Good but room for improvement
The property listing is very accurate, even in the way it eludes to the decoration and furniture being gradually updated. The pictures are a true representation of the property's appearance. Some of the features are a little dated but it is clear that investment is being made. The couches in the lounge area should perhaps be next on the list as they offer little support. The headboard on the master bed needs attention as it creaks with any movement. The main negative was an obvious old blood stain on the master linen. We swapped it for another off one of the spare beds but this should not have been put on the bed in the first place.
The pool area in lovely with good seating and loungers. The kitchen is well equipped with all you could need. The extra large cool box in the garage was great for out trip to the beach and there are plenty of extras for families with young children.
The location is very convenient for access to Disney and Universal parks as well as numerous shops and restaurants.
With a little more investment and a little more attention to detail this could be a 5 star property.
