Séjour agréable et au calme

Le logement est situé dans une zone résidentielle calme, loin de la foule. La piscine est petite mais est bien agréable pour se rafraîchir lors des fortes chaleurs. Toni nous a donné de bons conseils et est très réactif. Je recommande.

Paradisiaque

Nous avons louer cette maison de Majorque lors d’un séjour entre amis. Nous avons tout d’abord été très bien accueilli par l’hôte avec qui nous avons été en contact tout du long du séjour et avant même d’y être. A notre arrivé, le propriétaire nous avait préparé un catalogue avec tous les endroits, activités et restaurants incontournables de Majorque. Il nous a fait visiter la maison et les détails, nous n’avions qu’à poser nos valises, tout était préparer (lits, piscine, chambre etc..) La maison était d’ailleurs au delà de nos espérances et encore plus belle qu’en photos. Ce séjour a donc été une véritable réussite en partie grâce à l’emplacement de la maison qui se situait prêt de tout, et surtout à 300m de la mer on nous passions notre temps (plongeoir, bars et restaurants). Pour conclure, le propriétaire nous a fait totalement confiance et cela est rare lorsque nous somme un groupe de jeunes adultes. Merci encore pour ce séjour inoubliable!

Very beautiful!

Toni and his family was really helpful during our stay at his house! We needed help with renting a car to get around the place (if you're traveling with children, please note that the sand beaches is 3 km away). The house was clean, the neighborhood was friendly and it was quiet and peaceful. The kids enjoyed it and all in all it was a great experience meeting Toni and his kind family! I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to have some down time with the family away from the mallorcan tourism.

Alles Sauber und in Ordnung. Lage fernab vom Trubel. Kleine Nachteile: Nachbarhund bellt in der Nacht, Türen teilweise kaputt, Klimaanlage fehlt. Sonst alles gut für den Preis.

Exceptionnel

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en famille. La maison est adaptée pour les enfants. Nous sommes parti avec nos fils de 3 ans et 4 mois. La maison est très spacieuse très propre et fonctionnelle. Nous avons profité au maximum de la piscine qui est juste comme il faut pour un enfant de l'âge de mon fils. Tout était à disposition. Le propriétaire très disponible par message et très réactif il a su prendre de nos noucelles également pour savoir si tout allait bien. Concernant la localisation elle est très bien à 35 min de palma ça qui n'est pas plus mal car nous avons apprécié plutôt les autres villes de l'île avec moins d'affluence. Nous avons en effet la mère au bout de la rue mais pas de plage. Nous recommandons fortement et nous pensons revenir !!!

Ein Haus für die gesamte Familie

Wir haben mit 3 Generationen in diesem sehr schönen Haus Urlaub gemacht. Die Küche , ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad , die Außenterrasse mit dem Swimmingpool befinden sich im Erdgeschoß, sodass ältere Personen es dort bequem haben. Der WLAN Anschluss war trotz mehrerer Geräte schnell und bereitete keine Probleme. Wer gern in einer ruhigen Umgebung Urlaub macht, ist hier gut untergebracht.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus

Die ruhige Umgebung und die Nähe zum Meer machen dieses Haus perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit und Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Erholung pur

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem großen Haus mit bequemen Betten. Es war alles sehr sauber und unser Gastgeber war für uns da, wenn es Probleme gab. Wir lieben den Strand von Sa Rapita und das Meer war im Oktober noch recht warm. Wir haben viel unternommen, aber auch die Zeit im Haus genossen, indem wir gekocht, gespielt und erzählt haben.

très belle maison

très belle maison très grande la piscine est vraiment un plus avec les chaleurs par contre faudrait vraiment penser a une clim nous avons pas mal souffert de la chaleur dans les chambres du 1er surtout celle des enfants et aussi le couple qui devait prendre la chambre du haut n'a pas pu dormir ensemble, canapé-lit incomfortable donc résultat ils ont du dormir avec le matelas par terre donc à revoir le canapé-lit ... autrement rien à dire nous avons adoré surtout le calme et les magnifiques plages paradisiaque à 10 minutes en voiture.... excellent séjour

