This sunny holiday apartment is newly furnished and is located on the 5th floor of a rental house in a Wilhelminian style in an excellent central location. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine "senseo" , water cooker, toaster, dishes, pots and dining table for 6 people. In the living room there is a high-quality leather sofa bed for 2 people. Children's bed and travel bed and a high chair are available. The bathroom has a shower bathtub, a WC, spacious sink and a washing machine with a dryer. Furthermore, there is a TV, hifi system, radio alarm, hair dryer and iron. The spacious roof terrace is located facing the south. Parking is possible on Stephanstraße, pets not welcome, not ideal for older people and handicapped individuals. There is no elevator available.

Perfect spot in Berlin

The location of the apartment/flat is ideal as it’s a bus ride away from the Hauptbahnhof or main train station. In the neighbourhood there are several places to eat and a lovely little coffeehouse around the corner. The apartment itself is spacious and clean. Our host was amazing and very responsive.

Great apartment for family stay

Lovely apartment with everything needed for our stay. Short walk to nearest U Bahn station, and shops for food and drink supplies within easy reach. A little out of the centre, but as long as you don't mind sampling the public transport (which is very efficient in our experience) it's a great location. Would stay here again if visiting Berlin!

Great holiday for a family of five

We traveled from the UK with two teenagers and an eight year old, and we absolutely loved the apartment. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was a real home-from-home with all the extra touches such as the games and the cool art around the walls. We were also very grateful for the cooling units and the fabulous terrace as we visited during the July heatwave. All of the instructions and arrangements were clear and helpful. The cleaner Frau Böhme was a very nice friendly face to meet at the end of our journey, and Mariele’s emails and advice about where to visit and where to shop were useful. We shopped at Edeka at the end of Stephanstraße, which was easy to find and had literally everything you could want. We did lots of walking and made use of the excellent public transport. The apartment is in a great location. I would definitely recommend it to families and to anyone wanting something more chilled out than a hotel, conveniently located and well-appointed.

A lovely apartment, not too far from the centre, close to bus and metro stops. Close to Lidl for essential shopping. The apartment has everything you could want, it was nice to chill in the evening with a glass of wine and listen to music. The apartment is in the loft up lots of stairs but this really isn’t a problem at all. We would stay again and recommend to others. The information sent prior to arrival was brilliant and the house keeper who met us was very friendly, prompt and helpful.

Great apartment and perfect location

Mariele was a very good host. She provided all that we could need in the apartment and plenty of useful information about finding it and transport. With our interest in art and architecture, she also suggested galleries and museums to visit. Mrs Böhme, the housekeeper met us promptly at the apartment with the keys so we lost no time of our short stay . The five flights of stairs were the last of our daily exercise but worth the climb to relax in this lovely space. Thank you Mariele for everything. We saw so much. Very inspired so Berlin will be on my easel soon.

Central, comfortable and excellent facilities - perfect base from which to explore Berlin

My wife and I travelled to Berlin with our daughter who is just under two hoping to see the sights and have a relaxing weekend away. The apartment was a perfect place to base ourselves for our adventures and the owners were incredibly accommodating to our extra needs with having a small child - high chair and cot were provided for us. The apartment was in immaculate condition when we arrived, clean and with great facilities. The location of the apartment is also excellent. With the pushchair loaded up we set off walking for the days we were there and were able to reach Brandenburg Tor within a half hour stroll. A perfect base from which to explore Berlin with a small child! Can't recommend enough, thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely apartment, great location with fantastic transport links.

Stayed here 9th to 13th October. Great visit in a comfortable apartment with a 99 step climb to reach it. But, we were all 60+ and took the view that this was good for our cardio vascular health. Check in was easy and well organised for such a late hour - 23:00 hrs. There was no extra charge levied for this which I appreciated as this meant I was able to reward Mariele's cleaner for turning out so late. I gave €20 which is standard and encourage others to follow suit as the dear lady looked so surprised when I gave it her. All in this was a great city break made all the better by Mariele's help and consideration.

Über den Dächern von Berlin

Alles super!

Die Wohnung ist super! Super sauber, super ausgestattet, super bequemen Betten, super Balkon, mit einer super Lage mit schnellen Zugang zu unterschiedlichem ÖPNV (SBahn, UBahn, Bus), also sehr empfehlenswert Ich habe schon ganz unterschiedliche Ferienwohnungen erlebt, diese hier ist wirklich eine tolle Wahl für ein Sightseeing Berlin.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne, gepflegte und saubere Ferienwohnung in Berlin Moabit. Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick über Berlin. Wohnung ist im obersten Stock, die 100 Treppenstufen halten einen fit :-) Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Sowohl U-Bahn und Bus sind in ca. 5 Minuten Fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe ausreichend vorhanden. Etwas störend war die Baustelle gegenüber. Die Handwerker haben jeden Morgen pünktlich um 6.00 Uhr mit ihrer Arbeit begonnen und waren trotz der Lärmschutzfenster zu hören. Dafür kann aber die sehr freundliche Vermieterin nichts.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir haben fünf Tage in diesem tollen Loft verbracht. Die Lage ist toll, um Berlin zu erkunden. Wir hatten die Fahrräder mitgenommen, die man gut und sicher im Hinterhof parken konnte. Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse zum Frühstücken. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes Nest unter Berlins Dächern

Wir (6 Erwachsene) haben einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist super bequem und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Stadtteil Moabit ist ruhig und dank der günstigen Bus- und Bahnverbindungen kann man die Stadtmitte sehr schnell erreichen. Kurz: ein Supertipp!

Schöne, saubere und sehr praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung

Schöne, sehr saubere und sehr praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung. ÖV gut erreichbar (z.Z. nächste Bushaltestelle nicht in Betrieb wegen Bauarbeiten, aber auch das ging). Fitnesstraining (100 Treppenstufen bis zur Wohnung) inklusive, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr nett und unkompliziert, ebenso die Schlüsselübergabe (per Safe). Sehr gute Infos in der Wohnung zum Aufenthalt, sowohl Wohnung betreffend, als auch Einkaufs- Essens- und Ausflugstipps. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Lovely apartment

We had a great time in Berlin, the apartment was wonderful, very clean, very quiet and everything was there. The 98 steps up the stairs were a challenge sometimes after a day Berlin. But then we are 70+ and we were warned in the ad. Next time we will certainly consider this apartment, depending on our physical condition

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Cute & Convenient

Cute apartment just outside of Berlin. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. We were very thankful for the A/C as the weather was quite hot while we were there. We loved the rooftop terrace. The stairs were kind of annoying after a long day of walking/touring Berlin but we are all fit and we knew there would be stairs before we booked the apartment. I would definitely stay there again!

Great apartment, a little far from public transport

Lovely apartment with space for at least 6 adults and kid. The Murphy bed in the living room is super comfortable, and kitchen is well stocked. Apartment is really clean and comfortable. A little far from the u Bahn, but two buses come quite close.
