The 5 bedrooms which are located all on one level and lead off the long hallway. Located at one end of the hallway is a single bedroom which leads to a double bedroom with en-suite and walk in shower both furnished in neutral tones. . At the other end of the hallway are the 2 twin bedrooms these have fitted units and share a full bathroom and shower.
The Master bedroom is decorated in black/white with fitted units TV with en-suite and a further walk in shower.

Located just a short drive away is the Slide and Splash water park, Zoomarine Aqua show and and for those who like drinking wine nearby the Guia
Shopping Centre is where Cliff Richard has a vineyard.
Traditional sardines is must in Portimao, you can also depart in this area for various boat trips and deep sea fishing with some retail therapy and markets.
Monchique mountains are approximately 40 minute drive, or the town of Silves, where there is a castle of some historic value, which offers you beautiful views of the Algarve,

Albufeira and surrounding areas are about 20-30 minute drive, where you will find many night clubs and bars along with the beaches.
Vilamoura nearby is where there are more golf courses.

Beautiful accommodation for the whole family.

The home is absolutely beautiful with stunning views and very spacious. We really enjoyed our time here however there were a few niggles, most of which were very quickly resolved by Linda and her team. We paid extra for pool heating but this wasn't activated until 2 days into the holiday due to a broken pool heater. I appreciate this couldn't have been planned for but we paid for a full weeks pool heating and missed out on 2 days of this. The BBQ was very dirty and could tell it hadn't been cleaned for a while, we only used this once because of this. We couldn't locate the hammock as shown as the pictures and there was no hot tub which was disappointing. The floor by the pool was so slippery when wet it was dangerous for my children so we had to purchase pool shoes for them. Overall we enjoyed our stay and knowing the above, we would love to stay again.

A wonderful stay in a wonderful villa!

We had a fabulous week in this villa. Would highly recommend. The outside space is the reason we booked the villa and it did not disappoint. Every bit as amazing as the pictures show. The kitchen area, pool, dining spaces and sun beds were all fantastic. As were the views! We absolutely loved it. The inside space was great too - spacious and comfortable and bathrooms good. Only couple of things to note were: - The air con in the double room attached to single room did not work. This made it extremely hot in there the whole week as they couldn’t get an engineer out during the time we were there. The villa manager was responsive to our request though and did what he could. We appreciate that these things happen and it can’t be helped sometimes. It did make it too hot for our girls to sleep in that room though. - We felt that we could have done with at least one more umbrella in the outside area. There was one umbrella and also the pergola and awning but for lying on the sun beds around the pool, another umbrella would have made it more comfortable in the extreme heat. - we had to just give the kitchen worktops outside and some of the plastic crockery a wash when we used them for the first time as they didn’t feel particularly clean. All in all, a wonderful place. In a convenient location for supermarkets and also a 25ish minute walk to carvoeiro. Thank you Linda and the team, we had a great week!

Excellent - higher than a six

We stayed for 10 nights from 23rd October. We had some queries before we went and Linda was great in assisting us. It was a true privilege to stay at Linda's property. It has all you need for a totally relaxing holiday. It is very private, very tastefully decorated, elegant in every way with plenty of space and a large pool. We didnt use the kids play area as we had no kids with us but we did enjoy the table tennis !! Outside as well as the great pool there is a smart barbeque area and another elegant outdoor seating area in addition to an outdoor table for eating outside. Certainly superb and when the scores are recorded out of 5 I can only score this excellent property - higher than a six.

Beautiful outdoor space

We stayed at Linda's property with my sister's family, and the space was perfect for two families sharing. Linda provided a lovely welcome package of wine and snacks which we felt was a really nice touch. She was very easy to get in touch with and answered questions promptly. The outdoor space is the real star of the property and is very modern and well kept. The house was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that one of the bedrooms has an AC unit that turns off after only a few minutes, meaning that we regularly overheated and woke up to turn it back on - and didn't sleep too well. This could be resolved by allowing it to stay on during sleeping hours. Thank you Linda for a wonderful stay!

50th birthday holiday with family and friends.

We have just returned from our holiday at Monte Verde and we all had a wonderful time and was totally above our expectations. The villa catered for everybody's needs and the outside area was absolutely stunning. We all made use of the outside seating area's around the villa. The location of the villa was great, supermarket a few minutes walking distance and also the walk into town was a 20 minute walk. The owner was very helpful throughout the booking of our holiday and whilst at the villa the management service was very responsive. All of our party agreed they would love to return to Monte Verde in the future.

