Stunning 3 bed villa with private pool

Delightful self catering villa that well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Set in a safe, peaceful and tranquil location whilst also being close to the magnificent beaches of Ayia Thekla, Landra, Macronissis and Nissi. Villa stands within its own grounds with outside facilities which include: well maintained private outdoor swimming pool (recently re-tiled) with paved surround, sun loungers, outside table and chairs, covered pergola area for shade, barbecue, landscaped garden and outside shower. Inside the Villa has full air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, stereo games console and wireless internet. Absolutely ideal for families. Long term lettings will be considered.


Meet and Greet and Welcome Pack: Upon your arrival at the villa we will arrange (at no extra charge) for you to be met by our British representative who will be able to familiarise you with the villa, its facilities and those of the local area. We will also provide a free welcome pack consisting of such essentials as tea, milk, coffee bread, bottle of water and wine.

Bed Linen and towling changes: For bookings of 2 weeks or more this service will take place after the first 7 days and every 7 days thereafter at no extra charge. For bookings of less than 2 weeks this service can be arranged at cost (Euros 20)

Amazing location

Family of six who stayed at this beautiful villa. Location is perfect as just outside Ayia Napa which has its own amazing beach of Ayia Thikla. Transport inexpensive with average cost to Ayia Napia of 20 euros. South facing pool which is an absolute sun trap with enough beds for all.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable villa with a lovely pool area, and in walking distance of beaches, but also a short drive from various other beaches too. A great location and lovely villa to stay in. Patrick was very helpful in the lead up to our stay, and Wendy was also really helpful whilst we were there. A great set up!

Lovely villa

Great space, wonderful pool and sea views, incredible location and very attentive communications with the owner. If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely come back to this Villa. Great value.

Lovely villa with all you need. Great area to access local beaches , explore the area. Wendy was very helpful to supportus when we had a medical issue which was a relief First time we had been in september and it was besutiful ! Roll on next year

Villa was lovely, location perfect, just a short stroll to beach with a great bar/restaurant. Looked at booking again for next year whilst still on holiday, but it is fully booked for any of our dates. That says it all really! Communication with Malcom was great (owner) and Wendy The meet and greet lady was very helpful and welcoming. All had a great stay and will definitely go back.

Lovely location and villa. 5 min walk to beach and restaurants. Air con timer in one of the bedrooms wasn't working however was rectified within hours by the property manager who was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this villa

Wonderful stay

The house is located in a neighbourhood with other holiday homes. During our stay in November, most of the houses were no longer occupied and it was very quiet. Well-equipped, spacious house with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. Everything you need for a holiday is available. There is a sea view from the large furnished roof terrace. The beach is a short walk away. From there you can walk along the sea to the church and the new harbour. It is also not far from the motorway, so you can reach all the sights and beaches nearby in a short time. The communication with Wendy and Patrick was great. Both were very friendly. We are happy to recommend the house.

Fabulous and convenient stay!

Wendy was so accommodating and kind. The home was lovely and clean. Beds and bedding fresh, clean and very comfy! The towels smelt lovely!! Couches were very comfortable to sit on. The pool was brilliant and very well kept with pool cleaning done twice in our one week stay. A very convenient area for beach, restaurants, supermarkets etc We had a really lovely stay. Thank you!!

Amazing villa, great location

Stayed 3 nights for a quick holiday and loved the place. The pool was great and the kids spent most of their time there. Having 3 bedrooms for 4 of us was perfect, much better than a hotel. The kitchen is well equipped and the TV has all the uk channels. And it's right next to the beach and very well priced...we are very pleased we chose this property and hope to return soon!

Lovely villa, in a good location, local roads leave a little to be desired, but we found this to be very common across the are and island. There were a couple of small issues I spoke with the homeowner and he was very appreciative of the feedback and very forthcoming with wanting to rectify these. Great communication and very well priced too. Definitely worth a visit and will be back again in the future

Lovely villa in a quiet location.

This was our first villa holiday and won't be out last. We had a fab holiday here and will definitely book again if returning to Cyprus. Ayia Thekla Beach is right on the door step and a small handfuls of bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Ayia Napa and Protaras are also a short drive away. The area in which the villa is situated is very quiet and exactly what we were looking for. The villa itself was clean and tidy and looked exactly like the images online. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us and it had everything we needed for our stay. The water, wine and loaf of bread on arrival was a nice gesture - thank you! The only two minor things we would mention is the oven takes ages to pre-heat and didn't seem to heat at all on some settings (not a huge issue but our daughter has dietary requirements so we did make use of the kitchen facilities quite a lot) and some of the outside lights (the ones on the balcony) weren't working and need the bulbs changing which again wasn't a huge issue. Wendy was lovely when she popped in to check all was ok, gave us some restaurant recommendations and answered my couple of what app messages promptly. All in all a fab stay and we would gladly stay again!

Fantastic property!

My family and I had a fantastic stay over the last two weeks. The location is perfect - regular bus services are 5 or 10 minutes walk and take you wherever you need to go if you dont have a car. Its away from the hussle and bussle of ayia napa but close enough to pop in. There is a beautiful sheltered beach 5 min walk which has a lifeguard and crystal clear waters. A couple of options for food both a few minutes walk with a well stocked supermarket. If you have a car everything is about 11 minutes away and the main town of sorita is well worth a visit for food. The property itself is fantastic with a lovely pool thats cleaned twice a week and really comfy beds. Balcony breakfasts, evening meals beside the only pool thats lit at night in tte area really is something. There is air con in every room and the requested 24 degrees minumum provides more than enough cool air. The area felt really safe which is true for most of cyprus. The owners were really accommodating and quick to respond and our host wendy was lovely, really helpful and comforting to know that she stayed locally. 5 star stay and would happily return!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit top Preis-Leistung

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön, es sind nur wenige Meter zum Strand und man ist schnell auf der Autobahn (trotzdem kein Lärm). Der Pool ist einfach klasse, viel Privatsphäre. Es gibt außerdem viele Liegen und ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten um draußen zu essen. Innen ist es gemütlich, alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. Natürlich nicht top modern und extrem luxuriös, aber für den Preis richtig gut. Hervorragender Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, sehr zurückhaltend und freundlich. Wir empfehlen das Haus definitiv weiter.
