Good location not for anyone with mobility issues

A great location if you want to be near the old town and close to the port. The main problems with this property are the multiple stairs to gain access and the internal stairs in the property itself (really need someone fit to help with luggage) We stayed just over a month so had a couple of large bags plus hand luggage and my wife has a bad back! Certain things such as showers and various kitchen items are in need of refurbishment and replacing, all getting a bit past their best. Again a good location but it does have its drawbacks.

A great place to stay!

The apartment was just as it looked in the pictures. It’s in a great location with fabulous views from all angles of both the harbour and the old town. It is ideally placed for visiting the town and its many restaurants and for travelling further afield, either by bus or boat. I would highly recommend!

Fabulous location

The property is as in the pictures, in an incredible location. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing. We rented a car for a few days and parked it a 15m walk away, perfectly doable (there’s no free parking closer by). We were met by Fernando at check in and check out which went very smoothly. Be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Also, the location is great and it’s very lively outside til early in the morning, 1am ish. Not for the early light sleepers. We used the bedroom and bathroom downstairs as well as the sofabed upstairs. The latter isn’t very comfortable thought the regular double bed downside is fine.

Amazing apartment right in the heart of the old town

We have just come back from a wonderful 8 night stay in Juan's amazing penthouse apartment right in the centre of Old Town. The apartment had everything we needed and we would love to come back next year. Check in and out was very smooth and nothing was any trouble. Many thanks Katie & Dan

Awesome apartment with superb location

We stayed for a week in August there is one word to describe the apartment and the location - awesome! Whether you are looking for a base to have a relaxing time exploring Ibiza Old Town or you want to explore the island - this apartment will be perfect for you The restaurants of Dalt Villa are 5 minutes walk away, the harbour is on your door step, the water taxis that take you to main locations on the south of the island are 5 minutes walk away - I could go on! We are very particular about where we stay and when we entered the apartment it made us smile - it’s well furnished and has everything you need (where else can you have a shower and look at yachts that cost over $2m a week to rent!). The two terraces provide a full 360 degree view of the town with great views of the Dalt Villa and the Harbour. We support all the positive reviews you will see for this apartment. If Juan will have us we will be back next year

Brilliant location, stylish and spacious city pad

I spent one week in this city centre pad with my 9 year old daughter. She loved the street vibe and the shopping and street entertainment on our doorstep. I loved the roof terrace with stunning views over the harbour and city walls. Well equipped and tastefully furnished. Great host and very accommodating around ou check in. Slight confusion with the instructions as the lady who let us in spoke as much English as we speak Spanish, but Google translate got us most of the way towards a common understanding. Loved the place Andrew location, I would highly recommend it, I would definitely return. ( one thing that isn’t evident from the description- It is on the third and fourth floors with no lift)

Beautiful property in an amazing location

The property is right in the middle of the old town - and a perfect base from which to explore the island. Juan was very accommodating, meeting us early when our flight arrived, and then letting us check out late as he had no immeadiate guests. The roof terrace is amazing and it truly characterfull property and location.

A beautiful apartment in an ideal position.

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. Juan was able to answer quickly all our enquiries before and during our stay. Luis met us at the nearest point the taxi could drop us, so no worries about finding it! The apartment is just as described and has lovely views of the harbour, so there's always something to see. Plenty of great restaurants nearby too, Dalt Vila and La Torreta, both just inside in the fortified "High Town" were our favourites. Everything was straightforward during our whole holiday, but it was reassuring to know that if we did have any problems, Juan and Luis were there if we needed them. We will definitely stay there again the next time we go to Ibiza.

The apartment with a perfect location

We spent two great weeks in Ibiza again. The location of the apartment is always important for us and now we managed to find a perfect one with two magnificent panoramic terraces. I had a small bicycle accident and that’s why I wanted to be inside the apartment for three days, but it did not hinder me because the apartment is so comfortable. Juan helped me right away when I needed advice on healthcare issues. It's important for Finns that they can trust people and what is promised and Juan & Luis were trustworthy. The apartment is perfect for two people. Everything worked great. Because of my accident, we often cooked in the apartment and found all the necessary equipment. (just missed better knives) Before the trip I always read the references and especially when I read what Michael M was writing I was convinced that we had made the right choice and so it was. We will definitely return.

Wow! Fantastic Apartment Amazing Views & Location!

Wow! Amazing!!, Fantastic!!, and Breath-Taking, those are just a few words that I would use to describe this beautiful, luxurious apartment right in the heart of Ibiza Town. This place is at the centre of it all here in Ibiza Old Town, with restaurants and shops lining the streets below and magnificent views of the port as well as Old Town. I stayed here with my partner for the past 7 months, and we could not have been happier. Like I said, we have just spent the last 7 months living in this awesome apartment, which is right in the centre of the Maria in the Old City. The apartment has a fantastic location and great views of the marina. We felt very comfortable and the apartment had all mod cons that you would need to make a great holiday. It literally has everything you need! If you are looking for somewhere in the heart of the marina and in the doorstep of the beautiful Ibiza town this apartment is the perfect choice for you. A beautifully laid out apartment in the middle of the town. The shopping is amazing! The Apartment; This is a great apartment to relax and chill out while on holiday! The lights, fittings, and paintings are so well put together, and it is just so decorative that it makes you feel like you are at home! The Wi-Fi is very good, and there is newly installed fibre optics. The windows are double glazed, and with the decor and natural light it really makes this apartment very, very special. There are two excellent showers and a very comfortable bed downstairs, and a massive pull out bed upstairs. There are two amazing sun terraces with excellent views of the harbour and surrounding hills and mountains. The AC is very efficient and has been fitted on both floors which keeps the entire apartment very comfortable, especially in mid-summer. Taxis are just a hundred meters away, and sea taxis are just fifty meters away, and all are very reasonably priced. Overall, this is an excellent apartment - you will not be disappointed! I promise you! We have already booked to come back again…and…we can’t wait! The Landlords Juan and Luis are two amazing people. They are both truly awesome people who will ensure that your stay at this this apartment will be as smooth as possible. If there is a problem, Juan will sort it out immediately. Juan is the most helpful landlord you could wish for. Juan and Luis will make sure that you have a wonderful stay at their apartment, in that I promise you. Michael & Sharon

