A Wonderful Trullo that has been beautifully restored to an exceptionally high standard. Set on the hillside, in Puglia overlooking the town of Fasano The villa / Trullo offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main living area which includes lounge, kitchen and dining area, open plan in order to maximise the fabulous Sea Views. Due to the expectional climate within southern Italy you may well find that you spend a lot of your dining and relaxing time at the outside kitchen and lounge area. The Villa has its own private 12m figure of eight swimming pool, with diving board and offers stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. The Villa is surrounded by 2 acres of Terraces planted with Olive Trees, Fig and Almond Trees. Trullo Giardino offers an amazing holiday experience in a setting that is trully relaxing. Lovely property in a convenient location

Trullo Giardino is a lovely property with views over olive groves to the coast and can be recommended. It is well situated for day trips to Polignano, Monopoli, Alberobello, Ostuni and beyond. The trullo was clean and well equipped and comes with a large swimming pool and a terrace running the length of the property where we spent most of our time when not out and about. Just one comment which is offered constructively, for the first week or so there were rain showers which in itself was not an issue for us, but the cushions in the lower seating area got soaking wet and a bit grubby from the dust that had accumulated on the sun awnings above them which are not waterproof (hence the 4 stars for cleanliness). Consequently we never enjoyed the benefit of the lower seating area. A storage area for the cushions in the event of rain and close to the lower seating area would have been ideal. The cushions are quite bulky and heavy when wet and carrying them up the stairs to store in the trullo was not really an option. However this did not spoil our holiday but perhaps it’s something for the owners to consider for the future.

Fantastic stay

We loved staying in Becky and Darren’s Trullo. Waking up to that view every morning was a dream. The pool was a particular highlight (both for size and cleanliness), especially for our 2 children, as there was a shallow end which was ideal for our 6 year old who is not yet a strong swimmer. Gorgeous outdoor sofa/kitchen area was a lovely, peaceful place to relax. The trullo itself is lovely and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back one day!

What a view …

Stunning Trullo was everything we had hoped for, in a peaceful location with fabulous views from all areas. Very well equipped, spacious, comfortable and clean. Pool is exceptional. Perfect base for exploring Puglia. Good communication with the owners prior to visit and the management team whilst at the property. Fabulous!

Fabulous views

Loved our holiday, the property, views, outside kitchen and living area. Pool is large and diving board an added bonus for teenagers. Chef meal was delicious. Enjoyed visiting the local towns, seeing the Trulli and swimming in the sea. Bedrooms are hot at night, even with fans going, but weather was very hot the week we went. Great sunrises with breakfast and a chill in the hammock in the afternoon - amazing. We would love to return if we get chance.

Trulli holiday

A beautifully set out property with lots of outdoor space by the pool, dining and seating area and the terrace. A fabulous view across to the sea. The house is in a great area for visiting Puglia with lots of interesting towns and beaches to explore. Unfortunately the house was not cleaned well before our arrival, no hot water & the outside lighting was tripping the electricity box, the dish washer didn’t clean even after 2 washes, the outside kitchen was filthy. The management team should have dealt with these issues.

Great villa

Great service from start to finish. Great communication from owners leading up to stay and whilst we were there. Villa was very clean and had everything you could need for your vacation. Outside area was great for dining and pool area kept 2 x kids entertained for the duration of our stay. Lovely quality of towels and linens supplied and hand wash in bathrooms. Lovely restaurants locally in fasano or further afield in monopoli and savelletri. You will definitely need a hire car if staying here as nothing close enough to walk to but plenty of hire companies around. Great central location to base yourself to explore other towns. Recommend having the chef that you can book through the management company. Great evening trying traditional Italian dishes that the whole family enjoyed. Chef cooked for us in the outside kitchen whilst we watched the sun go down. Would love to go back and rent again. Many thanks Becky and Darren

Puglia getaway ...

The property is in a fantastic location with great views, loved the warm breeze flowing through the villa. The pool space was amazing again with great views...loved the barbecue area, the kitchen area was very useful and again very well supplied with utensils... we loved staying at the villa and would visit again.. we would definitely recommend this villa as a base for your visit to the lovely region of Puglia ..

A beautiful trullo with stunning views!

