Easter break in Florida.

We were a little anxious about our upcoming stay, as the price was very competitive and not as reassuringly expensive as our last accommodation in Florida! However, prompt and helpful replies from Sharon but our mind at ease and we were very pleased when we arrived. The property feels spacious and well looked after. House keeping had done a lovely job before our arrival. Our bed in the main room was very very comfortable and I’ve come home wanting to replicate it. The property is a very short drive to all of the parks and looking good/shopping areas. During our stay we needed help with a cloudy pool and the central heating went down- Sharon was quick to sort both out- though we did have to forego a day in the pool to allow the chemicals to do their job. We had requested the pool be heated- and this was a good choice. It made for a very pleasant time there. My only constructive feedback would be the current condition of the pool. It is not bright blue, as pictured. It looks like it needs cleaning, which I imagine is in fact the need for a new paint job. It’s browning and not as inviting as the pictures. Maybe this will be sorted in the quiet season- as well as a new pool cover which was disintegrating so we stopped using it. Would we return? Absolutely. Or any property managed by Sharon as it is the communication that makes a stay a long way from home key to happy time away.

Great Villa for families

We had a wonderful stay over Spring break. The house had everything you could need and was really well presented. We enjoyed using the heated pool and the property manager was really responsive after bad weather damaged the screened area outside. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the house as a great place for Disney parks holidays.

Winter Warmer

We have been coming to the Orlando area yearly for the last 20 years, and this villa is by far the best property we have stayed in during that time. The facilities are great and well maintained / clean, while the beds and seating are comfortable. As for the pool, we visited in late November and the pool heating was great very warm which made the holiday. Communication with Sharon was very easy, and she responded very quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

The most wonderful vacation

We used the villa as part of our 19 day stay in Florida. After doing the first 7 days of Disney in a Disney hotel, we moved to this villa. Within arriving through the front door we were blown away by the place. The pictures really do not do it justice. The layout, the rooms, all the facilities and the outdoor pool area were all in perfect condition and clearly well looked after. Everyone loved their bedrooms and the neighbourhood was bilissfuly quiet and you felt really safe. We contacted Sharon the owner to ask questions now and again and she could. It have been more helpful, kind and caring. She even offered to nip past and say hello which we accepted and it was so nice to put her name to a face. She was just as wonderful in person. The location was perfect for us as it wasn’t too close to everything where you felt you had to always be doing something and made you make the most of your rest days. Ubers arrived within minutes and took us to our other destinations such as universal, sea world, discovery cove, the malls and various steakhouses. The max we paid was $30 for any trip. It’s only $6/7 to either of the local supermarkets Walmart/Publix/Aldi. We were so happy with the villa that we didn’t want to leave. Normally at the end of your holiday you’re ready for going home. With this being such a perfect villa it was like our own home. If we ever came back to Florida, we wouldn’t consider anywhere else. Thanks Sharon and well done for making it so special.

Awesome home from home

Can not recommend this home enough, we are regular visitors to Florida and have stayed at many properties, this is by far one of the best homes we have stayed in. Very clean and well stocked with essential needs (towels, crockery, glasses etc), beautifully decorated, bright & fresh, lots of room and lovely pool area to relax after a busy day. Sharon is very helpful and quick to respond to questions or any issues you may have. Would we go back? YES 100% & already planning Thank you Sharon & team for our awesome 3 week stay.

Excellent holiday

We absolutely loved our stay here. Really great house and good location for parks/shops. We didn't encounter any problems and we will definitely come back. We had our last 2 nights in a Universal hotel and I was gutted to leave the house and pool. Great washing machine and dryer too, really helped doing our washing before we went home. Loads of towels, so no need to bring your own. Appliances and TV all good. The decor was really lovely and was in a really nice, gated estate. I read a lot about the pool temp before arriving. We didn't pay to heat as we were out most days but we didn't really need it. We stayed late April and although a bit cold when you get it in, you warmed up quick when the sun was out. And the sun was on the pool ALL day, it's a great spot. Just remember to put the cover on every day, we forgot one day and it made a big difference. Our fifth villa in Orlando and definitely our favourite.

Lovely house, great spot, easy access to Disney

Great holiday villa, spacious with everything as advertised, including travel cot & high chair which made travelling with young faculty really easy. Lots of shops & restaurants nearby, and Disney parks were ~20/25 minutes away by car. Pool was a lovely perk which made days off more enjoyable. A holiday we'll never forget!

We really enjoyed our five weeks here. The location is quiet yet still close enough to shopping and restaurants. We weren’t there to visit any of the parks. The house is well equipped and the outdoor space is lovely! We would stay again.

Quite condo with plenty of room

The location of the condo was conveniently close to Disney, as well as local grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. We found it very easy to check in and out. Upon our arrival, we had no trouble getting into the condo. It was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. However, the carpet was heavily stained, which led us to wear flip flops instead of walking barefoot or in socks. Despite this issue, we felt that the stay was worth the money overall, and the condo was a nice place to stay.

Comfortable stay in Davenport for family Disney trip

My family stayed at this comfortable Davenport home for 7 days, primarily used as our home base for several days at Disney World. The location was 20-25 mins to Disney and close to a Publix supermarket, Walmart and Aldi within less than 10 minutes drive.The home was large and comfortable with new appliances and kitchen gadgets (e.g. coffee maker, pots and pans). We enjoyed the very warm swimming pool and hot tub during our stay which operated well even when the temperature dipped into the 30s some evenings.The bathrooms are dated but clean. There is carpet throughout the house which is also a bit dated but as advertised.Note that you need to provide your own toilet paper, tissue boxes, dish washer detergent, and additional garbage bags. There were some partial toilet rolls left but it is expected that guests replenish as needed. There is also a lengthy rule book from the property manager that includes information that I was not aware of in advance of my stay (e.g. pool heating cost is paid at your own risk and if the external temp is too low and the pool isn't heated you will not be refunded). I suggest you ask the property manager for these rules in advance of booking so there are no surprises.

Florida Christmas Vacation

The location of the property was perfect for our family vacation. It is a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. The heated pool was a hit with the entire family.

Great location, good communication, nice house - very spacious, pool and spa was excellent. Only complaint is there was only 4 wash cloths in the entire house. Luckily there was only 4 of us staying but we had to wash laundry much more often than desired on vacation but thats the only negative i have for our whole stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very dissatisfied!

We were immediately concerned about our stay right when we showed up. There were no exterior lights on, nor interior lights, and I had indicated that we would be having a late evening arrival. My wife tripped over a root and almost twisted her as she inadvertently stepped off the driveway. It was also a bit stifling on arrival but can understand since it’s quite expensive to cool. The pictures from the listing depict everything much nicer than they actually are and, in our opinion, the home was not as updated as stated. The master bedroom mattress was an absolute nightmare to sleep on, it was very lumpy and the bed itself was noisy with any movement. There was mold in the shower and the pool was dirty, lots of debris/dirt in the bottom. Also wasn’t thrilled with having to start laundry when we’re paying a cleaning fee. Everything seemed very minimal and on the cheap. I had inadvertently booked a day longer than intended, my fault of course, but we changed our flight accordingly. Unfortunately, we decided to leave two days earlier and stayed at a hotel. We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with this stay.

Parents trip

We rented this for our parents and their friends to get away and relax for the week. They had a fantastic time and loved everything about the house. Property manager was a breeze to work with. Needless to say they all came back refreshed and recharged!
