Luxurious new Disney Golf Vacation Home with private pool has 5 bedrooms / 5.5 bathrooms. We are 20 min from Disney and close to all that Orlando has to offer. The spacious villa has 2,498 sq.ft of living space and features 5 large bedrooms, including 3 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We can comfortably sleep a total of 12 persons. Open-plan lounge with large flat screen ROKU TV. Free high speed internet. Dine at the 8-seater dinning table or in the fresh air on the pool deck. Fully equipped spacious kitchen. South facing large private swimming pool & deck which backs on to a natural conservation area. Pool heating is available on request for $25 per day and recommended from October to March. Games room with air hockey and foosball. Providence is one of the leading golfing resorts in the area with amenities that are second to none. Facilities include tennis courts, Gym, 2 pools, water slides, and children’s playground as well as restaurant

Important Clubhouse facilities information: Each visitor will receive one (1) complimentary usage of the pool & gym during their stay for up to six (6) guest. Any children under the age of 16 are exempt from this, but must be accompanied by an adult. There is unlimited access to the tennis/pickle ball courts and the playground. Guest will have the option to pay $10 per day or $40 per week per person to use the pool and gym during their stay.

Fantastic property in a gorgeous gated golf community

This was a fantastic property in a gated golf community within a 45 min drive to outlets and theme parks. As a family and with a golf fanatic ( or 2) it was just perfect. The pre arrival information was the best I’ve had and we had no problems finding the house and it was as listed with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. The community is great for walking and seeing wildlife and the golf course with a decent bar and restaurant is a 3 minute walk. Also there is a large kids and lap pool, gym ( which we used) and paddle board/tennis courts. The house is great, I would advise pool heating on colder months and the back is not overlooked.Communication with the owner was great and the house was well maintained with visits from pool cleaners, gardeners and recycling.There are a number of stores within a short drive the nearest being a Publix and liquor store within a couple of mins from the main entrance. Lots of places to eat at champions gate about 15 mins or 14 in an uber. There are also the usual large numbers of food deliveries. Have to mention that the beds were super comfy and good quality which you don’t always get. A bonus with a 9 year old ( and adults after a couple of beers) were the football and air hockey in the garage. Also we saw a few rocket launches from the front so check out any potential dates.Golf review from my husband. Staff fabulous and helpful at the pro shop and at the course. Course was in tip top condition and wild life friendly .

Lovely villa in a quiet , secure community. We had an issue with the pool upon arrival, but that was dealt with immediately . My only criticism is that bathroom floor in the master bedroom creaks like crazy when walked on, not ideal in the middle of the night !

Amazing house in perfect location

We were a party of 12 all age ranges. The house is in perfect position for both Disney and Universal. The beds are super comfy and theres plenty of space for everyone. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely book again.

great stay

nice property, stayed for three weeks only four family members stay there so plenty of everything for everybody, plus two extra guests stayed for few days. Plenty of pool furniture but is getting a bit worn out. fridge freezer broke down on our last week management responded quickly and very polite not the best thing to have no fridge freezer in florida but these things do happen. definitely stay again 😃

Spacious and well equipped holiday home

Our family had plenty of space in this villa. It has everything you need. The bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were clean and the gated community felt safe. The house could do with a bit of maintenance i.e. a lick of paint and the carpets cleaned. It could also be nuisance getting home after a long day at the parks, due to the security system, there was often a very long queue to enter the site. Overall I would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Orlando!

Lovely villa great location

A very nice villa with just the right amount of space for us. Could have done with a revamp as was looking a little run down but was the cleanest villa we have ever stayed at. The outside pool area could have done with a clean before we got there but not too big a deal. Lots of chairs and loungers which was great as we didn't have to fight over them for a change, however they were very annoying loungers as you couldn't lock them in place so any time we wanted to lay down you had to fight with the chair which wasn't very relaxing. It was nice that there were some pool toys available, could have done with more pool area plates and bowls as we're only 4 plates and 2 bowls. The resort was great and the public pool area was the nicest we have come across. I would highly recommend renting this villa.

We enjoyed our stay in this large villa

This was our second time staying in this villa. Dane as always was very accommodating to our needs in regards to our travel dates. The house is starting to show a bit of age since my last visit but it was clean upon arrival, I think this has been mentioned on a previous review but ceiling fans would be nice in all bedrooms and an on site bbq would be a nice feature ( management company charges more than the bbq is worth for a two week stay). Overall I would recommend this to families looking to spend time near Disney

Gorgeous Home - even better than expected!