GReat location for holiday

We have been staying for last 5 years in Ibiza and last two years in Ibiza town. The apartment has a fantastic location and great views of the marina. We felt safe and the apartment had all mod cons that you would need to mKe a great holiday. Juan was great to deal with and totally recommend this.

A perfect bolt hole in the heart of Ibiza

If you are looking for somewhere in the heart of the harbour and in the doorstep of the beautiful Ibiza town this is the perfect choice. A funky apartment in the middle of the action but quiet enough to close the windows and get some peace. Lovely place to stay but the stairs are not for the faint hearted. Well worth the climb though to experience this beautiful place. Perfect for families with teens or a girls break. Near some fabulous shops and restaurants with an amazing view of the harbour. Just lovely!! The only one thing missing for me was a kettle!! But we managed to live without it. I will definitely be back. .

Excellent Property

This is a great place to stay! The quality of the fixtures,fittings and decorative items are very good. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Long climb up to the property but very well worth it. Two good size terraces with excellent views of the harbour and Dalt Vila. Access to the top terrace is via quite steep steps which take a bit of getting used to. The property is surrounded by good restaurants and shops which bustles at night and we were amazed that very little disturbed us at night - the double glazing obviously does its job. Also, the AC is very efficient and Juan has had it fitted on both floors which keeps the whole place very comfortable. Very close by are local water taxis to take you over to Talamanca or around the coast to various other beaches, all reasonably priced. Many of the restaurants nearby will plate up meals to take back to the apartment and enjoy on the terrace which we did on several occasions. If you arrive early and want a secure place to leave your luggage try Consigna who are about 800 mtrs along the harbour-side. Details at www.consignaibiza.com. Juan is excellent with his communication and we always felt that we could contact him at any time. A very small issue that arose was dealt with very promptly. Overall, an excellent choice of apartment - you wont be disappointed :-) We will certainly be revisiting.

Top Lage; mitten im Leben der Stadt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen in der pulsierenden Altstadt. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. Wer es gerne ruhig hat, ist am falschen Ort. Trotz der grossen Geschäftigkeit in mitten der Ausgangszone, war ein Rückzug auf die Dachterrasse herrlich, Mit etwas Distanz mitten drin zu sein, war für uns tiptop.

The apartment was super nice! An amazing terrace overlooking the port of Elvissa. Juan & Fernanda are very friendly and accommodating. If you are tall, mind you head when using the stairs. I would definitely recommend it and would probably go back.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit einer tollen Aussicht. Man ist mitten im Geschehen und kann doch alles in Ruhe genießen. Die Betreuung vor Ort und der Gastgeber sind hervorragend.

Der beste Urlaub, den ich je hatte!

Ich bin alleine für knapp 3 Wochen auf Ibiza gewesen und es war vor allem Dank Juans Wohnung ein absoluter Traum. Die Wohnung liegt total Zentral direkt am Hafen von Eivissa. Es ist sauber, groß und geräumig. Im Appartement fehlt es einem an nichts, die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, mit allem was man benötigt. Ein Traum sind die beiden Dachterrassen mit absoluter mega Aussicht, wie oft stand ich dort oben und konnte mein Glück nicht fassen, so ein tolles Appartement gefunden zu haben. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich über Fewo direkt gebucht habe und man weiß ja nicht wirklich, was einen so erwartet, aber meine Erwartungen wurden einfach übertroffen. Obwohl ich alleine reiste, hatte ich keinen einzigen Moment Angst oder Sorge in dem Haus, wo die Wohnung drin ist, die Nachbarn waren alle super nett. Da die Wohnung so zentral liegt, musste ich mir nie Sorgen machen, ob ich was vergessen hab, wenn ich in die Stadt gegangen bin, konnte ich ja ganz schnell mal wieder nach Hause und genauso hat es sich für mich angefühlt, wie zu Hause. Man sollte sich im klaren sein, die Wohnung liegt, ich glaube es ist der dritte oder vierte Stock, ohne Aufzug, mir hat das nix ausgemacht, möchte es aber nicht unerwähnt lassen und die Wohnung ist mittendrin, es ist immer Trubel vor der Türe, was ich jedoch sehr liebe und als nicht störend empfunden habe. Juan ist ein toller Vermieter, immer erreichbar, hilft sofort weiter, wenn man fragen hat. Ich komme wieder,aber dann für noch länger ❤️
