Experience the private and peaceful Hawaiian Paradise on 1.33 acres with an amazing ocean view to the east and the majestic Mauna Kea to the west. Known as Anthurium Acres, this property has a variety of bamboo trees, palms, and an open grass field perfect for a game of soccer, flying a kite, or hosting a formal dinner party. It truly is the house on the hill with a spectacular view. Take it all in from one of the three lanais.
This home has five bedrooms, four bedrooms in the main house and an attached mother in-law suite that sleeps four and has its own bathroom and private entrance.
There are three office desks throughout the house for your convenience. The living room has a office center with computer, webcam and printer. The dining room seats up to 10 people and it can be used as a conference room for virtual - interactive meetings using our Smart Screen equipment available (You must provide your own laptop). This is a great home for pure relaxation or a business conference center for building high performance teams.
Just 10 minutes from Downtown Hilo for food, shopping, and fun at the beach. Swim vests, snorkel gear/fins, surf board, two inflatable paddle boards and 20+ family board games are available for use.
