In need of an Update ASAP

I am going to highlight our Vrbo stay, as our experience at Atlantis and All of the attractions and beaches were just phenomenal. Our check in process was a disaster. The super nice lady at the front desk was doing everything in her power to find our reservation which seemed impossible because the host made a name change and didn't notify them...the cleanliness of the villa was avarage. The villa itself is Dated, it needs a renovation ASAP. If I am going to pay over $720/night I have high expectations and sadly, those were not met in our particular villa. These were the 2 big negative things of our stay. Atlantis, Paradise Island is just Beautiful and we want to be back, now, I am not sure we would book a stay at Harborside unless some changes and upgrades are made.

Perfect for our family, as advertised

Everything was just as we hoped it would be. Prior to arriving, we had a bad hotel experience elsewhere and this was refreshing. The family agreed this was our best summer vacation thus far. Thanks to Kevin, Trae and team for their responsiveness. Check-in was smooth, and there were no surprises. We will certainly use them again.

The condo is lovely. We had the 2 bedroom lock of for 5 people and there was plenty of room.

Located a bit far from Atlantis but enjoyed the walk around the marina and the bus comes every few minutes if you dont want to walk. Condo is sufficiently equipped for light cooking, except for salt and pepper. We did have a bit of a difficult time getting into restaurants as we didn't know we needed to book 3 months in advance. A month in advance is not enough at Christmas time. All in all enjoyed our first stay at Atlantis.

Easy to book!

Having been to Atlantis before we've seen Harborside, but have stayed elsewhere on property. This trip we'll be traveling with our 2 boys, so we like that Harborside gives us the flexibility of cooking some meals "at home". Bonnie was our booking agent and she was an absolute star! She promptly responded to our emails and many questions. She made the booking process really simple and seamless (and fast!). Thanks for all your help Bonnie, we're looking forward to our visit at Easter!

Great family trip

We had the best time!!!!Harborside was clean,and quiet. We enjoyed being able to finish our day with more of a home feeling vs sitting in a hotel room. Shuttles to the rest of the resort worked great. Was nice being able to cook. Great time and great location. Jeremy was so helpful with booking.

Harborside at Atlantis

We arrived at the resort by cab, the check in was easy and the desk person was courteous. We had a one bedroom, it was nice, near marina and close to pool. All in all, we had a great stay. Larisa from Timeshare brokers was very professional and made the process easy. She also answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the process. I recommend Larisa and her timeshare team.

Atlantis trip

Bahama vacation at Harborside

I had an impromptu vacation to the Bahamas! My son was going for a medical procedure. We had only 3 weeks to put it together! I had very specific requests to make sure my son's recovery was comfortable. We needed a kitchen, washer and dryer in a safe place. Of course I also wanted quality accommodations near the Atlantis so my son could have some fun when he was feeling better! Our dates we requested were not flexible so I really was putting Jeremy to the test! In one of our conversations he said..."I am making this my mission to get this done for you!" After several e mails and conversations Jeremy got it done!! I am sure many conversations were done after hours on his part because I am 3 hours behind where he is! The Harborside was the perfect place for us! Close to walk to all of excitement but a nice place to come home to relax! The one bedroom premium at the Harborside was perfect! Jeremy even called me during our trip to check in on us! I loved Harborside and Jeremy! Could not have made this important trip without his help!

Best Family Vacation EVER!

The gentleman that helped me book with Harborsude-Atlantis went above & beyond to help me with the exact dates & units needed. The condo gave us plenty of space to relax in. We also enjoyed having our breakfast & lunch in our condo. Our 12 & 16 year olds loved the water park & looking at all the boats in the harbor. For a slower pace, the pool at Harborsude was perfect. We also enjoyed shark diving & snorkeling. Amazing vacation!

"Family travel Emissary" aka MOM

From the start of my travel journey looking for a location to accommodate 9 ppl, 4 adults and 5 children (10,8,8,7,7). I knew had to find a place fun for the kids and relaxing for adults, impossible right! Well the Atlantis was by far the best vacation to date all 5 kids voted it better than Disney and the adults all agreed it was fun,relaxing and a true vacation... VRBO made the exchange seemless and the room was ready with all the extras included. We did order food to be delivered to the room by food2go.com it arrives the day you arrive, we also stopped at the grocery store on the way to harbor side. I know we needed a unit with a kitchen and washers do to the young children. Anyone with 5 kids will tell you it's not easy to get them up and out for breakfast. The kids enjoyed all the amenities from the water slides to the beach. The Adults loved the fact that the property is safe enough to have the kids go around by themselves. It was great! stress free and actually felt like a true vacation !!! I'm so happy we did it! I'm in the process of booking it again for next year !! We left the vacation plans up to the kids and it was unanimous ... Atlantis here we come... Again !!!

We Must Do This VACATION Again!

Harbor Side at the Atlantis is absolutly perfect in every way. The hospitality was incredible and we enjoyed the interaction with the Bahamians who welcome tourists with beautiful smiles and graciously share delightful stories of their beautiful island. The one bedroom Supreme Condo was perfect for our small family of four. We cooked several dinners in the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed having breakfast and snacks available for the kids as the food is very expensive. Highest complements to the restaurants on property for taking food allergies seriously, we were able to enjoy dining out as well. The pools and water slides were fabulous, but we also enjoyed the Harbor Side exclusive pool to relax and get away from the crowds. Shuttle service on the property is awesome and the A/C keeps you cool and comfortable on the short ride to neighboring properties to enjoy the waterslides. Frozen drinks were $14.00, beers were $8.00 and a hamburger with fries is $12.50. Nice to have options, but enjoyed having food and water available in the condo. The shuttle runs daily to the local grocery store and the ABC store is in the same shopping complex. The fare for the shuttle is only $7/ person and the driver is very organized and accommodating. We used Cheryl's Taxi service to and from the airport. Cheryl's driver was waiting for us with a clean, air conditioned van. No waiting and we went straight Harbor Side. No frequent stops to drop off other passengers. This made pick up and leaving the island a breeze. We enjoyed the Independence Day firework celebration on July 4 after the R5 concert on the beach and the Las Vegas style Magic show was very entertaining and the children (16 and 13) loved the dolphin encounter. The resort offer free movies nightly and the kids loved the unique teen club "Crush" for video games and music. Awesome vacation, we must do this again!!

Perfect Property, Perfect Location, Perfect Service - 6 Stars!

My wife and I took two of our friends and their kids to the Bahamas and stayed in this fantastic Condo, which was even BETTER than the description. If I could give this 6 stars, I would. Having travelled to the Bahamas over 50 times in my life, I can say that you not find a better place to stay in the Bahamas than this property, especially for the price. Located on the secluded island of Paradise Island (across the bridge from the city of Nassau), the beaches are beautiful, the amenities of Atlantis are plentiful (AND INCLUDED, which saved us over $700 per day), the casino and restaurants are first class, and the opportunities to take excursions and do some sightseeing cannot be topped. Best of all, it is all within a short walking distance. Of course, it all started off with first class service in booking the Condo and getting things set up in the first place. If there is availability, grab it! You do not want to miss out on this one. Thanks for a fantastic rental and phenomenal service from start to finish... I will be back again real soon.
