This penthouse is recently build and has a spacious living room of 30m2 with a large balcony and panoramic sea views. It counts 3 separate bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. There is plenty of storage space and built in cupboards. The apartment has central heating and air-conditioning in every room. It is child friendly with a highchair and a cot available. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Upstairs is a private roof terrace of 25m2, perfect for private sunbathing or a romantic or family evening, with a privileged panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea. You have at your disposal a spacious private garden with a playground, a sports field and a large swimming pool with paddling pool. You have your own indoor private parking space although the beach is just 50 meters away!
This apartment is our second home and is not the typical holiday apartment dedicated to the rental business with furniture and equipment of poor quality.

Wonderful

Stunning property with an excellent location.Views amazing and quality of accommodation was 5 star . Having a pool and beach was fantastic. Location was also very peaceful even though it is close to a train line ( great for exploring the area)

Lovely apartment with lovely sea view

Great place to see the best of what southern Catalonia has to offer. Apartment is beautiful, well equipped & it was lovely to sit on the terrace after a day's sightseeing. Kids really enjoyed the pool too. Highly recommended!

Totally amazing!!

The property is tidy, clean, and modern. Edt has taken the time to make the apartment feel as homely as possible and it contains all the appliances, furniture, and furnishings that we as a family of five required. There is plenty of space, including the balcony and roof terrace that provide options for all ages. The roof terrace was a sun trap and perfect if you want to catch some rays or just burn yourself to a crisp! The apartment itself is located between Cunit and Cubelles which provides plenty of options for food, drinks, and sea front walks. Also there wasn’t a Red Lion, Queen Victoria, or full English breakfast insight which is good if you want a break from the more touristy Spanish towns. The sandy beach is a stone throw away from the apartment and building and the pool area provided a good space to relax while the kids splashed around the pool. This was a fantastic apartment that we can not recommend highly enough! We hope that Edt will let us book again in the future.

Lovely Week in the Sun

This is a lovely holiday apartment, very clean and tidy. It is in a very good location, right on the beach front. The sandy beaches are regularly cleaned and inspected. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with one master bedroom having an en-suite. The beds were really comfy. The furniture was in good order and everything worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. The roof top terrace and the balcony were well used by us and it was great having our food outside. There was ample parking space around the building, and even a car park space in the basement car park, this was great for loading and unloading the car as the lift went from the basement to this top floor apartment. Location is very good with easy access to the beaches and a few local restaurants. A market (easy walking) was also close. In reality we did not need to hire a car as everything for a relaxing beach side holiday was so close. Even the train station was close. We would definitely come back again, we enjoyed it so much. Eddy was very helpful and met us at the apartment to show us around. The pool was also very nice, and in good condition. This seems to be a place where the Spanish also come for holidays and weekends away. It has a very friendly and relaxed ambience.

Fantastic location. Excellent apartment. Highly recommended

This was the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. We had no need to use our car for the whole fortnight. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was quiet and easily accessed. The beach was clean and safe, easily accessible for a wheelchair user. The whole area was clean and quiet, with perfect weather. We would certainly revisit this location and use this accommodation again.

Great sea view and a very comfortable apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Cunit/Cuballes is a resort which is largely frequented by Spanish families which means that English is rarely spoken although surprisingly frequently understood. It is a quiet place on the whole with few of the rowdy bars and nightclubs one associates with the Costa Brava for example. The views of the sea from our apartment were marvellous. The flat which is situated on the top two floors of this lift served block was well equipped and very comfortable with efficient air conditioning which we were very grateful for as the average temperature during our stay was 30. C. The beach was largely empty for all except one day, a Sunday, and even then there was ample space close to the shore. It shelves gently and is perfect for small children. There are two supermarkets within 800m and several restaurants and bars within 500 m although we found Callafel to be a better prospect for eating out, about 3 km away. Barcelona is 35 km away. We hired a car and used the Ikea car park on Gran Via to park (free at weekends and about 5 euros for 4 hours on other days) as the alternatives were much more expensive elsewhere in town. There is an excellent commuter train service into the town centre from Cunit station which is about 1km away but a return trip per person costs 10 euros. The motorway toll is roughly 10 euros each way. During our stay the dishwasher in the apartment was out of action but we were assured this was on order and due for imminent replacement. The only other mild criticism I would make was that the Wifi was pretty much unusable due to a very limited data alowance. We struggled even to do some basic browsing and streaming of any sort was not possible. I pointed this out to the owners housekeeper and I would hope that this would be resolved for the future. Finally I would point out that the development runs parallel to the railway line which is directly behind the service road at the rear and there is a commercial area including shops and light industry on the opposite side of the railway, it didn't put us off and the train noise was barely noticeable but you may want to take this into account when deciding whether to proceed.