We stayed here as a couple with a toddler and everything was just wonderful! The trullo is spacious and renovated beautifully and provides everything you will need. The setting is just lovely and the views are spectacular. Unfortunately i can't comment on the pool as the weather sadly wasn't warm enough for us to use it! Becky was extremely accommodating as a host and provided everything we needed for our stay, as well as additional extras for the toddler. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Magnifico!!!

Absolutely beautiful Trullo and stunning location with fantastic views out to sea. We were greeted on our arrival by the lovely Sarah and Nick with a very thoughtful (and appreciated) welcome pack of delicious biscuits and food (and more importantly wine!), the villa was very clean and well appointed with everything you will need. It is so relaxing there we spent most of our week by the pool or in the outside living area, its a great place to switch off! But there are plenty of wonderful towns close by to visit in the evening and remember they eat very late in Italy with the restaurants not getting busy until after 8pm. The great space was almost wasted on just the 2 of us, we would highly recommend it for a family or group.

Wonderful location overlooking the coastal plain

In the countryside 2km northwest of Fasano, the location was ideal for our family holiday, through winding lanes and among the olive groves. With an excellent elevated position above the plain, there is a splendid quietness from normal life and at night the skies almost blossom with stars despite the distant lights of the town and main roads which keep a sense of reality. Watching the dawn over the Adriatic was wonderful. Even when there was a night-time thunderstorm way out over the sea it was a spectacular watch. Access to the towns of the Valle d'Itria and Bassa Murgia is easy and enjoyable and the SS16/E55 main road along the coast makes driving very manageable to more distant locations. Within 30/40 minutes or less, we visited the centri storici of Alberobello, Locorontondo, Martina Franca, Cisternino, as well as Savelletri on the coast and further field Ostuni and Lecce. Our younger son and his girlfriend also visited the Zoosafari a few kilometres away and they really enjoyed it. The trullo has been attractively modernised and has a comfortable relaxed feel and we especially enjoyed the open lounge/dining area with its bbq and kitchen below the terrace for lunch and dinner. The rooms are clean, bright, simple and easy to look after/keep tidy, with good quality furniture and facilities and provided space for us 6 adults to enjoy independently or together. The pool and its surrounds are a delightful space below the trullo for just lazing and soaking up the sun - we didn't want to be in the cars all the time but that is the advantage - it is easy to swan off for lunch or dinner in one of the local towns, if eating out is preferred. The flexibility available is fantastic. The trullo was clean and well maintained, with regular visits by the pool man and access to the managers was straightforward although we didn't need to ask for much after the initial reception. If there is something that might be considered - air cooling units in the rooms - at night time with doors closed to keep out unwanted visitors and insects it does get a little hot and stuffy. Once the doors can be flung open, it is fine, a pleasant breeze with dappled shade under the terrace loggia. We would certainly recommend it for a family stay.

Breathtaking from start to finish

This gorgeous, well thought out property, ticks so many boxes its hard to fault. Set on a tranquil hill overlooking Fasano, the panoramic view is simply stunning whatever the time of day or weather. The facilities on the property are second to none and the location is just fantastic. So many villages/towns/beaches within a 30 minute radius in all directions. I would definitely recommend for couples/friends and families. We stayed as 5 adults comfortably - I would definitely go back! Thank you x

Stunning from start to finish

This property is simply stunning!! The facilities are fantastic and the views are breath-taking whatever the time of day and whatever the weather. I stayed with my family of 5 adults and there was ample space for us to relax and retreat in this wonderful Trullo and its surroundings. The olive, fig and almond trees are gorgeous and the pool is an absolute bonus. The location is also such a plus point with so many wonderful towns within a 30 minute radius. There really is something for everyone. I would love to go back! Thank you!

