Welcome to Villa Bellevue!

Villa "Bellevue" is located near the Golden Sands Nature Park. It is a part of the gated complex "Bellevue". We are proud of the fresh air, peace and cozy atmosphere in the complex. Guest rooms are with a usable area of 60 square meters. They are located on the second floor of the villa:
- Spacious living room with corner sofa, dining area and comfortable kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, hood, built-in heater, toaster and a kettle.
- Bathroom with a shower and toilet.
- Bedroom, furnished with a king size bed, bedside table, wardrobe and a coffee table. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
- Entrance with hanger and fridge.
- A large sun terrace with table and chairs.
The villa is completely independent with separate entrance. The "Bellevue" complex offers free parking with CCTV, which is also used by the guests of the villa. In addition, guests of the villa have free access to the sunbeds of the swimming pool. They also use a 10% discount at restaurant "Bellevue" which is a part of the complex. The complex is equipped with a well-secured playground. At the Golden Sands Nature Park, which is near the complex, are built many tourist routes and trails. The world famous Aladzha Monastery is on a 30 minutes walk from the hotel. The beach Cabacum is on a 20 minutes walk. The "Golden Sands" park offers excellent opportunities for hiking. For the convenience of visitors are created alleys, recreation areas with ornamental plants, shelters, gazebos, benches and tables. On the "Golden Sands" is located one of the most famous and visited cultural and historical sites in Bulgaria – the rock monastery "Aladzha". It is a medieval rock monastery of 13-14 century, a cultural monument of national importance. On a 800 meters way southwest of Aladzha monastery are located the "Catacombs" - a group of caves. At the park are developed five tourist and five specialized routes that represent biological and landscape diversity of the park. They are suitable for hiking, ecotourism, cycling, and photo-tourism. Each separate route has a special name - "Red", "Blue", "Yellow", "Green" and "Orange" that lead to different lodges, recreation facilities and complexes. Along the routes there are rest areas - sheds and gazebos with benches, tables and hearths, near the ancient fountains. These places reveal panoramic views of the sea, the park and the resort.
