Welcome to our 2 bed/2 bathrooms right by the beach in the beautiful city of Vila do Conde. Ideally situated 20 min from Oporto's Airport has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Come and enjoy the sun in this bright and spacious apartment!

Our apartment with a focus on comfort is ideally situated in a closed condominium 1 min from one of the best beaches in the North of Portugal, ideal for surfing or just sunbathing.

Enjoy the pool and have a drink on the balcony while enjoying a beautiful sunset over the Atlantic Ocean.

Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway or a summer vacation by the beach, the apartment comes equipped with everything you may need, from beach towels and a volleyball to a fully equipped kitchen. Our main focus is to ensure your stay is absolutely perfect!

If you have small children, we have available crib, bathtub and high chair for full comfort and safety.

Super fast wifi (ideal to work remotely or just stream content) + cable TV and we provide a wide selection of books, CDs, DVDs, etc to ensure your entertainment is not missed.

This comfortable and bright 120 sqm (~1300 sft) apartment welcomes up to 5 ppl and has:
- 1 ensuite bedroom with king bed + complete bathroom with bath tub
- 1 guest bedroom with king bed
- 1 comfortable inflatable bed for a 5h guest if needed.
- complete bathroom with spa shower
- living and dining room with large sectional leather couch, big led TV & sound system.

Also, enjoy our super fast WIFI, ideal for remote working.

On your arrival, you will be met at the apartment to receive a full set of keys. The same will happen on your departure day.

Just like you, we also use VRBO/HomeAway and we understand how peace of mind is important, so anything you need you may contact me by email or telephone, at any time.

Neighborhood - This is a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing and resting. Enjoy long walks by the beach, reading a book in total silence, a glass of wine overlooking the sunset, the sun and natural light!

The apartment is 5 mins by car (or metro) from the city of Vila do Conde and 20 mins by car (or metro) to Oporto city. The beach is still unspoiled by mass tourism and it's only used by locals (search online for Praia de Azurara for pictures). It's one of the best beaches for Surfing (rental equipment at the beach - contact details in the apartment). There are a few cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and a nightclub within walking distance.

Airport - Oporto airport is less than 20 mins (by car).
Golf - Estela Golf 18 holes course is 20 mins (by car). One of the best in Portugal.
Casino - Casino da Póvoa is only 10 mins away by car, great place for food and entertainment.
Kitesurfing - amazing kitesurfing area in Esposende, 20 mins (by car).
Wakeboarding - at the beautiful and scenic Barragem do Ermal, 60 mins (by car).

Short car trips to historical places Guimarães, Braga, Viana do Castelo and the scenic Mountain of Gerês.

And of course, Oporto city with its historical places, architecture, museums, amazing food, and Port Wine cellars!

Getting around - It's really easy to get around, search online for 'metro do porto', the area is served by the red line of the metropolitan, which goes directly to Oporto, airport, Vila do Conde city center, etc. The metro stop is ~20 min walk from the apartment complex.
- A taxi from the airport to the apartment is ~25€.
- The best option however is to rent a car as it will give you the freedom to visit amazing historical places like Viana do Castelo, Braga, Guimarães and of course, Oporto!

Spectacular Experience

The apartment is exactly as seen in the online pics. The view are amazing. The beach a stone throw away - and there is one of the best cafe just around the corner! The checkin and checkout process was seamless - Nuno (property manager) was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I will certainly be renting the apartment every time I return to visit family… HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Huge apartment by the sea

The property had loads of space plus a great balcony which caught the afternoon and evening sun. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the showers were powerful. Just metres from the wild beach and a great restaurant, plus an easy walk in to Vale Do Conde for more great restaurants and shops.

property was lovely well kept every appliance worked well. we booked a ground floor apartment but when we got there we were three floors up. We also were not informed prior to our stay that the swimming pool was out of use due to being repaired and we were unable to use it for the whole of our stay. the pool was one of the reasons for booking this apartment. The apartment is also quite a way from any shops etc which meant getting the car out every time we needed shopping

Outstanding apartment- Just gorgeous

We didnt know what to expect but were just blown away by the gorgeous apartment and fantastic location. Nuno looked after us so well, nothing was too much for him. Can’t fault this place. ❤️❤️

Beautiful Apartment in a Beautiful part of Northern Portugal .

Really Really Lovely and modern and so , so comfortable. The main shower is like a water park experience never seen a shower like it. The Market we went on a Friday was propbley the Best one we have ever been to. Such an array of goods. And fantastic prices. Everything you could possible want. A must is VIAMAR Restaurant . Menus of the day 7.50 euros.

Great relaxing stay

We had a lovely stay in this great apartment. Really spacious and clean with everything you could need. Great location just moments from a beautiful beach and nice cafe. We also enjoyed using the pool which never really got busy. Would highly recommend.

