor, its conservation views and its prime location, our Florida home will make the perfect relaxing vacation retreat for you and your family.

Close to Disney (15 minutes), Universal Studios (35 minutes), Sea World (30 minutes), Legoland,…along with the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic beaches (within an hour drive).

There are many shops and restaurants near by:
- Publix and Walgreens (5 minute-drive)
- Champions Gate shops and restaurants are 5 minutes away.
- Posner Park (Marshall’s, Target, Best Buy, Ross, Dicks, many restaurants and more) are10 minutes away.
- Walmart is only 15 minutes away.
Our community is also located only 3 miles from the prestigious Champions Gate Golf course and a few miles from many other leading golf courses.

Our clean and non-smoking villa offers everything you have at home. Cable TV, FREE wireless internet access, free national calls, fully functional laundry machine/ dryer and a fully-equipped kitchen (stainless steel appliances including oven, microwave, dishwasher, a large side-by-side refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker and all the needed kitchenware).

The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort (except for the garage) and its 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people and two small families.

At the back of the house, there is the master bedroom (with the king size bed, a comfortable mattress and a 40'’ TV with more than 200 channels) and the master bathroom and closet. There is also the Mickey Mouse Retreat with 2 twin beds and quality mattresses. Those two bedrooms are overlooking the pool area.

At the front of the house, a comfortable guestroom (with a queen size bed and a 40” TV) can welcome another couple. There is also a kids bedroom including a bunk bed with two quality twin mattresses and 32” TV. A second bathroom can be shared by the guests sleeping in this part of the house.

There is also an inviting dining room and a comfortable living room that includes leather couches and a 40” flat screen TV with more than 200 channels and internet access.
Let’s not forget the game room with a dashboard, a pool table and foosball table!

Our heated, private, screened pool overlooking a woodland conservation area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a refreshing dip after a busy day at the theme parks. The house is located on a large lot insuring a lot of privacy while sunbathing and swimming. Guests have full use of the community facilities: 2 tennis courts, a basketball field, a large community pool, a pond and a lake. Everything being only at a 2 minute walk.

Good stay in cooler weather

Nice and spacious and a good location. Quiet and the main bed was very comfortable. The host and property manager were very helpful indeed when we contacted them about a small matter. The pool was warm enough for me to swim in several times at an unseasonably low air temperature. Great for a family. I'd like enough toilet roll to be provided As tourists, I really don't want to be doing that sort of shopping, but maybe a few guests have abused this in the past?

All the ingredients for a wonderful holiday!

We had a wonderful holiday in this villa. The area is really nice, quiet friendly and private. Christine was very quick and helpful in responding to any queries i had. The villa was beautifully clean and very well equipped. The only thing i would say is you have to add time on to your journeys and plan ahead as the traffic on the I4 and 192 is always bad. We would definitely recommend this villa, and would happily book it again the next time we come to Florida.

Great location

The house was in a great location - close to the parks and all the things we wanted to do, but also nice and quiet, close to an area of nature. It was well equipped and really comfortable, with everything we needed. There were a few issues on first getting there, the TV was not working properly, the AC stopped working and a number of the lights were out, but the owner was very responsive as was the maintenance company when we contacted them. The maintenance company should have probably checked the property before we arrived which I don’t think they did, but within a day everything was fixed. So all in all it was a great stay and a very nice house which we would like to return to.

Lovely home in Davenport

Christine’s home was realistically more than we needed for just myself and my husband, but we had more room to store the shopping! We picked this rental because we’re familiar with the area and it being close to everything you need eg Publix, close access to I-4 for Disney etc and we can recommend 4 Corners Tavern! Communication with Christine was excellent before and throughout our stay. We had a couple of very minor issues, caused by things outside of anyones control and Christine responded promptly and courteously. The pool is a great size and perfect temperature for cooling off from the Florida sun. The house is excellently equipped if you wanted to dine at home during your stay. We particularly liked the pool table and dart board in the garage. Christine’s home would suit 2 couples or given the layout, 2 families with 2 smaller children each, allowing for each family to have some privacy if needed. The master bed is one of the comfiest we’ve ever slept in and the shower and bathtub were fantastic too. If we travel as a smaller party to Florida again, I would definitely consider staying at Christine’s - if she’d have us! :)

Fantastic villa - highly recommend!

