About this property

Gather at this secluded 4600 sq ft. waterfront home, affectionately known as the "Bunkhouse" which is very privately situated on our 35-acre family estate. Take advantage of your own tennis/basketball court, small heated pool, walking trails, fresh water pond and even a 300 sq. ft. treehouse and with a king bed and large deck overlooking the water! Access to the deep-water dock, which is shared with the owner's home, the only other home on the estate. Access to the 3 kayaks, and 12' Hobie catamaran. Home has an open concept floorplan, features a Steinway piano, pool table room, treadmill, Peloton bike, woodburning and gas fireplace and a private office if you absolutely must work a bit. The large chef's kitchen that is fully stocked for preparation. Outdoor seating, Formal dining area and Breakfast nook. First floor is fully handicap accessible with walk in Shower in the 1st floor master suite. Comfortably sleeps 8-10 with water views from every room.

The property is located in Cundy Harbor area of Harpswell on Dingley Island (there is a bridge!) Only a short 10–15-minute drive to Brunswick Maine which boasts a vibrant Main Street, fabulous restaurants, a summer music theater and several museums.
