Located approximately 10 minutes drive south of Dubrovnik, the studio has been recently modernised and now offers extremely comfortable accommodation.
The house is near a store and a bus station where regular buses can take you to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. The accommodation is perfect for families, children and elderly alike. Beaches are only 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.
The studio apartment is located on the upper level of the main villa with separate entrance.
Is located on the sea front and boast stunning views to the islands of Supetar, Bobara, and the bay of Cavtat.
The open plan kitchen and dining area offer the sea views so you can enjoy the most romantic sunset while cooking your favourite meal or just sipping a cool bottle of wine.
In front of the entrance to apartments is covered terrace, surrounded with forest, with barbecue and table for you to Apartments can be used separately or as one.


Excurions : The ideal one-day trip for all gourmet accented savor is our Wine & Oyster - degustation on the fascinating and charming Peljesac Peninsula. Try one of the most famous European oysters on the spot at Mali Ston and enjoy its subtle and exceptional flavor together with a glass of absolutely extraordinary wine from the same region. Visit and explore later also one of the most famous wineries well-known for its best product, the Mali Plavac - Red Wine.

Excursions by boat: Enjoy unique panoramic landscape of the islands. There are 13 islands in this archipelago northwest of Dubrovnik but only three Elaphiti are inhabited: Kolocep, Lopud, Sipan. To see all three major Elaphiti you should consider taking a private tour to Islands Cruise by a midsize boat which includes a picnic on the boat. The places you'll see can be approached by sea only. This tour gives you a chance to enter and see some of the Elaphiti hidden caves, swim on sandy beach of Sunj and visit ancient vilancient villages .

Amazing Place

Really friendly hosts who were very welcoming and showed us around Soline about where the local beach and restaurants are. Really quiet and peaceful. The pool is a perfect temperature to relax in. I would definitely come back if I ever came to Dubrovnik area again.

Beautiful Stay

We had such a beautiful holiday at the apartment. Everything was as described- even better. Wefelt incredibly relaxed and Niksa and his family went out of their way to help us with any request. The property is excellently positioned between Dubrovnik and Cavtat and has its own lovely beach a few minutes walk down the steps below the house. The pool and loungers were perfect and each guest was provided for. We would definitely go again and hope to come back with a group of friends to hire a range of the other apartments. Everything was clean, beautifully looked after and we particulary loved the plants and greenery around the space. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to relax

My partner and I were very happy with this flat -- the view was marvelous, the pool and hot tub were relaxing, and the staff were very responsive. The location is also very quiet and convenient with a market at the top of the street, bus connections to Dubrovnik, the airport 10-15 mins drive away, and ferry connections nearby to the Old City. We wanted a relaxing, easy place to relax and this was perfect. Big thanks to the owners!

Fabulous Apartment

The apartment was everything we could have wished for. Great communication from owners who will collect you from airport and stop at supermarket on the way for you to collect any essentials. The view was amazing and it good place to stay to explore southern Croatia. The No10 bus stops 20 yards from the apartment and takes 25 minutes to get to Dubrovnik. We hired a car (arranged by owners) and was able to visit Montenegro & Bosnia. I would 100% recommend it.

Fantastic views clean apartment and grounds were well maintained 5 star

Michael and Ivor plus dad and mum where so hospertalating picked us up from the airport no problem, took us to the supermarket on the way so we could pick up some essential for our apartment, room was clean and thank good gor air con the room was well cool. My advice is get a car before you travel and collect at the airport for the remains of your stay or if yiu like walking great too but nit hot yo walk in the day time if I. Honest.pool was lobley and vlean su beds were take your pick as all empty, jacuzzi was amazing just to relax and see the views. Definitely go to Cavcat Park up then get the ferry over to old town well worth the exploring..lobley stake hous just a 5 min walk from the apartment well worth a visit good customer service overall a lovley break will be back again very soon les x jinx

Beutiful apartment and seaview!!

The apartment was fabulous. The view from the balcony is amazing. Having breakfast and looking out to the sea was wonderful . A lovely place for a sundowner too.! Swimming pool was lovely and clean and the sun beds and deck chairs really comfortable. Niksa was very helpful and we had great communication with him. There was also an outdoor barbecue area which looked really good . ( we didn’t use it but another couple did). There is a bus service to Dubrovnik (wonderful town) and to Cavtat (beautiful relaxing village) just up the road and very cheap to use. The secluded beach is a stroll away but down a LOT of stairs. Worth the effort as once there you almost have it to yourself. All in all would recommend.

It was amazing from start to finish. They picked us up from the airport and brought us back to the apartment. It was so clean and had obviously had a recent makeover. The pool was very clean and was never busy. The owners/staff where super helpful and helped us with what ever we needed. The view from the apartment was extraordinary. Would highly recommend and I will be deffo going back.