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir verbrachten gut drei Wochen vom 20. März bis 11. April in diesem weiträumigen, spartanisch eingerichteten und ausgestatteten Haus. Es ist sehr gut für ein oder zwei Familien mit Kindern geeignet und bietet zwei relativ unabhängige Wohnbereiche. Insbesonders positiv ist die Nähe zum Meer und die gute Erreichbarkeit eines Badestrands (ca. 3 km) sowie der Spiel- und Fußballplatz vor dem Haus zu nennen. Schön wäre es, Spiele, Bälle oder auch Bücher vorzufinden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn die ersten Tage aufgrund der niedrigen Außentemperaturen schwierig waren. Der Vermieter reagierte schnell und stellte eine Gasheizung und weitere Heizlüfter zur Verfügung. Auf die öffentliche WiFi-Anbindung, die in der ersten Woche noch leidlich funktionierte, sollte man sich nicht verlassen. Ab der zweiten Woche war eine Kommunikation so gut wie nicht mehr möglich. Summa summarum: Ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, belle maison spacieuse et très propre. Malgré de fortes chaleurs les nuits furent agréables car la maison est bien conçue avec un bon passage d'air. La piscine est vraiment un plus qui est très appréciable. Bon voisinage, calme. Bref je recommande fortement cette location pour des vacances familiales. Merci à Monsieur et Madame TONI pour leur accueil et leur belle maison.

Ein tolles Feriendomizil!

Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, wir, fünf Erwachsene, hatten genügend Platz! Es war sauber und aufgeräumt, alles Notwendige (auch Spülmittel, Putztücher und Müllbeutel ;-)) ) war vorhanden. Die Lage ab vom Rummel war optimal, und als Basis für Ausflüge mit dem Auto perfekt. In Llucmajor und Campos gibt es gute Supermärkte. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn die Verständigung manchmal nur mit Händen und Füßen gelang. Dieses Haus empfehle ich weiter!

Schöner Urlaub in Son Bielo

Das Haus ist relativ neu, mit großzügiger Raumaufteilung und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wenn man das teilweise verostete Besteck nicht bewertet, war es alles in allem duchaus sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Es fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die man sonst in einem Ferienhaus vermisst, z.B. Kaffeetassen (es gab nur Espressotassen), ein Radio oder zumindest ein TV mit einem deutschen Sender, Spiele. Wir führen das darauf zurück, dass der Vermieter dieses Haus erst seit kurzer Zeit vermietet und den Service weiter verbessert. Auch ist nur eine Liege vorhanden am Pool vorhanden, das ist zuwenig. Weiterhin ist es schade, dass es keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern gibt, im Sommer ist es bestimmt sehr heiß dort. Das würde auch die vielen Stechmücken abhalten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig (bis auf die Wochenenden) und etwas abgeschieden. Zum nächsten Restaurant und verschiedener Bars kann man aber in wenigen Minuten laufen. Die wunderschönen Strände sind allerdings nur mit dem Auto in 5 - 20 min zu erreichen (Parkgebühr 5€/Tag). Wir fuhren am liebsten zum Es Trenc bei Colonia sant Jordi, dort kann man auch umsonst parken. Der Vermieter und seine Familie bewohnen nur am Wochende das identische zweite Doppelhaus, ansonsten ist man dort allein. Alles in allem würden wir gerne wiederkommen und können das Haus allen empfehlen, die einen ruhigen Badeurlaub erleben möchten.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage!!!!!!

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und neu alles drin was man braucht, sehr nette Vermieter hat alles super geklappt. Sehr ruhig ideal für Familien (gegenüber Kinderspielplatz) oder jene die, die Ruhe genießen! Der Ort selbst ist nicht bewegend es gibt einen Bäcker (morgen spaziergang) kl. Geschäfte bekommt alles was man braucht. Schöne Strände in der Umgebung. Es war ein schöner und entspannter Urlaub auch mit 2 jährigem Kind Wir würden sofort wieder hin fahren!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! junge Familie mit Kind
