Villa Lake Haven is a brand new large modern dual level built with quality fittings and located in a fabulous location adjoining one of the wetland lakes.It is spacious and beautifully fully furnished with air-conditioned bedrooms and four natural marble bathrooms. The villa ideally located in the up-scale serene gated compound of Samaan Grove which is complemented by 24 hour security.
The Villa’s architectural design provides you with a feeling of space with its natural flow from the inside living area to the outside lower veranda leading to the large pool and adjoining lake. It offers the idea place to relax with a cool drink and good book or have a swim in the pool and enjoy the views of the lake and sunset. The kitchen is grand in size and is functional with two stainless steel sinks and a modern granite kitchen island. Its elegant walnut finish complemented with high end appliances gives you the perfect environment to entertain your close families and friends. The floors are all polished porcelain tiles The villa has all the necessary amenities such as a large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, laundry facilities, wireless internet, Direct TV/DVD player, and BBQ pit.
Up the staircase is the landing leading to the three bedrooms all on the large size, with walk in robes and ensuite bathrooms, all of which open to the upstairs veranda from which you can relax and enjoy the views towards the west and lake. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor with a separate bathroom All bedrooms have AC and the upstairs rooms have ceiling fans. The villa is overlooking a lake where birds such as the Cocrico, the national bird of Tobago can be seen and heard during the day and evening as well as enjoy the breathtaking and magnificent sunsets from the upstairs veranda. It allows you to enjoy a totally serene and natural environment. A perfect place to enjoy nature, and the beautiful peaceful surroundings.
There is also exclusive driving access to picturesque No-Man's Land beach through the development. (However, No Man’s Land is at present inaccessible due to maintenance.)

Ladies Getaway Weekend

We rented this villa at the start of the summer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, very comfortable villa with all amenities needed. The pool was very relaxing with a lovely lake to the back. The community is very serene and relaxing so you can enjoy an evening stroll or morning walk safely. The only strange thing was that the bathroom/toilet doors in the bedrooms can't lock so this can be a bit challenging if sharing rooms with other guests. Other than that everything was excellent! Will definitely stay again.

Perfect stay for a family of 9

I highly recommend this property for a large group or family, you never have to leave the house. The house, outdoor spaces and pool area are all well maintained. From initial communication with the host to checkout, everything was an absolute breeze. Seeragia was very accommodating which was appreciated given that I booked very last minute. Will definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised that the property was more amazing in reality than the photos. It was so spacious and the layout is perfect for a family. The service was so nice. We were met at the property and handed the key. The outdoor area was so beautiful and peaceful. I would definitely be returning.

A warm home-like feeling, with supportive management, makes any vacation complete. Any complications experienced were attended to in a reasonable time frame. Our comfort and safety were most important for our crew and this home provided that.

Christmas in Tobago

The house was Beautiful and very comfortable. But I did have some issues with the cleanin 1. Thee bathroom downstairs mainly the toilet was very filty. 2. The dish -drainer in the kitchen filthy we could not use it. A lot of hair on some of the beds and on the floor 3. A lot of dust on the floor a nd some of the furniture. This was upon arrival. I took photos.

Pictures Are Good but being there it's better!

i have seen this place in person and the pictures come pretty close, but not close enough. the kitchen area is wonderful, everything you may need is there. the rooms are more spacious than one would think, everything was on point, from presentation to cleanliness. now on to the pool, it's pretty comforting that it has heating, colored pulsing lights to a nicely filtered system going on as it should. house service was also on point, overall this villa is well put together and a perfect place to get away to from a busy worklife.

Awesome Vacation Rental

Myself and 9 of my cousins spent 4 days at Villa Lake Haven celebrating my birthday. It was a wonderful vacation. Everyone enjoyed their time and loved the house. I especially loved that the house is in a gated secure location, coming from America it was important to me to have the added security and it was perfect. The house was exactly as pictured, clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious and accommodated everyone just right. The pool was awesome in the day and the added lights at night was also quite enjoyable. Booking was nice and easy. Seeragia was very nice and accommodating and made sure we had all the info we needed. Krystal the house keeper was also very nice, pleasant and helpful. The only problems I had with my experience was I didn't like that there was no one taking care of the pool. The floor of the pool could have used vacuuming; there were leaves and dirt around the edges of the pool. The top could have been skimmed more regularly as well. There was no one checking the ph. levels or the chlorine levels either. There was no algae and the water did not become cloudy or discolored so I did not worry about it too much since we were only there for a few days but it would be nice to know someone was taking care of the pool.

The property is absolutely beautiful and spacious with a lovely view of the lake.

It was a short stay for us [group of five] but very enjoyable. The villa was lovely and well-maintained, exceeding all my expectations. It was very clean with daily housekeeping services by Krystal, who was pleasant and friendly. Seeragia, the manager, was generally very helpful and accommodating as we were able to check-in much earlier [due to earlier flight arrival]. The villa is large and comfortable with all amenities, its certainly like home away from home!! It was nice relaxing in the pool on the evenings with scenic and peaceful surroundings. I would certainly love to visit again soon and recommend this villa to others, especially for groups or families.
