The building Playa Verde is one of the top locations in Cala Millor! A very popular and peaceful private apartment having predominantly German owners. As near as no other building in town, it lies directly on the 2 km stretch of fine sandy beach. Adjacent to this is the famous Hotel SABINA (formerly Osiris). The apartment on 7th floor in its front side has a fantastic, miles long view of the entire bay in both directions and of the morning sun. Through the corners from the sides of patio and to the back of kitchen, one can have an even clear view of the whole town and the mountain in the back-land regions as well as the evening sun. 2 elevators in the house. Only walking zone on all sides. There are 2 cafés, boutiques and a bicycle rental near the entrance in the ground floor.
Public parking just 200m away offers guaranteed and free parking. There is also a modern children’s play area there. Various supermarkets in the vicinity.

Winter rental: The apartment has new best quality windows with insulated double glazing, a strong air conditioner with heat pump, electric radiators for all rooms and double quilts, and is thus suitable for accommodation during winter.

Patio and kid’s furniture: There are 2 tables, 4 chairs and 2 loungers available for the patio. Food and drinks from the kitchen can be transported easily with a convenient trolley.
2 parasols and 2 light weight folding chairs can be used on the patio and also on the beach.

A baby bed (60 x 120 cm with grid, incl. bed linen), a high chair and a toilet seat can be provided for small kids if upon prior request. Price all together 3.00 €/day.

Cala Millor

Information and directions to the apartment were accurate and easy. Thorsten was waiting when we arrived and the check in process was quick and easy. The apartment was well equipped and spacious with an excellent panoramic view. My only criticism was that nothing was provided in English as everything was in German.

Traumlage

Vom einchecken bis zum Schluss war alles hervorragend. Wohnung ist gut, alles was man als selbstversorger braucht ist da.A sonsten gibt es innerhalb von 100 .etwrn alles was das Herz begehrt.Einziges Manco ist, es sollten mal einige Sachen in der Küche neu gekauft werden, große Messer, Kellen, Pfannenwender , Gläser, Vorratsdosen mit Deckel wären auch gut.Wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt und würden immer wieder diese Wohnung Mieten.

Alles wie beschrieben in einer Top Lage

Das Apartment befindet sich direkt am Strand und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was im Urlaub benötigt wird. Einkaufen und Parken in der Nähe möglich. Preisleistung stimmt bei diesem Objekt. Wir können es empfehlen.

Traumhafte Lage

Die Wohnung ist ideal um ein paar schöne Tage in direkter Strandlage zu verbringen. Der Balkon hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und direkt um die Ecke ist man im Zentrum von Cala Millor.

Die schönste Aussicht, die ich bisher als wohnungdnehmerin gehabt habe..grandioser ausblick

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und in der wohnung rumgeführt..wöchtlicher Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher.die eihnung war sehr sauber und es fehlte einfach an nichts..die Küche war voll ausgestattet und Gewürze,Mehl,Kaffee,zucker,ect..war vorhanden...habe mich darüber gefreut,denn das hat man nicht oft...habe gerne dort gekocht.würde die Wohnung immer wieder buchen

Habe das erste mal übers Internet eine Ferienwohnung gemietet und war sehr positiv überrascht . Die Wohnung die Aussicht der Empfang durch Herrn Klett alles super. Werden diese Wohnung wieder buchen .sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Ferienwohnung an Toplage. Aussicht genial, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig

Die Ferienwohnung haben wir zu zweit gemietet. Die Lage direkt am langen Strand und nah an der Fussgängerzone war perfekt. Die Aussicht ist sensationell. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Ausblick und die Lage der Wohnung sind einfach nur perfekt ! Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr umfangreich; Gewürze, Zucker, Öl, diverse Tee-Sorten usw. vorhanden. Sogar einige Getränke lagen für uns im Kühlschrank bereit. Cala Millor ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort. Besonders gut fanden wir die Fahrradwege; durchgängig nach Sa Coma und Cala Bona. Diese Wohnung können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Herrn Klett für den freundlichen Kontakt.