Lovely stay with Family

Lovely villa with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Close to a supermarket and taxis available to get you to Carvoeiro town. Very quiet and not overlooked. Would definitely book again if come back to the area.

A lovely stay

We were very pleased with the whole experience. Linda was very kind and supportive through the booking process despite Covid delays and issues with Vrbo. The villa (and pool) was lovely from my perspective with easy access to supermarkets and a short drive to the town and beaches. The town was busier than expected but it was peak season.

Lovely Villa

Really great property that suited our group perfectly. Spacious and clean and walking distance to a great supermarket. My only negative would be that it’s about a 30 mins walk into town which is along a busy fast road and taxis were sometimes hard to come by. But nonetheless this had no impact on our stay and it really is a great villa. Linda has been amazing rebooking our trip throughout the pandemic. We hope to go back in the future.

Very pleasant stay in Carvoiero

Our communication with Linda, the owner, was as good as anyone could hope for on a villa rental. She was obviously completely committed to her guests getting the very most from their holiday. The local management company were easy to contact and resolved any minor issues immediately. They also visited the villa proactively to address issues, for example with electric gates and pool pump, that we were not even aware of. The villa layout was ideal, with comfortable furniture and beds, and quality bathrooms. The kitchen units and appliances were of high quality; crockery and utensils in acceptable supply. The aspect of the villa that we enjoyed most was its outside areas. The view was more even more open and appealing than we anticipated from the listing photos. The terrace and pergola offered shade with high quality and comfortable furniture. There were plenty of comfortable sunbeds and parasols round the pool, which we had arranged to be heated and was very pleasant for most of our stay, albeit it got a bit too warm to be refereshing during a two/three day hot spell in our early July holiday. Later in the summer, I do not think heating would be necassary. While access to Carvoiero was easy and the Intermarche very convenient, the area does not lend itself to going out for a local stroll. The access road from the main road is a very rough track between solid rock walls. For 100 metres or so, passing would not be possible without someone reversing.

Villa Monte Verdi

The villa was just as it showed on the pictures, gorgeous. Linda, the owner, could not have been more helpful. The supermarket is right across the street so that is easy. The views from the villa were stunning.

Spacious & stylish villa with great facilities

Fantastic and friendly communication from Linda before our trip. The villa is spacious and stylish with plenty of nice spots to have meals/drinks outside. The TV in the homely living room has English channels, as well as catch-up TV and movies which were nice to have during the colder winter evenings. It was an easy 30 minute walk to the small town and beach, which is pleasant, though quiet in December with only a few of the restaurants open. There is a superb supermarket with a little cafe, bakery and pizza kiosk just a 5 minute walk away. It stocks everything you could possibly need, including lots of fresh produce and meats, at very reasonable prices so perfect if you like to do some cooking. The kitchen at the villa is very well-equipped with plenty of space. We had a really enjoyable stay and it's not hard to imagine how extra nice it must be in the summer.

Fabulous villa

The villa exceeded all our expectations- we knew it was lovely but it was perfect ! You can tell it’s a family home as it has such lovely touches . The pool was super and the play area for the grandchildren was brilliant! Particularly with the artificial grass - such a good idea . The owner was wonderful from the start and the managers were lovely too who sorted a little problem straight away . . It’s a spacious and very well fit up villa in a lovely position . So nice not to be overlooked and to sit out at night looking at the view and the stars !! We hope very much to go back .

Fantastic family villa

Beautiful family villa, which is exceptionally equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen especially is really well stocked for a large family. Small features such as the drinks fridge outside, opportunity to wash your clothes and the outdoor comfy seating really makes everything so easy and enjoyable. Great location, close to 3 supermarkets, lots of amazing beaches and pretty towns. Would definitely recommend to friends and would love to come back in the future. Thank you for a great stay!!

Very family friendly villa

A lovely villa with an excellent pool and fantastic play area that our kids ranging from 3 to 5 all enjoyed. The provision of basic fresh food, drink and toiletries were a great touch. The maid service was very thorough and the pool was regularly checked. The management team responded very promptly to a minor issue with the villa and fixed the fault within 30 minutes. Overall a fabulous experience and I would highly recommend to others - especially with young families.

