IMPORTANT: From November 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, as well as from November 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, we only rent out the upper floor of our apartment for 2 - 4 people.

Our charming villa - "Casa Glückauf" - invites you to be happy.

Enjoy your well-deserved vacation and relax in our holiday oasis on the Costa Blanca. No matter the season - we provide you with the space and tranquility. Casa "Glück Auf" is lovingly and fully equipped for 2 - 9 people. It features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 1 conservatory, 1 outdoor kitchen, 4 parking spaces, 1 large private pool, a very large and secluded garden area, and various terraces for relaxation and well-being.

Our villa is situated on a fenced, completely walled, and secluded plot of approximately 1,600 square meters with private parking. From the sun deck on the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. The sea is about a 8 - 10 minute walk from the property. There are also the first two beach coves with a beach bar each.

The garden: In the large, ground-level garden (with lawns) you will find palm, lemon, orange, and almond trees, as well as many flowering Mediterranean plants and cacti. Around the house, there are several terraces, seating and lounging areas, as well as lawns. Our convenient outdoor kitchen (without stove) invites you to barbecue and relax on the property. Our property is centrally located, idyllic, and very quiet.

The private pool: The pool has Roman steps and is approximately 12 x 6 meters in size, between 1 - 1.90 meters deep, and also invites you to relax. The pool area includes many lounging options and a large pool terrace.

The surroundings: In the vicinity, you will find supermarkets, various restaurants, bars and cafes, bakeries, ATMs, doctors, pharmacies, a gas station with a car wash, beach coves, tennis courts, a fitness studio, hairdressers, hiking trails, playgrounds, a beautiful large golf course overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, and much more.

Charging electric cars, even with extension cables, is prohibited. A public charging station is about a 3-minute drive from the property.

Our prices vary seasonally and range from 800.00 EUR (per week) in the low season to 1,771.00 EUR (per week) in the high season. In the winter months, starting from 840.00 EUR (per month - plus utilities).

Additional costs: Final cleaning per floor 90.00 EUR / entire house 180.00 EUR (plus 10.00 EUR for final cleaning per pet).

Optional fees: 15.00 EUR per person for bed linen and towels - you are welcome to bring your own. 40.00 EUR per week for the use of 1 air conditioning unit (currently we offer up to 4 air conditioning units upon request - however, there are also fans in the bedrooms).

Our villa has two separate units on two floors for 2 - 9 people. From April 1 to October 31, we rent out the entire house.

During the winter months from November 1 to March 31, we only rent out the upper floor (2 - 5 people) to long-term renters (minimum 60 days) for winter stays at a special rate.