Brilliant..!

Wonderful top floor apartment only moments from a safe and clean beach with a fantastic pool. We traveled as a family of 5 and the kids were especially wowed by this apartment the minute we walked through the door. The views over the beach are stunning and the flat was immaculately clean; expect to pay 100 Euros cleaning and just budget into the cost of your stay, I have no complaints (but I see others have commented otherwise) it is worth it to arrive in such a clean and lovely apartment. This feels like a residential building, not your average block of holiday apartments. I'm not a fan of most Brits I meet abroad so it was nice that this feels a Spanish resort and most of the people we met were Spanish families on holiday. The beach is cleaned every night, is safe with lifeguards, lovely to swim in, and so quiet it feels like your own private beach. There is a water sports centre right next to the beach with wake boarding (harder than it looks!), paddle boarding, sea kayaks, etc. The village resort of Cubit and town of Cubelles are about 10-15 mins walk and as we had a car for the week we took a few half day trips to other local towns. Vilanova and Reus are both well worth a visit, especially the Gaudi Centre looking over the old town square in Reus which gave us a great insight before we moved on to Barcelona for our second week. Local bars, restaurants and a very good supermarket are all within a few minutes' walk. It was hot and the air conditioning was a welcome relief on an evening after hot days in the sun and Wi-Fi was really useful. There is a main balcony from the lounge with comfortable seats and a second balcony upstairs. Other reviewers have noted the steps up to the top balcony are steep, and they are, but not a problem for us. The owner, Eddy, was really helpful from start to finish. A gentleman. We loved our very relaxing week here. If you're looking for a hotel-like apartment with lots of other tourists, this is not for you. If you want a large, clean, family apartment that makes you feel special in this quiet Spanish beach resort, then you will be hard pressed to find better. Highly recommended.

Excellent properly in a quiet location.

The apartment was lovely with stunning views across the beach. We visited Barcelona by both train and car without any difficulty. We also enjoyed visits to Tarragona, Sitges and Segur plus rides into the mountains.The children enjoyed the beaches and the adults the peace and quiet.The property fully lived up to our expectations.

Lovely apartment in great sea-front location

Excellent quality apartment. Set right on the sea-front, with private pool (not heated) which is shared by other apartments in the block. Although, very quiet when we stayed (Easter 2015) and had the pool and football pitch to ourselves for most of the week. The surrounding area is quiet and most bars and cafes were shut during the weekday evenings but were all open on the weekend. the nearby beach is quiet and clean with a very good water sports facility just 200 metres away (for cable ski-ing, kayaking etc). There is a railway line behind the apartment block and passing trains did wake me up but they didn't run between mid-night and 6am. Our host, Eddy, was extremely helpful and even collected the 4 of us from the train station when we arrived. overall, if you want to enjoy a very quiet 'local' Spanish holiday resort, with great access to the sea and beach, then this is the place for you.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

I chose this penthouse after going through the reviews of the previous guests. I picked up the right property on the right location. I travelled to Barcelona for the first time with my wife & two young children during Easter Holidays. The children absolutely loved the property & we felt like home straightaway. There is a playing area in front of the complex & we walked along on the beach every day. We hired a car & went to central Barcelona two days & had done most of the important sightseeings. The parking in central Barcelona is very easy unlike London & also reasonable. We had to pay 16 Euros total for the return Journey everyday to use C32 motorway to go to central Barcelona. I think there is an alternative route by C31 if anybody wants to avoid paying the toll. It takes less than an hour to go to central Barcelona from the Apartment. There is a train station nearby from the property which goes to central Barcelona so car hire is not essential. We also went to Sitges which is another beautiful costal town not far from the property. There are few restaurants nearby & a supermarket which is very handy. The views from the balcony & the terrace are absolutely amazing. Edt the owner was very helpful & was always promptly responsive about any queries we had. We would certainly consider to return to this beautiful penthouse in the future.

Winter Holiday with Kids

We decided to take a last-minute trip to Barcelona and decided to stay here. We found the apartment to be in great condition, and in a fantastic location. We have small kids, and there was a beack right outside the apartment, with lots of small restaurants around. There were also some other towns around. The train is an easy way to get into the town proper. The landlord was very easy to work with and helped us find things to do. I would highly recommend this to any family looking for a beach vacation.