We have been to Florida many many times and always book a villa in the Champions Gate area for our trip. This property has been our favourite, it was really homely, has a large pool, lovely outlook, amazing comfy bed, very easy to check in and out, had everything you needed and great, quick communication with Christine too. I can highly recommend this villa for its location too, it’s close to all the parks and as we’re well acquainted with the I4 we knew to check Google maps before we left to check the traffic which is to be expected any time of year in the attraction area. Thanks for a fantastic stay and I hope to be back very soon :-)

Brilliant villa

This villa surpassed expectations, it looks lovely on the pictures but doesn't truly capture the size of the space. All the little extra amenities available - towels, beach towels, pool toys all the kitchen appliances all much appreciated to make the stay so much easier and more comfortable. All information sent over in good time to be able to access the property and the owners checked in with us to check everything was ok which was a nice touch. No issues whilst staying so no other contact made but all contact information readily available should I needed to have. Would definitely recommend staying here

Love this place

We had a fantastic 2 week stay at this lovely villa. As a family of 4 there was ample space for us all (in fact another family could have stayed too). It’s in a lovely area which is peaceful compared to the craziness of the parks. We loved seeing and hearing the local wildlife from the patio. We all enjoyed the pool which is a great size as there is enough room to actually swim if you want to. It was great to have it heated too although there was an issue with the pump while we were there but we reported it and someone came out that day to sort it. We had great communication throughout the booking and actual stay with the rental people. It’s also a really easy journey to Disney parks and has lots of shops and restaurants nearby. All in all a fab place to stay and we would love to go back one day.

Fantastic Holiday Villa

This was our first holiday to Florida so we booked the villa at Bridgewater without knowing the area. We were absolutely delighted with our choice! Everything was perfect. The area is about 20-30 min drive to Disney parks and only about 5 mins to Champions Gate for the bars, restaurants and PUBLIX supermarket. Publix is quite a bit more expensive that Walmarts but it has better quality fresh produce available and was more convenient to drive to. The villa itself was large. 3 out of the 4 bedrooms have ceiling fans that did a great job of spreading the cool air from the much needed AC. The pool was probably the best part, it appeared newly refurbished and was much bigger than the surrounding villa's pools. The kitchen and utility room had new appliances and the huge fridge freezer was easily big enough for 5 adults' food and drink requirements. If we are lucky enough to return to Florida then we would definitely try to return to this villa and I have no problem in recommending this to other holiday makers. Happy Holidays!!

Rented a few villas in Davenport area, this is by a mile the nicest villa and the easiest to access the parks. Villa was clean and well equipped, pool was awesome and would recommend the villa to anyone. We will book again soon

Lovely villa in peaceful location with private pool and green outlook

We visited the villa in the very last week of March 2019 and had a really nice stay with four adults and two children (4&7). The villa was spotless for our arrival and the entry system and instructions were clear and easy to use. The master suite is very spacious and luxurious and the kids loved the twin room as well as the bunk beds. The pool is a great size and we paid extra for the pool heating which I would highly recommend. It was delightful to get in to a pool at 88 F and this turned a 'daddy task' into a family affair. Christine was a brilliant communicator and Chris the maintenance manager was very helpful. During our stay the pool heating stopped working and we naively doubted whether is was our perception of the temperature or maybe a levelling out of the temperature. By the time we informed Chris and it was remedied, then warmed back up to temperature we were going home! So a word to the wise, if it doesn't feel delightful it isn't working. It took us around 20 minutes to get to most placed we wanted to visit however you do have the lovely shops and restaurants of Champions gate closer to hand. There are three things that would have made our stay a faultless 5 stars, these would be: (1) a small pantry selection for arrival - we had been travelling since 4 am that morning and arrived in the villa at 11 pm (effectively) - it would have been sensational had there been bread, milk and spread just to tide us over until the morning.* The fridge has a water filter which was excellent, and an ice dispenser although it was a little temperamental. (2) The bed in the double room was very comfy but the base was very noisy ever time my husband moved, I was zonked but it did affect his quality of sleep. (3) There were some dishwasher and washing tablets provided which was excellent. We ate out a lot so we managed with the dish washing tablet quantity but a few more would have been ideal. My little boy ended up with a raging temperature so we used the two tablets provided to wash some bedding. Some extra tablets would have been perfect particularly as we later discovered a note 'suggesting' that we may want to put some towels in a wash to help the cleaners with their turn around! I would certainly recommend the villa to anyone wishing to visited the Orlando area and thanks for letting us share you beautiful home Christine.