Fabulous pool in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Becky's house and found it to be a good base for exploring this part of Puglia: Alberobello, the caves of Castellana, Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, and even Ostuni. All of these places were under 45 minutes by car from this location. Fasano itself is an interesting town with a lot of local flavor and about a 5-10 minute drive from the house. A very thorough house guidebook full of useful and excellent local recommendations is also a nice touch. The wonderful beach clubs of Torre Canne were a quick 15 minute drive (we highly recommend Lido Bizzarro and Bosco Verde - amazing restaurant). The house itself is very pleasant and clean, and has a breathtaking panoramic view of the Adriatic off the front balcony just as you step outside. Note that the house floors are stone, so we found our slippers very useful and glad we had packed them. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and dining area on the terrace below the house, allowing for some very relaxed and long meals sipping wine while overlooking the panoramic view of the sea - it's a great feature of this house, and we loved every minute we were down there. Both kitchens (the one in the house and the one downstairs) were sufficiently stocked with plates and cookware. We also thought the pool at this house was absolutely wonderful, and learned later that it is a large pool for the area, given zoning and construction restrictions in the region. The deep end of the pool is actually 10 feet and has a diving board! It’s worth noting that the shallow end of the pool is not that shallow as even our 7 yr old could not stand in it - but this did not prevent his enjoyment of it and, in fact, helped him become a better swimmer in the two weeks we were there. The pool area itself is located down a set of outdoor stairs and is surrounded by fig trees and almond trees and also has a panoramic view of the sea. It’s a fabulous pool and we used it just about every day we were there in mid June. In fact, with temperatures nearing 95 degrees on several days, we couldn’t imagine the trip without it. Finally, the house managers Nick and Sarah were absolutely lovely and helped make our stay wonderful. They answered all questions promptly, responded immediately to any issue, and were always happy to help. We could tell they really cared that our experience at the house was special, and no doubt it was! Thank you so much!

Literally a home away from home

First of all.. I can't wait to come back!! What an amazing place. I loved that I didn't feel that I was staying in someone else's place. Such a better experience then staying in some hotel. I love how clean everything was and how the house was fully equipped. Very chic yet still warm feeling . Inside the house the showers where amazing and the sheets felt great. I slept so well! The kitchen was so cute . The lounge chairs outside where very comfy and the pool was perfect !! I loved how we where far enough that we didn't hear cars or anything but it was Ali's not a long drive or walk to go get food! Great location . Only thing I wish wa that I booked for a longer time !! Next time 🙌🏻

A perfect location for a relaxing holiday

Our first impression of this property on arrival was just how beautiful and amazing it was. Its quiet location and fantastic views allow you to enjoy a peaceful break whilst gazing into a view that is breathtaking. A very well thought of property build allows you to relax downstairs on the sofas whilst sipping on some local Italian wine of an evening and during the day by the pool you can take a quick look up from the sun beds just to remind yourself where you are. There is plenty to look at in the close by towns and villages so although the location is great there is plenty to do all within 10 minutes drive or 25 to 30 minutes if you don't mind driving a little further. A local supermarket close by has all the requirements for a week or two away. The pictures of this property actually do not do it justice. Its far better in person. We loved this place so much, we have already booked up for next year....! (And I never go back to the same place)

Wonderful stay. Gorgeous villa in perfect location

We stayed at the villa for the first two weeks of July and really loved every moment. The villa itself is full of charm, well equipped, beautifully appointed and private. Outdoors is magical, my mother loved the large outdoor terrace in the afternoons which is shaded and breezy with beautiful views, the children spent hours at the pool which is large for a private let and well maintained (we appreciated the fact that it wasn't heavily chlorinated) and I was at my happiest cooking in the large fully equipped outdoor kitchen. We dined al fresco often, incredibly beautiful, and a highlight of our holiday was when chef Rudi came over to prepare an absolute feast for us using his own organic olive oil and homemade limoncello. The villa is perfectly located, it was so easy to drive to the many nearby towns so worth visiting like Alberobello, Cisternino, Ostuni and Locorotondo. You are spoilt for choice here with amazing restaurants and local Masserie to eat at, the food and wine in this region are superb. We wrote down some of our favourites in the guest book.We could have easily stayed for another two weeks and not been bored, there is so much to see and explore in this region. We took the kids to a nearby aquapark for the afternoon and siestas were never a chore as Becky has thought of everything and there are stacks of books, DVDs and games to keep everyone amused. Much thought and care has gone into providing clients with comfort and a sense of home from home, We all slept very well thanks to the beautiful quality linens, bedding and comfortable mattresses. The managing agents were always on hand if we needed anything and Becky was so kind and helpful. We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend this beautiful villa. I have a feeling we'll be back!

