Small however was ok for 2 people close to town. However photos are deceiving looks lot bigger basically a room with a fold down bed very small kitchen good bathroom. Would not stay here again although you get what you pay for was bearable for a few days skiing.

Mooi ruim appartement. Grote slaapkamers. Een van de kamers bevat een tweepersoonsbed en een slaapbank. De keuken is eenvoudig. Er is geen zitkamer.

Frau Schnitzler sorgt, daß den Gästen gar nichts fehlt. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit, lieb und die Wohnung ist sauber, groß und hat gute Lage. Nichts Besseres kann man sich wünschen.

Winter Urlaub

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt . Frau Schnitzer ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat alles was man braucht und liegt sehr zentral.Die Kommunikation vor dem Urlaub war super.Wir kommen wieder.

Wunderschöner Kurzaurlaub in Garmisch-Partenkirchen!

Unser Aufenthalt in den Bergen war traumhaft, die Wohnung von Familie Schnitzer bietet alles, was man braucht. Es war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Umgebung. Besonders macht die Wohnung Frau Schnitzer mit ihrer herzlichen Art und Ihren guten Tipps! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Gut gelegene, schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr freundlicher Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und gepflegt, liegt 10-15 Minuten fußläufig von Bahnhof entfernt und in 5 Minuten ist man im Zentrum sowie bei Einkaufsläden. Sie ist ein idealer Startpunkt für Wanderausflüge in Garmisch-Patenkirchen und Umgebung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut mit unserer Gastgeberin verstanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Ferienwohnung mit super Vermieterin

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war immer zuvorkommend! Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut gepflegt und für eine Gruppe und Familien gut geeignet. Es gibt mehr als genug Möglichkeiten Wäsche nach sportlichen Aktivitäten zu trocknen. An- und Abreise haben problemlos geklappt. Für die Gäste ist durch aktuelle Flyer und Broschüren bestens gesorgt, sodass auch spontane Pläne gut möglich sind.

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Ideale ligging in het dorp. Met de auto zit je zo op de hoofdweg, rustige locatie, je loopt zo zowel Garmisch als Partenkirchen binnen. Groot,ruim appartement!

Hausfriedensbruch ohne schlechtes Gewissen

Da ich einige Tage krank war, musste ich viel Zeit im Bett verbringen. Das hielt eine mir unbekannte Person nicht davon ab, mit einer Leiter auf den Balkon zu klettern und dort die Blumen zu gießen. Mein Hinweis auf Privatsphäre wurde mit dem Hinweis "Machen Sie sich doch nicht lächerlich, das mache ich seit 20 Jahren so" abgetan. Anschließend erzählte die Vermieterin die Geschichte von lautem Gelächter begleitend im Garten, Haus und selbst dem Nachbarn. Durch das geöffnete Küchenfenster konnte ich alles mithören. Wirklich unverschämt. Das Ganze nennt sich übrigens Hausfriedensbruch, es kann die Polizei gerufen werden und Strafanzeige erstattet werden. Wie mir ein befreundeter Anwalt bestätigte, geht das Hausrecht für die Mietdauer auf den Mieter über. Der Besitzer darf ohne Absprache mit dem Mieter die Wohnung (zu der auch der Balkon zählt) nur in absoluten Ausnahmefällen betreten (z.B. Rohrbruch, Wasserschaden). Keine Ahnung, ob die beiden auch während ich geschlafen habe, in der Wohnung waren (auch dort waren Blumen!). Ansonsten ist die Wohnung nur zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ja es ist alles da, was im Inserat steht (kein Spüler, aber das steht nicht im Inserat). Allerdings macht die Einrichtung einen sehr altmodischen Eindruck. Billiger Laminat, billgste Plastikstühle, ein widerlicher Duschvorhang (gelb, vergilbt) - wohlgefühlt habe ich mich dort nicht. Fernseher: 20 Zoll (!!). Sehr hellhörig, die viel befahrene Hauptstraße ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Nie wieder!