Lovely villa, and great booking experience

Villa was lovely. In chronological order, *booking process and communication with the owner was quick, simple, easy to understand and efficient. *paying for the villa was simple and worry free *finding the villa and ‘check in’ was easy, good instructions and easy access *the villa itself was clean, well maintained, nice big rooms, really comfortable beds. Having access to laundry facilities was a god send when away for nearly 3 weeks. The pool area was nice although we didn’t use it much because we were out at the relevant attractions a lot of the time. *The local area was good, easy to access shops and local facilities. The theme parks aren’t that far away at all and easy to get to...although Florida traffic was something else sometimes! Overall the villa was great, the experience was great and we had a wonderful family holiday.... Thanks to Christine and the Management company that looked after us so well! The Horton’s

2nd stay here and plans already in place to return

This was our second stay in the property following a visit in 2015. This house is perfect - from the location to the decor/layout to the management of the property both by Christine (home owner) and the management company in Orlando. On arrival the house was spotless and there was a great welcome package full of very useful information both for first time visitors and those coming back to Orlando. The house is in a quite location about 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport and around 10 minutes from all the Disney parks. Universal Studios is around 30 minutes away but its an easy trip up the I4 east. The house has a lovely swimming pool which is not overlooked - it has all quality appliances in the kitchen that are easy to use. The bedrooms are lovely and the master bed is so big and comfortable we wanted to take it home with us. The house has excellent wifi so you can set up to your visits on your Disney App. Might not be important for some but I love the fact I can watch the premiership football on the cable TV set-up on a weekend before heading out. The house is about 2 minutes away from the Champions Gate complex which has expanded massively even since our last visit in 2015. It has some great restaurants like Chilis, Millers and Red Robin along with fast food places like McDonalds, Dunkin and Subway. The house has two publix supermarkets right it on its doorsteps which is really handy too. In summary there is not much we don't like about this property - in fact nothing really. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone and would guarantee you would have the best stay. We are already heading back to the house in September this year and taking people for their first visit and we cannot wait to get back, show them Orlando and introduce them to this 10/10 house. Ideal homeaway from home

Beautiful home with everything you need, Christine and the management team she.employs were great to deal with and sorted out any minor niggles straight away. The pool is much bigger then your average holiday rentaland we spent a lot of our time relaxing outside, we are hoping to go back in 2017

A Tranquil and Beautiful home

We have just returned home from this beautiful home, we stayed for 3 weeks and it flew by,the house is tastefully furnished and every thing we needed was there. I have some mobility issues and didn't have any issues getting around the home, the furniture was very comfortable, I swam in the oversized pool and exercised every day it was great sitting outside and watching the local wildlife go about their business, any small issues we had were taken care of straight away by Christine's great management team. I look forward to staying there again.

The property was very nice as was the pool. We were frustrated that there was not enough toilet paper or paper towels. There was no dish soap at all, one tab for the dishwasher - which didn’t work and we had to wash all the dishes by hand. The garbage disposal backed up and we had to bucket the water out the property manager did fix the disposal but not the dishwasher. We were disappointed that there were not enough towels - extras for the pool for example. Every VRBO we have stayed in had at least the bare necessities. We had to buy the stuff and then had to leave it there. Hopefully it stays for the next guest. Very close to the theme parks etc so that was good.

Met all our needs

The house is clean, tidy, and met all our needs! We enjoyed the heated pool. The house has a great set up of 2 rooms towards the front of the house and 2 towards the back. The house is very centrally locatedClose to groceries stores, restaurants, and Disney parks. We enjoyed the pool table in the garage also.

Great size and distance from Disney

Overall, the place was great and perfect for a Disney vacation. Only negative is it would have been nice to have a few more basic items onsite (i.e. more than one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms, a couple more trash bags, etc) and washcloths as we were only able to find towels and hand towels.

Relaxing

The house was in a nice location for restaurants and groceries. A short distance for Disney. We did need to go to store for hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and condiments such as salt and pepper as there were no condiments and only the roll of toilet paper on the holder and paper towel on holder. Limited dish soap and bar soap for hands. We were there for a week and wash hands frequently. No wash clothes for the bathrooms.

Disney Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay for an affordable disney vaca with our small children and parents. It was a short drive to the parks but with traffic in the morning took us around 30-40min drive. The house had a pack n play and strollers which were very helpful to have. I liked how everything was on one floor with the kids and not worrying about stairs. Lots of space and very clean. Would recommend this place. Thank you again for letting us stay at your place.

Central Florida is a great vacation area for families.
