Hello! I have lived in the PNW my entire life. I have spent the last 28 years living on an island between Washington state and Canada. In my spare time I love to garden, work with stained glass, crochet and knit.

I love this neighborhood because it is peaceful and cared for. There is a diversity of residents and everything is at our fingertips.
What makes this property unique
I curated this space from an empty, neglected space to an inviting, comfortable home. My partner and I did the work ourselves with an occasional helper. I will be managing the property in all aspects myself rather than hiring out the management, maintenance, and cleaning. This gives a unique opportunity for everything to be well cared for.
