Very nice air-conditioned house referenced at the tourist office classified 3 stars, fully equipped, comfortable. Ground floor living room with sofa bed convertible 2 real beds flat screen TV free wifi internet, fully equipped kitchen converted in autumn 2017, induction hob and plenty of storage space. wc and its storage lock. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, 1 with 1 double bed, 1 with 1 single bed and 1 set of bunk beds. Bathroom with bath equipped with a beautiful shower column.
Beautiful exterior with garage and landscaped garden with terrace and furniture. The house is part of a residence type village holiday with a beautiful shared pool. The set is located at 1100 m from the city center.
Very touristy city with a multitude of small shops inonly 13 km from the foot of Mont Ventoux, the summit, 1912m is just over 30 km from the house. Over a short period of winter you can ski on the slopes of Ventoux at Mont Serin at 1500 m altitude. Site with possibility of hiking in the valley of Toulourenc, and on the slopes of Ventoux.