While looking for a place to stay I had a couple of preferences in mind and when I stumbled onto this beautiful property it checked all the boxes. The booking process was also extremely quick and easy. When we arrived it was even better than I had previously thought. The place was spacious and fit our family of 7 very comfortably. The furniture accented it nicely making it feel very homey. Our two kids slept on the bunk beds and loved them - a small but great touch that improved our stay. Overall we spent 10 days there, two of them we went to Disney. We were in a prime location, making the journey to Disney only a short 20 minutes. On another day the adults went to play golf - the subsidised prices saved us a couple of dollars - while the kids went to the clubhouse and had fun on the waterslides. The rest of the time we spent at the house but not once did we get bored. We relaxed at the pool and loved how it overlooked onto a nature conservation area as we usually saw birds and other wildlife making it a gorgeous view. Often the kids would go in and out of the games room playing Foosball and Air hockey. The kids never once complained about the wifi. At the end of the day we would sit outside, enjoy the fresh air and dine outside with homemade food made in the kitchen - it had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating throughout the whole trip with quick and helpful responses to any of our queries. We really enjoyed our vacation and will most definitely be back, probably with even more of the family.

Gorgeous 5 star villa - even better than expected!

Very spacious gorgeous clean villa

We stayed here as a family of 10 with 7 adults and 3 children aged 9,7 & 2. We arrived after being delayed in the airport and got mixed up where to pick they keys up but we contacted Dane who was very helpful and sorted it out for us. Villa is gorgeous and everything you need is there very spacious and immaculately clean! Bedrooms were lovely and beds were so comfy! En suites were also lovely. Only thing could do with is a couple more hairdryers we didn’t bring ours as it said it had them but wasn’t a problem as we just took it in turns. Outside area was lovely as was the pool we loved to sit out at night talking about our day and planning for the next day. We had a problem with the safe where it wouldn’t open but we called for help and they were straight out and very helpful turned out the battery had just died. Kids had a couple of hours at the clubhouse pool which they enjoyed and was just a short walk from the villa. Overall we loved the villa and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Dane is a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful with any questions we had. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Amazing villa - first class owners

The villa is situated on the stunning golf resort of Providence which is truly an amazing place to stay. We found the villa to be imaculately cleaned and furnished to a high standard with all the amenities we could ask for. Sitting by the nature view pool felt like a piece of paradise. The golf package which comes with the villa meant that the use of the course and the club house were affordable and accessible. The kids also loved the fact that they could use the community pool which has two slides. The beds are very comfy which is a must in a rental property. Dane couldn't have been better to deal with and made the whole rental process exceptionally easy. We have rented this villa twice now and find it home from home, it would definitely be the first choice for our stay whenever we are in Florida. Kennedy family

Amazing Villa & Resort!

Both the villa & resort were exactly as described online. This was our first time renting a home & we were not disappointed! The bedrooms were all a good size and the living area provided more than enough space for 6 adults and 2 children to relax. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances/utensils needed and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels/soaps. The entire home was very clean & beautifully furnished/decorated. Having a pool/patio area provided additional entertainment for the children. The sliding glass door had an alarm that went off each time the door was opened (unless you pressed a button by the door first). This feature was very much appreciated when the 4 yr old tried to open the door himself & go out to the pool! We were provided a pass to go to the water park at the resort; it was amazing and the staff was very friendly! We took the children almost every day and it was never crowded. The 4 yr old had a blast on the water slides and the 2 yr old was able to play in the shallow end. My husband & son-in-law took advantage of the golf course. They received a discounted rate for staying in the resort. Only con was the temperature in the house. Everyone stated how hot they were the first night. I contacted the management company about the thermostat. They told me it as located upstairs & was not to be set below 73 or the AC unit could shut down. The thermostat was preset on 75 & 73 did seem to cool the house better; however, the thermostat would constantly go back to 75 and the house would get noticeably warmer. We just had to stay on top of it & keep resetting it to 73. Just a couple of suggestions: 1) Please put a note on the oven regarding the oven temperature. We used the oven a couple of times & needed to set it on 350; however, the highest temp I could get it to was 175. The food was cooked properly; I believe the temp shown is Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. 2) Please have the management company check the batteries in the remote controls & smoke alarms regularly. One of the remotes in the living room did not work & the smoke alarm in an upstairs bedroom kept beeping. In each, the batteries were dead. Instead of contacting the management company, we just picked up new batteries & replaced them. Overall, our experience was fantastic! We would definitely rent your villa again & highly recommend it to friends & family! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Karen Wynn

It felt like a wonderful hotel.

