5' by foot from a blue flag beach of Attica in this location you have the luxury of combining the ambiance of the greek island at an affordable price while y are only 35' away from the athens historical center and just 45' from the international airport by public transportation facilities. Nearby the flat are tennis and horse riding club and walking distance nice bars restaurants and huge kids parks with coffee shops inside for adults. Small boats marina there is also walking distance whereas the flat is just 7' away by car from rafina port from where y can grasp the fast boats and pay sort visits to mykonos, andros, Syros and evia islands at a really affordable price. Place is ideal for family affordable vacations as well. I will be happy to have you in my place!