Lovely hillside Trullo with sea views

Lovely Trullo set in the hillside only 5 mins drive to the lovely town of Fasano for all your daily needs and restaurants. Well located for beaches (20 mins) and historic towns (20 mins.) Large pool great for our 4 teenagers! Ideal eating terrace with outside kitchen - very handy for meals al fresco as it's on a different level to the villa. We hired the chef and would highly recommend his cooking. Nick and Sarah were very informative regarding places to visit etc. Very well equipped and clean villa and higly recommended.

Beautiful Trullo in stunning location

We really enjoyed our stay at this very well equipped Trullo in beautiful surroundings it provided everything we need for a very relaxing week spent by the pool with BBQs in the evening. The Trullo is ideally situated for visiting the local area with lots of lovely towns within easy reach. relax with splendid surroundings and view

The location of the villa is perfect: you are on hillside with splendid view until the sea. Fasano is a beautiful city which has to be visited. A lot of other nice cities and villages (Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, Monopoli or Polignano to name a few) are very closed and they are really unique. The villa itself is in a perfect condition and is fully equipped. During our stay we used the large pool frequently and also the outboard eating area and the garden. Beecky's villa meet completly our expectations. So our valuation is "excellent". At the end special citation for the owner/Becky and her friendly support. Meinhard and family

A beautiful villa with stunning views. Fantastic.

A lovely warm welcome from Nick and Sarah. The villa is beautiful, very clean comfortable and well equipped. It's the ideal place to stay as it's easy to get to so many beautiful places or just relax and chill out round the pool or barbecue area. My three grandsons were in the pool every day. A Stunning retreat.

I was visiting Fasano to play golf at the lovely San Domenico, Bariatto and the very pretty par 3 course at Caccaro. After golf, returning to the beautifully kept and designed villa was a treat and the pool was also a refreshing welcome.I especially loved the outside kitchen, dinning and lounge area. I will be returning again for golf but also with my family.

Stunning, just stunning!

There's something about this house that makes you feel special, simply because it is so unique itself. If you want a uniform box on a housing estate it's not for you. If you want a surprisingly large garden, the feeling that you're at the top of the world, views to the horizon, home comforts, the shade of ancient olive trees, privacy, silence, every meal al fresco, a private chef on call, and a 2 minute drive to all shops and restaurants...you've found it! We had an idyllic 4 days here - all too brief. What I love about Fasano is that it still feels like a traditional agricultural town, a place that we've discovered ourselves, but if you're craving cosmopolitan sophistication there's an abundance of achingly cool places to go. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful stunning property in idilic location

The photos look amazing the reality is even better, this beautiful true Italian property has charm and peace oozing from it. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. It sleeps 6 very comfortable and 8 without feeling up close and personal. The pool is larger than the normal Italian plunge pool, it has a great diving board for children and the more mature child in your group. The property is beautifully maintained to a very high standard and the owners are extremely helpful and happy to go the extra mile. I loved so did the rest of our group the outside kitchen, you couldn't ask for a more idyllic back drop when cooking and with such a great corner sofa to chat over a glass of wine ( or sleep after lunch) would highly recommend this beautiful Trullo in an idyllic location for a relaxing holiday.

A very luxurious property

This luxurious property has breath taking views over the sea and has been built to ensure both a wonderful indoor and outdoor experience. It is cosy inside which we were appreciative of when we had a day of rain but this house comes into its own for those of us who adore outdoor living. There is a wonderful patio on the same level as the house itself but on the level below is the most luxurious relaxing and dining area with wonderful views. There are separate cooking facilities on this level so there is no need to do your cooking in the main house. The pool is much larger than I had anticipated and is set slightly away from the property - it offers a haven of peace and tranquillity - so easy to get lost in a book on their beautiful sun loungers. There are a multitude of wonderful restaurants a short drive away and if you feel like cooking the nearest town offers lovely fresh ingredients at very reasonable prices. We were too lazy to cook one evening so we hired in a local chef to cook for us which was well worth it. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy great food and wine as well as those who are interested in the rich culture which that part of Italy has to offer.