Amazing views and a perfect apartment

After reading about all the great reviews I decided to book a long weekend at Niko’s place. The balcony is a little piece of heaven, as is the small beach 10 min walk from the apartment. We used the BBQ and also tried the hot tub and the pool. But sitting on the balcony sipping a glass of wine watching the sunset over the sea was just simply magical. The host is fantastic and very helpful. Highly recommend the host and the apartment! THANK YOU from us :)

loved this place!

Absolutely loved staying in this apartment. The accommodation is between Dubrovnik and Cavtat, both easily reachable via bus or uber. We particularly enjoyed Cavtat and visited several times. Dubrovnik is stunning but gets very busy. The apartments are kept in immaculate condition and the view from the balcony, and from the pool, is incredible. Niksa and his family are great, picking us up from the airport and dropping us back on departure. As there wasn't any guests coming immediately after us Niksa said we could stay in the apartment for as long as required on departure day. I need to give a particular mention to the housemaid, Kate (not sure it's spelt that way), she always had a lovely smile for all the guests and had a lovely personality, she also kept the apartment very clean. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Strongly recommend staying at this set of apartments, you won't be disappointed.

What a find

We recently spent a week at this lovely accommodation in an equally lovely spot on the Croatian coast. The owner collected us from the airport stopping at a supermarket to allow us to buy provisions. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is in a stunning position overlooking the sea. Well appointed it is complimented by a pool, Jacuzzi and stunning views. The beach is a short walk but down very steep flights of steps. Well worth the effort though. The only down side was the lack of a shop but there is an excellent bus service right outside the door. Two very good restaurants, King and a pizza restaurant are within walking distance. To conclude we would highly recommend this accommodation.

A blissful 4 night break!

This little gem was fantastic value and a lovely place to stay on my first visit to Croatia (and first ever solo trip abroad!) Nikša, Marina and family were lovely kind hosts who made me feel very welcome and safe here. Even the the lashing rain for 2 of my 4 days couldn't spoil it for me. It's a lovely property with a fantastic hot-tub to sit in of an evening enjoying the view. And the view really is beautiful. I didn't make it into the pool but it was also beautiful! The buses are frequent and reasonably priced, Dubrovnik is a fantastic 25 minute water taxi ride away and the beautiful Cavtat is so close by. I could have stayed another week easily and I do hope to be back again soon. I can't recommend it enough. Thanks for everything, Sarah, Scotland.

Excellent location, great views, very clean and very help suggesgions.

Excellent location very easy to get to Dubrovnik, Cavtat and with a car to travel further afield. Great views from the apartment and garden, always something to see. Apartment is well equiped and very clean. Easy to get to a local beach, probably only 100m or so away down the hill. It is a great beach, with a fresh water shower and never very busy (end September). We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend the apartment and location.

We had a wonderful time. Ivan was so helpful with answering any queries arranging trips etc my two only negatives were that when we arrived it was late and I would’ve appreciated the opportunity of buying a welcome pack of water toilet roll wine. And maybe tea coffee just to see us through. Also I didn’t realise how far we were from shops so buying supplies had to be planned out. However the apartment was spotless and the infinity pool and hot tub felt like a luxury and very indulgent overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you

Amazing sea views

Lovely apartment with an amazing view. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Lovely pool. Only negative no shop/supermarket within walking distance but local bus service was excellent and nearby shops were only 25/20 minute ride away. Car hire may be useful Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Fantastic

This place was tremendous, and Niksa the owner was friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is fantastic, and there are great views from the pool and jacuzzi as well which all added to a great holiday. The apartment is also an ideal base if traveling to Dubrovnik, or Cavtat. I would definatley recommend.

Super Soline Apartment

We stayed in Apartment number 5 (the new one) it’s a very contemporary, fabulously finished, comfy holiday apartment. As previous reviews have mentioned, the views are amazing. Apartment number 5 has this fantastic wall of glass in the kitchen/living area, with a large sliding door in the middle to access large balcony. The downstairs bedroom is huge with a very comfy bed and lovely shower room, with two sinks ! The moment you enter the apartment it’s a breathtaking moment looking out and seeing the view. We used the balcony most of the day and evening......even in October weather was fab. Having a pool and a hot tub was a real treat, we used them both every day. Although we hired a car, we actually did a lot of walking from the apartment, you can walk either way along the coast. Parts of the footpath are a bit ‘unfinished’ so make sure you’ve got decent footwear ( I did it one way in crocs ! ) but then wore trainers next time. The nearest beach is a lot of steps down, fine for us as my husband and are quite fit. It was very quiet ( though that might be due to time of year) Niksa and Marina are lovely, thanks for the big bowl of grapes, delicious! (They have their own vines) This has to be one of the best holiday apartments that we have ever stayed in, would totally recommend.

