Peaceful rural getaway

nicely furnished apartment in a traditional style modern house. Quiet rural location but minutes from Ortisei, a much larger tourist town. Really nothing right by the property but other small towns with restaurants nearby. Free bus passes for those without a car. Local bakery delivers fresh bread/pastries to your door most days. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Recommended if you don’t want to be in a busy town.

Beautiful apartment amidst breathtaking scenery

This is an impeccably maintained apartment in a beautiful house, with underground parking, and a free bus pass to nearby villages. Daniela and family were friendly, welcoming, and always accessible without being in any way intrusive. The Val Gardena area offers incredible hiking among sharply pinnacled mountains, green valleys and meadows, and unbelievably scenic villages, such as Santa Magdalena. I highly recommend this property and give it top rating; the only minor issue I have with the listing is that the statement "You get fresh bread delivered to your door every morning" should include the words "at bakery prices". Also, a few basic staples, such as salt, pepper, sugar, and a bit of oil would be helpful in the kitchen.

Heerlijk appartement, met een goede aan rij route!

We hebben 14 nachten in het appartement doorgebracht. Alles was prima in orde! Heerlijk balkon om op te verblijven! Tussen de bloemetjes! Inclusief een ontbijtservice, vanuit locale bakker. Vanuit het appartement hebben we vele tochten gemaakt de bergen in. Alles is goed te doen met de auto, maar als je in het dal zelf blijft dan kun je gratis met de bus mee. En dan kun je lopend naar de betreffende kabelbaan. De eigenaren zijn super aardig, en laten je gewoon met rust. De auto parkeer je in de garage onder het huis. Het is gewoon een aanrader! Winter 2024

Ons verblijf in accomodatie van fam. Rabanser is ons buitengewoon goed bevallen. Het appartement voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Ideale ligging, rustig en met een bushalte voor de deur. Binnen 10 minuten ben je gratis in Ortisei. De fam. Rabanser zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen zeker hier terug.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Meine Schwester und ich haben eine Woche Skiurlaub im Haus Rabanser gemacht. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und das Apartment sehr sauber und gemütlich. Mit dem Bus war man schnell in St Ulrich und von dort konnte man gut ins Skigebiet Val Gardena starten. Unser Aufenthalt hier hat uns sehr gefallen!

Höfliches Vermieterteam, einschließlich Töchter. Super war der Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Haus und der Brötchenservice. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren durch die Dolomiten. Wir können es weiter empfehlen.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa è curata e pulita, con tutte le comodità necessarie. Impagabile la vicinanza a due passi da casa della fermata autobus. Si lascia la macchina e la si riprende alla partenza. Ossi e Daniela due fantastici ospiti.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung und guter Ausgangspunkt für unterschiedlichste Aktivitäten

Zu allererst: Familie Rabanser ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und man hat sich voll auf uns eingestellt. In einem sehr netten Gespräch haben wir auch Tipps für Ziele und Unternehmungen in der Gegend und Umgebung bekommen, von denen wir auch einige wahrgenommen und sehr genossen haben. Die Wohnung an sich ist super sauber und war für uns genau das was wir gesucht haben: Ein ruhiger Rückzugort mit einer schönen Küche und sogar einem Balkon, von dem aus wir Ausflüge in alle Richtungen der Region unternehmen konnten. Die Tiefgarage mit Platz für unsere Fahrräder ist dabei ein besonderer Vorteil, man muss sich einfach über nichts Gedanken machen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit dem notwendigsten eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage in St. Peter im Tal ist ruhig, da etwas abgelegen, aber man ist sehr schnell in St. Ulrich oder auch wieder raus aus dem Grödnertal, um andere Täler und Abschnitte der Region zu erkunden. Kleiner Hinweis: Die Wohnung liegt unterhalb von St. Ulrich, aber schon deutlich oberhalb der SS12 und zum Beispiel Waidbruck. Wenn man also von dort aus mit dem Rad Ausflüge starten will, muss man sich so oder so auf einige Höhenmeter vorbereiten. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden bei einem erneuten Besuch der Region jederzeit wieder ohne zu zögern bei Fam. Rabanser wohnen.

L’appartamento viene descritto come monolocale. In realtà la zona giorno e la zona notte sono ben distinte e organizzate in modo funzionale. La cucina dispone di tutti gli utensili. Bagno spazioso con sanitari nuovi. Armadio ampio per 3 persone e comodini con cassetti profondi. Utile la fermata del bus proprio di fronte. Pulito e tranquillo

Wunderbares Domizil für Ausflüge in die Umgebung

Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter! Kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung. Toller Balkon mit Blick auf eine Almwiese mit wunderschönen Blumen. Die Küche ist mit den meisten grundlegenden Dingen ausgestattet. Ein Messbecher wäre noch schön gewesen...

Een fijne verblijfplaats!

Verblijf is in juni niet doorgegaan vanwege Corona, maar van 5 tot 12 september hebben we gelukkig alsnog hier een week doorgebracht. Het appartement is heel comfortabel, en de omgeving is heel mooi, veel wandelmogelijkheden. Alles wat nodig is is aanwezig, prettige extra's zijn de verse broodjes 's morgens en de gratis buskaart.

Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man zum selbst versorgen braucht. Man hatte genug Platz und Stauraum und die Betten waren bequem. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist unkompliziert und freundlich. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder.

Eine rundum tolle Woche auch das Wetter war fantastisch

Wer Urlaub für Körper und Seele sucht, ist hier goldrichtig! In einem friedlichen Ort befindet sich perfekt gelegen die wunderbare Unterkunft. Sie eignet sich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für kleine und große Wanderungen und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Wohnungen sind liebevoll und höchst qualitativ eingerichtet. Die Besitzer sind zuvorkommend und kümmern sich um jedes Belang. Zur Ruhe kommen und Kräfte sammeln. Das sind die bestimmenden Themen. Wir haben bei Fam. Rabanser einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!
