Large condo with private deck in South Beach!
3 Bedrooms, sleeps 6 -7 people comfortably.

This penthouse has 1550 s/f of rooftop living looking out at the beach and ocean drive. Queen bed in the master with HUGE VIEW deck, 2 NEW double beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen bed in a small 3rd bedroom- a sleeper sofa Full kitchen with oven and new refrigerator

We have Great view of ocean from the deck off the living room AND there is a huge deck off the master – sleeps 6-7 people

This is a great location right in south beach- you can walk to restaurants, shopping, clubs- and of course the beach!!

We have free wifi, are right across from the beach at 530 Ocean Dr., We have on-site staff, - a perfect place to relax and enjoy some fun and sun. App operated washer/dryer in the building

wonderfull place, wonderfull view

The place to be in Miami beach :vue sur mer, quatrieme étage d'un immeuble art déco de 4 étage, donc sans voisin au dessus et avec un balcon top : exposé nord est du coté chambre et sud est coté salon.l'appartement est tres bien organisé avec 2 salle de bain et 3 chambres un tres grand séjour donnant sur la terrasse.on est dans le début de la zone touristique /restau, ce qui fait que le secteur est suffisamment calme tout en étant proche des zones sympa, des restau et bars et de l'ambiance de Miami Beach!on reviendra c'est sur!

Great location and view - could use some upkeep

Location and views are really great. Staff was prompt/attentive, even on Xmas eve. But for the price (admittedly in peak Xmas week), I wished that the cleanliness matched the photos. The blue couch needs to be fully replaced. It looks like a frat house couch; stained. The bedding does not match the photos and appears more like barracks. Toaster and appliances look really old. Maybe partiers typically rent this place. I was there with my two daughters.

Nice place, great location.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the condo. Upside - great location and the communication with owner and property manager was proactive/good. Downside - kitchen supplies were a little sparse, and the bathroom fixtures and living room furniture are a bit worn. Thank you!

It was 3 adult couples! The location was great! We were in a prime location! The actual condo was very outdated! There were no wash clothes, paper towels or toilet paper upon arrival! The the master tub was not clean

Location was Perfect and Helena gave us 5⭐️ service!

My husband and I were very excited to vacation with our adult kids in Miami especially on South Beach. We were welcomed by Helena, who is very accommodating, friendly and happy to help. She checked in with us by text everyday to see if we needed anything. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for places to go and excellent restaurants. She is so special! This apartment has the best location with shops, restaurants, bars at your fingertips and is directly across the street from South Beach. It is in a lovely historical building with excellent security. The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious and a wonderful place to cool off and relax. There are two large outdoor private decks. The deck off of the living room overlooks the Miami Beach sign and the ocean. It’s a fun place to people watch. My only complaint is the patio furniture on both decks is old, rickety and uncomfortable. It needs high barstool seats and tables in order to enjoy the view along with lounging chairs and an umbrella. That would make it superb. Lastly, the reason I did not give this place 5⭐️ is because the washer and dryer does not work. There is one on another floor but it was constantly in use. Also, the kitchen needs supplies badly! The pots, pans, glassware and utensils were sparse and random. There were no dish towels or oven mitts. Yet, we’d text Helena and she’d try to bring us anything we needed. The owner needs to think about it if they want to be exceptional. Overall, we had a great stay

Excellent location!!

Excellent location - don’t rent a car. You can get anywhere you want to go by Uber or a short walk. Communicating with the property manager and owner was excellent! There isn’t any house keeping so bring laundry detergent if you want clean towels. One bedroom needed a fan but it was doable. We felt very safe there! I would highly recommend - just be prepared to take care of a few items on your own.

Loved the location! Close to everything. We walked to all bars, restaurants, and beach. Helena went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and fun. Girls Trip 2023

This was my first visit to Miami on a girls trip with family. The location was perfect close to all the restaurants and lounges and directly across the street from the beach. The furniture/rug was a little outdated but my host Helena was amazing. She allowed us to check in early because of my flight arrival time. She responded quickly to my questions and needs even stayed for a few to give us some tips to help us have a good stay. Thank you Helena I will see you again!

South beauty

Came for a girls with my daughter and nieces. Enjoyed the space and convenience. Unit had 2 1/2 bathrooms which helped. Rooms were clean and comfoRtable. Had a small issue with 3rd bedroom but was rectified quickly with help of Helena and Lucinda. Who are GREAT .! Walking distance to everything no car needed Right across the beach with breath taking views from both decks. The decks are stunning ! Restaurant downstairs is great and great taco spot down the street next to news cafe. TVs in every room although we didn’t watch anything. Busy at beach and restaurants convenient stores next Helena is helpful and great Would stay here again !

Great location and beautiful spacious apartment!!!

Out group had great time at this apartment. Great location with Beach View!!! Beach and Park are right across the street & plenty of restaurants to choose from. Penthouse had plenty of space and the deck was the best view to watch sun rise and set. Helena was a gem and a wonderful person. She provided information as well as helped our group with Check In/Out during the late-night hours. We would definitely stay here again!

Location is PERFECT

We had a fabulous stay. Location is perfect, right across the street from the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Penthouse had plenty of space and the deck was the best view to watch sun rise and set. Penthouse has 2 1/2 baths, which was perfect and not stated in the listing. Deck could use new wood or maybe indoor outdoor rug/grass to avoid splinters. Helena was a gem and a wonderful person and provided information as well as a few extra towels. We would definitely stay here again!

Place is a dump! Fire alarm went off 2 nights, units filthy and no towels, soap, and stuffs broke.

First thing they told us was wear shoes on deck or you'll get splinters! Place is really dirty, crap everywhere, no towels, dirt everywhere, washer was broke, fire alarm broke and missing detectors, should have paid extra for a hotel.

This was a great location for our family with the beach and park right across the street and all kinds of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The property was clean and the manager was easily accessible and very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this property!