Great stay

Lovely villa with everything you need unfortunately I think the previous guests hadn’t left the villa as clean as the owner would have expected glassware ware not clean as was the cutlery barbecue filthy my son in law spent 90min cleaning it however the manager was quick to respond and it deter us from having a great stay One small suggestion it would help if the operation manual for the many appliances were left in a folder Would recommend this villa

Home From Home

A perfect setting for a family holiday, five great bedrooms which suited our family well. The three bathrooms were very spacious, the outside dining area was just perfect as we had our four grandchildren with us and meals were never a problem seeing the fully equipped kitchen gave us quick and easy access. The swimming pool was well kept with the pool cleaner coming several times in our two weeks. The children's play area was ideal. There was ample parking for the three cars we had. Overall a great experience and will be going back.

Holiday in Monte Verde

We are heading home from a fantastic 2 weeks staying at Monte Verde villa. The villa was perfect for our 2 families. The 5 children (aged from 4 to 8 years old) had a brilliant time playing in the pool, which is bigger than it looks in the picture. The supermarket was great and we got everything we needed. It was only a very short walk from the villa. We enjoyed using the BBQ, or cooking in the well equipped kitchen was easy. The local taxi company was great, the journey to the village costing about 7 Euro’s. We ate at lots of lovely restaurants, all child friendly and enjoyed the evening entertainment at the stage, after our meal. Linda was very helpful in the run up to our stay and the management were excellent when we were in Portugal, helping us quickly with anything we needed. A perfect, relaxing holiday. We hope to return!

Fabulous Carvoeiro Property

Great location 5 mins drive from town/beach and 5 mins walk to supermarket. But secluded location no problems with neighbours either noise from them or worrying about our noise! Nicely fitted out with all mod cons and nice personal touches that made it feel more like a home than a rental. Had the pool heated but weather turned out so warm we had to ask for heater to be turned down! Owner and manager contacted us several times to check we were OK. Highly recommended

It was a home away from home. Gorgeous!

We were delighted with the villa. We have a young family and it had everything we could have possibly needed. It was modern with a homely feel. The pool was lovely and the playground provided endless entertainemnt for the kids. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fabulous Villa

Gorgeous villa. Plenty of space, clean and well maintained. Well equipped kitchen, large airy bedrooms. Good quality infant equipment eg cot and high chair. Pool recently refurbished! You can walk into town and there is a large supermarket a 5 min walk! Will definitely be returning!

Villa Monte Verde

We've just returned from our first ever "villa holiday" and we're so happy that we chose Villa Monte Verde. From the initial enquiries, Linda couldn't be more helpful and the villa is a perfect mix of comfort, privacy and convenience for a great holiday base. We travelled as a group of 8 and the villa was more than adequate to cater for our needs and has enough space to save everyone being on top of each other!! The supermarket is a few hundred meters away and has everything that you can think of, with plenty of selection too. The villa commands a prime position and has good views, facilities are excellent and the pool and poll-area are fantastic. A 30min walk [6euro taxi each way] into Carvoeiro was a great change of scenary and offered access to the usual array of shops, tours and bars. We found Carvoeiro to be a great place to spend a few hours at a time. Highly recommend the villa for its faciilties & location and dealing wth Linda was so easy and straight-forward that it made it very reassuring and we'd love to return in 2018.

The Photos do not do this villa justice

We had a fabulous time here, the villa is lovely and close to the main town, big supermarket a few minutes walk away for daily fresh bread. The pool was great and we spend many hours chilling at the villa. There was loads of space and the whole place was lovely and clean. Only downside is the oven is terrible and takes forever to cook with hence the 4/5 rather than 5/5. We were sad to leave and hopefully will be booking again for 2018

Wow.....Best holiday ever at Monte Verde!

We've just come back from a fantastic week at Monte Verde Villa. The villa itself is clean (thanks to the lovely maid, Dina), spacious, and beautifully appointed on high ground, offering lovely views from the rear of the villa and pool area. We spent most of our week at the Villa, as with the sizeable pool and lovely seated areas it's difficult to leave. With Intermarche a few minutes walk away, you can be as self sufficient as you want to be. Although the villa is a substantial walk from the beach / restaurants etc, we used local taxI cabs which were plentiful and very reasonable (approx 7-8 Euros into town), so we didn't regret not hiring a car, as the taxis worked out cheaper (plus we could both have a drink with dinner!). Carvoeiro itself is a beautiful place, and I cannot imagine a better place to stay than Villa Monte Verde to enjoy it. Thank you Linda for a very memorable stay in your beautiful villa.

Monte Verde has been in our family for many years, in the past we have had so much fun with our 2 children, who now have family of there own. Thats why we thought it would be a good idea to erect a play area for clients who have children to play. The play area is enclosed within the property with Astra turf