Frontline apartment in Cubelles

My wife and I stayed with our 2 children and my wife's parents in May 2011. The apartment was in spotless condition and in a beautiful loacation close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Barcelona is 45 minutes by train and Tarragona is half an hour in the other direction and the train station is 20 minutes on foot from the apartment. We were delighted to find childrens toys and books in the apartment on our arrival which came in extremely useful. The apartment block also includes a well maintained pool and childrens play area and basketball / footbal court. We found Edt to be most helpful with everything on our arrival and throughout our stay even managing to find the time late one night to bring us and our 2 year old daughter to the local hospital. Ideal place for families with kids

It was our first long (2 week) family vacations with both kids 3 and 6 year old. Although on the one hand we were searching carefully on the other we had a very vague idea of what we were looking for. The apartment and the place turned out great and met our expectations 100% and even exceeded it in some aspects. The apartment is conveniently located on the beach front yet enough away from it to be quiet. The view from balcony and the roof terrace are spectacular and the open balcony door provides very good fresh air circulation. The beach is perfect for kids - it is clean, sandy and has shallow access to the sea for about 50 yards or more. No rocks in the water and no jellyfish! The supermarket that has every kind of food you need with great fresh seafood choice is within 5 min walking distance. Same walking distance you can find several bars with drinks and snacks for adults and ice cream for kinds. Train station for travelers is quite close by too. We did not hire a car and had just 1 train trip to Calafell. The 3 year old easily walked to the station - no problem. The area feels very safe and quiet and the apartment building has fence with gates locked all the time around it. There is a nice lawn grass playground with swings and slide which was never missed by the kinds on the way to/from the beach. Swimming pool and the grounds were cleaned very morning. The apartment itself is very clean and well maintained. It really has all you would normally have at home in terms and equipment, furniture and kitchen stuff. This is probably why it felt very comfortable to live there for 2 weeks. It is indeed very suitable for children as there is enough playing area and in general planned with kids in mind (low lights switches, kids toilet room and childrens' furniture). We brough a lot of toys with us but they all never left the suitcases as there were enough toys in the apartment that kids really liked and played with them all the time. My special thanks goes to the Owners. Ed and Maria are great hosts that made us feel welcome and cared for. Upon arrival we were given all the information on the area, apartment etc. They were always there for our special requests like short term notice, Wi-Fi, late pick up and transfer to the train station and this is of course is much appreciated and made a big difference! Overall we have had a great family time in priceless privacy and quietness and set a certain benchmark for our family vacation rental type,

Holiday

We had a great holiday here , the apartment was well appointed ,clean and very family orientated. The stairs up to the roof terrace were not for the faint hearted and would be difficult for young children.The only other down side would be the slight lack of shelf space in the bedrooms. The area its self is quiet and feels very safe .We travelled into Barcelona from the local train station several times and it was great to come home to the lovely pool.We would recommend it.

Excellent, well furnished & equiped apartment

We had a really great time at this apartment in Cubelles/Cunit. The apartment is excellent - very well furnished and equipped (including children's games/puzzles etc, beach towels, etc ) and was spotlessly clean. Edt met us to show us around and provided some tips on food shops etc. We spent most days by the pool and/or on the beach and ate every evening on the roof terrace - we only used the car to go to the supermarket and one trip to Sitges! The apartment block is very well maintained and the pool, showers, games area clean & tidy. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a relaxing beach/pool holiday in the sun!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine a cubelles.L apparemment était parfait grand moderne très propre.La terrasse privative est très agréable.La situation de l appartement nous a ravis a 35 minutes de Barcelone et a 30 minutes de Tarragone Reus .Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le contact avec nos hôtes a été très fluide et simple et fait avec bienveillance.Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir encore un grand merci à vous.

Séjour à Cubelles

Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Accueil parfait avec accès à l'appartement avant l'heure prévue Belle piscine et à deux pas de la plage. Proximité avec la gare de Cunit nous a permis d'aller plusieurs fois à Barcelone, c'était très appréciable Les seules petites remarques : manque un barbecue ou une plancha, un peu d'ombre sur la terrasse à l'étage, proximité de la gare fait qu'on peut entendre les trains circuler mais cela ne nous a pas spécialement dérangé.

Wij hebben genoten, als er iets was werd het meteen opgelost. Parkeerplaats erg klein en lekkage ,wat tot gevolg had dat wagen regelmatig gewassen moest worden , maar onze tijd daar heeft er niet onder geleden. Komen graag nog eens terug. Ruhige Lage, direkt am Meer

Wir waren Ende Mai knapp zwei Wochen in Cubelles und haben unsere Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung ist schlicht, hat aber fast alles was man braucht. In den Schlafzimmern fehlen genügend Schränke, da einige zu geschlossen sind. Die Dachterrasse ist total schön, allerdings wenn man sitzt ist die Mauer zu hoch und der Sonnenschutz fehlt. Insgesamt aber für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert.

Cubelles Cool

We stayed 4 weeks in April / May and it worked out great. Nice location on the beach with private parking spot, grocery shopping nearby, wi-fi worked perfectly, easy check-in and check-out process and the owners were wonderful and easy to work with. Clean and quiet apartment (stairs up to the terrace are steep) with well equiped kitchen and laundry. Good value.