Schöne Wohnung für erholsame Ferien

Wir haben 13 Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei der Anreise fanden wir kühle Getränke im Kühlschrank vor, was uns durch unsere späte Anreise sehr entgegen kam. Die Küchenausstattung ist für eine FeWo ungewöhnlich umfangreich. Mixer und Pürierstab waren ebenso vorhanden, wie auch eine große Auswahl an Töpfen und Pfannen. Es war sehr schön, dass auch eine Auswahl an Gewürzen da war. So musste man nicht alles neu kaufen. Die Betten waren bequem. Eine Auswahl an Kopfkissen lässt jeden das richtige finden. Auf dem Balkon kann man den grandiosen Ausblick genießen. Wir konnten wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge beobachten. Von uns gibt es volle 5 Sterne und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Positiv erwähnen möchten wir auch die Betreuung durch Herrn Klett, der uns alles gezeigt und erklärt hat. Bei Fragen war er erreichbar. Man ist in guten Händen.

Beste Wohnung in Cala Millor 2014

Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie, die schon mal vor 5 Jahren in dieses tolle,gutausgestatte,superlage Feriendomizil waren. Nach 5 Jahren können wir es bestätigen,dass diese nur noch moderner geworden ist. Es ist sehr sauber und die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Der Sonnenaufgang in dieser Wohnung ist wie auf Bildern. Dieser Strandabschnitt ist sehr ideal für Kinder,da diese flachabfallend und nicht steinig ist. Sehr aufmerksam fanden wir die Erfrischung bei der Ankunft im Kühlschrank. Die Kinder hatten sich darüber sehr gefreut. Ausgesprochen nett und sehr hilfsbereit fanden wir Herr Klett, als wir leider in der 2. Woche in anderes von Herr Klett betreutes Feriendomizil ziehen mussten, da diese nicht mehr frei war, half er uns bei dem Umzug,womit wir gar nicht gerechnet haben. Dafür möchten wir uns recht herzlich bedanken. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

5*****-Wohnung mit Traumblick

Wir durften dieses Jahr unseren Familienurlaub in einer wahren Traum-Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand verbringen. Das Apartment ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über einen Ausblick, der seinesgleichen sucht. Außerdem war die Wohnung top-gepflegt und absolut sauber. Auch fehlte es uns an nichts. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend, von der Küchenausstattung (inkl. Gewürze, Öl, etc.) über die guten Matratzen bis zum Home-Entertainment war alles da. Auch Sonnenschirm für den Strand und Sandspielzeug waren vorhanden. Wir sind mit kleinen Kindern (4 und 1 Jahre) gereist und haben bei Ankunft auch die gewünschte Kleinkindausstattung in bestem Zustand vorgefunden. Unser Dank geht in dem Fall an den sehr netten, vertrauenswürdigen Verwalter, der stets erreichbar ist, alles so großartig organisiert hat und auch viele Tipps für Einkäufe etc. parat hatte. Cala Millor ist ein durchaus belebter Urlaubsort der sehr familienfreundlich ist. Es gibt viele nette lokale und Geschäfte (natürlich auch die typischen Touristen-Shops). Der bewachte Strand fällt flach ab, so dass auch die Kleinen problemlos planschen können. In Cala Millor wird es einem schwer langweilig und falls doch eignet sich der Ort hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren. (Wir haben spontan einen Wagen über Hyper gemietet, das war unkompliziert und in Ordnung.) Für uns war dieser Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung perfekt und wir sind sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da. Super Wohnung - schöner Urlaub!

Wir hatten zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Der Blick aufs Meer war überragend und die Lage perfekt. Die Ausstattung absolut durchdacht - es hat an nichts gefehlt! Danke nochmal an Herrn Klett für den sehr freundlichen Kontakt!!!

Besser geht es nicht!!

Es war ein Traum! Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wir wurden toll von Herrn Klett empfangen und gut eingewiesen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Genau am Strand, um die Ecke ist die Fußgängerzone zum Shoppen, aber abends ist es trotzdem ruhig und man findet einen erholsamen Schlaf! Wenn wir wieder in Calla Millor Urlaub machen, auf jeden Fall in dieser Wohnung. Wir waren zu viert dort (2 Erw. + 2 Kinder). Wir sind alle begeistert gewesen und hatten einen schönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Diese Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Es war genau so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben und wie es hier auf den Bilder zu sehen und in der Beschreibung zu lesen ist. Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort (Herr Klett) war immer sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfbereit. Das Cafe Bernardini (direkt neben dem Eingang des Appartement-Hauses) ist sehr zu empfehlen von Frühstück über Kaffee und selbstgebackenen Kuchen bis hin zum leckeren Cocktail. Alles in allem: wir kommen gerne wieder!