Perfect place for relaxed pool- and beach-holiday

We just cannot recommend this place strong enough since we had one of the best holidays ever! We stayed in the newly finished, modern and tastefully furnished apartment with blew us away from the moment of our arrival. The view from the bedroom over the terrace aswell as from the living room on the first floor through the huge glass sliding-doors is absolutely stunning and we just couldn't get enough of it, sometimes just siitng there gazing at the sea. The apartment is clean, well equipped (maybe some more cooking tools would do the kitchen good) and surely the best apartment we had ever rented in any part of Europe. The view comes on top of that. The outside area is exactly as pictured on the site and especially our daughter simply loved the pool and spent hours in it. We always took a bath first thing in the morning enjoyed the stunning view lying in its cool water. The day was concluded in the Jacuzzi. Did I mention the view? There are two beaches and one bathing site within walking distance, which in this part of Dalmatia means goning down stairs. The beaches are pebble beaches, clean and not crowded. We preferred the larger beach an the neighbouring village Plat where you can rent beach chairs and parasols. Also this one was never crowded while we were there (high season) and clean (as where the other two). The water is crystal clear an you can actually observe your own shadow on the seafloor three meters below you! There's a bus stop right above the house with buses going to Dubrovnik int the north (20 minuses) and Cavtat int the south (10 minutes every 30 minutes. Sometimes they go at unexpected times though. About Dubrovnik you can read elsewhere but also Cavtat is absolutely worth going. It features a nice little harbour with good restaurants and the best view on the sunset. Make sure to take the beautiful walk around the headland and enjoy the view. Niksa (the owner) picked us up from the airport, which is only 15 minutes away. He also offered us to take us for shopping groceries which we gladly excepted because the only shop in Soline had closed. There are two restaurants within walking distance. We only tried the nearer one which was ok but not really good. We'd rather recommend taking the bus to Cavtat if you want to eat out. We can highly recommend the apartment since we had one of our best holidays ever. Niksa and his whole family were very nice and hospitable and helped us whenever we needed them. Nor more characters allowed: book it!

Perfect location and incredibly helpful owners.

We had a fantastic stay in Soline apartments. Great weather, stunning views and a perfect location. We were met by the owners son at the airport, who kindly took us for a coffee in the nearby town of Cavtat as we had arrived a bit too early to check in. He even took us to do a supermarket shop. Incredibly hospitable family. The apartment was lovely. There are 5 in total. Small enough to be peaceful but nice to meet other people on holiday too. Very clean with air-conditioning and a comfy bed! We made some great new friends. We had one of the smaller ones, a studio apartment; which was fine for our family of 3. It is worth looking on their website to look at the range available. Limited cooking facilities (2 rings and a microwave) but this was not a problem as the nearby town of Cavtat was great to eat out in. We loved it there. Stunning harbour and a large range of restaurants. The bus stop is just outside the apartment which was perfect for exploring the local area including Dubrovnik. We loved it there too! Make sure you visit the wall early or late though in August. If you want a quiet location, lots of sunshine, walking distance to beautiful beaches with crystal clear water, sea views, easy access to nearby towns by public transport, oh and a swimming pool with a panoramic view then this is perfect for you. No need to hire a car unless you want to go further afield. You need to get used to walking up and down steps though, every beach and town involves steps! Only down side is the lack of a shop in the area itself, this is easily overcome with the kind offer of a trip to the supermarket or grabbing what you need in the local towns. Great area for sightseeing in Cavtat and Dubrovnik, island hopping, snorkelling and generally enjoying the sea and the sun! To end our holiday perfectly we were given a lift back to the airport and our daughter was given a gift as a farewell. Very thoughtful. We had a fabulous holiday and can't wait to go back. These apartments are more than a 3*, what an amazing place to visit lovely views. Niksa and his family are very helpful and friendly, The pool was just being finished when we left families can really enjoy themselves and relax. we used the BBQ a few times which was really nice and relaxing. Beautiful place

We had a lovely week stay at these apartments, the views are stunning. Niksa collected us from the airport, he and his wife were great and very helpful throughout the week. We used the bus for transport to and from Dubrovnik and Cavtat which were both very picturesque. They were finishing off a swimming pool at the apartments which will be open by now. A lovely addition to the Jacuzzi and outdoor barbeque area. A real little treasure that we will definitely return to. Thanks to you both :)

A wonderfully relaxing holiday

We spent a lovely week at this beautiful apartment. Everything was just perfect. We loved waking up to such a pretty view. We had no problems but we know that if there had been any that Niksa would have helped us out. We hired a car and enjoyed trips to Cavtat, Dubrovnik and Kotor. We enjoyed several meals at the pizzeria restaurant across the road, at Cavtat and we also had a wonderful meal at the Konavoski Dvori restaurant which is about 10 miles away. We can't wait to return to this wonderful apartment!