I thought the property fit a guys golf trip to a T. We felt free to come and go as we please and were only about 1 minute drive to the Providence Golf Club. It wasn't too far from grocery shopping and take out food. The gate house recognized us quickly and allowed us entrance with no delay. If I could make one recommendation it would be to have a barbecue. We didn't find one there but there were ample utensils and pans to cook on the stove and in the oven. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great Family & Golf Vacation

We stayed here for 2 weeks over the Easter holidays with our family, The villa is very spacious, we were 7 adults and 2 young children and never felt on top of each other. The private pool and deck is also large enough to accomodate a full house. The pool is south facing, which is something that we look for when picking rental properties as you get the most out of the days sun, without getting the direct glare at sunrise and sunset. The house was furnished very nicely, and kitched fitted out with all the nessesities to prepare home cooked meals if so desired. The games room with Air Hockey and Foosball was also a great source of entertainment for the kids, for days that we just wanted to relax at home. The Golf and Country Club are only a couple on minutes walk from the villa. We really enjoyed the golf course, it was not too busy and we managed to get in a few relaxed rounds of golf while enjoying the scenery and wildlife. The kids enjoyed the clubhouse pool with the many water slides. We did a few days of visiting the popular amusement parks, driving time varies from 20-40 min depending which one you go to. The homeowners were very easy to deal with and made the booking process very simple. The property management company was also very helpful. We had a small issue with the dishwasher, called in and maintanance had it repaired the same afternoon. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be checking the availability of this villa, the next time we are planning another Florida vacation.

Home was nice and clean and in a great location. We weren't able to use the pool as the heater broke and they weren't able to get it fixed before we got there. We were compensated fairly, but it was a disappointment. Hosts were great. Would dtay there again.

Great Property

This house was one of the best overall that we have stayed in and we have been renting in the Orlando area for 20 years.The home is updated with what looks like new furniture and flooring. The backyard is very private and has a nice large pool deck with plenty of sun chairs. The property is very well appointed with more supplies than I have seen before from extra pillows, pots, pans, Tupperware and crockpot to name some. The owners Dane and Caroline were lovely to deal with and very responsive to any queries we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we will definitely return.

Good time

Overall we had good time there. House is nice and spacious. Everything you need for your stay in there. The only issue we had,once we arrived at the house AC temperature was set to 80 ,beeing over 90 degrees outside that is hot for inside. Even trying to lower temperature on the thermostat that didn't work. Had to contact property manager,they sent someone,supposedly fixed the issues,but took almost 10hours to kind of cool the house,especially upstairs. 1st night all of us 6 adults and 5 kids had to sleep downstairs since that was the only place that wasn't hot (camping style). Happened again few days later but not much was done. Took long time for all people that ware contacted to respond.Also to find out later that even tho we try lowering the temperature on the thermostat,it is controled by property manager and she sets the temperature. So didn't do us any good. Advise: Knowing that people are comeing to stay in the house and being hot/humid outside please lower temperature WAY AHEAD of time.

Great stay!

The house was great for our Disney trip and my family enjoyed our time. Upon arrival we did notice the house is a little dated and some of the furniture had some minor damages but nothing major. The parking situation is kind of a nightmare if you have more than 2 cars. No street parking is allowed. You can pay to park at the golf clubhouse but finding someone there to help was difficult. There are LOTS of rules and threatens of extra charges for not doing things. Overall, we had a great stay and no major issues!

This is silly but I was disappointed that the tower wasn't really a room. House is nice the pool and lanai bathroom are great. The living roomfurniture is not comfortable and the lighting is terrible for reading.

Why they chose this property

We love the Orlando area and the theme parks. We purchased this property as a central location to meet up with family and friends that live in various parts of North America and the Caribbean. We were one of the first to purchase in this sub development and managed to get a prime lot with south facing pool onto a natural conservation area, also not to far a walk from the community center.