The property was lovely everything there you could want .. including beach accessories, everything thought of 😁 tasteful decor and furnishings , very homely, totally home from home with a small outdoor swimming pool , local cafe snack bar very convenient for apartment and beach which was amazing very sandy and ideal for surfers , sunbathing or building sand castles 😁 Local shops a bit of a walk so would benifit from a hire car or alternatively an uber account ... lovely little town the other side of the river well worth a visit and all the shops and parks there 😁 Local churches also worth a visit and in walking distance . We were lucky and had glorious weather so all in all a totally amazing relaxing week in a wonderful fully equipped apartment. We were met by Paulo who was very pleasant and friendly and also came to see us in last day to check out . We will definitely be returning to this apartment , and thankyou very much

A very modern and clean apartment, with all modern conveniences.

A great location for the beach. Wonderful walks along the board walk to the local beach bar, great food and friendly staff. A car would be ideal, however, the metro is approximately 20 mins walk away and convenient to explore the local area and 40 mins from Porto. An amazing city with lots to see & visit. A great atmosphere day or night especially along the river, with amazing cafes and restaurants.

Lovely apartment in beach location.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. All facilities are clean and well maintained. Location is right next to beautiful beach and great local beach bar for coffee, drinks and Pastel de natas. For other restaurants, the town of Vila do Conde is 20-30 minute walk. Metro stop to access Porto is similar distance.

Beautiful apartment and great location

Apartment excellent with easy access to beach and short drive into town for shopping and restaurants. The metro line stopped in the town and it was just 40minutes to Porto which was a great day out.

Excellent property in a lovely location so close to the beach

Owner is friendly and helpful, and the booking process is very simple. The apartment is fantastic, everything you need is there and it's in a great condition. Lovely views from the balcony and main bedroom. Great access to the beach, which was beautiful. Pool was also really nice. Everything we needed for a stress free family holiday within a very short stroll from the beach. We would definitely visit again.

Immaculate, modern, very spacious apartment with every comfort provided. Perfect for chilling out. Very secure gated community. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful lounge. Large comfortable sofa. Large balcony with sun loungers. Good bathrooms. Big bedrooms with spacious wardrobes. Nice clean, secluded pool with easy access steps. Very peaceful. Property is approx 50 metres from the beach. Vila do Conde is a ten minute drive away. Delightful city with another good beach and pretty gardens, cafes, market day, etc. The apartment is approx half an hours drive from the centre of Porto. A Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was modern, spacious and well equipped. The handover of keys went very smoothly. The immediate area was quiet and peaceful. Very close to a lovely sandy beach, although the sea is the Atlantic, so is rough for small children but perfect if you want to try surfing. The apartment has a really lovely shared pool which never became too busy. We chose to walk into Vila de Conde most evenings which took about 30 mins. We found some great restaurants, which were incredibly reasonable, and everyone we met was helpful and friendly. We spent a couple of days exploring Porto which was an interesting and beautiful city.

Relaxing Great Location

A wonderful apartment fully equipped and comfortable in a good location. The suggestions for restaurants and wine store are greatly appreciated. Communication was easy and our host insured we had everything we could need. Vila do Conde is a nice town with amazing beaches. A good location for exploring northern Portugal and Porto.

Very nice apartment at a wonderful beach

We had a great time in a wonderful apartment in front of a wonderful beach. The apartment is very spaceful, in the kitchen there is anything that is needed. The washing machine and the dish washer were very helpful. Our host was great, the communication before and during our stay was perfect, we received a lot of helpful information regarding restaurants, sightseeings etc. At the beach, surfing is possible which was really fun. The region is beautiful and many places can be visited.

Tolle Wohnung am Meer

Die Lage ist etwa 20 min fußläufig vom Ort Vila do Conde entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Restaurants, eine Bäckerei und eine Tankstelle. Auch Bushaltestelle und U-Bahnhaltestelle sind fußläufig erreichbar, sodass man von hier aus Ausflüge z.B. nach Porto oder Lissabon unternehmen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die persönliche Übergabe der Schlüssel und Einweisung vom freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Wohnungsverwalter, der viele Tipps auch für Ziele in der Umgebung hatte.

Für den Badeurlaub bestens ausgestattet. Alles für den Strand ist da. Das Meer ist 100 Meter entfernt. Der Glasbalkon ist toll. Die Wohnung und das Haus könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Es ist zwar nichts beschädigt, aber in die Jahre gekommen.

Modernes Apartment in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Wir hatten für 5 Personen (2 Erwachsene plus 3 Kinder im Alter zwischen 12 und 18 Jahren) das Apartment für einen spontanen Aufenthalt in Porto gebucht. Der Check-In sowie die Schlüsselübergabe hat schnell und problemlos funktioniert, das Apartment selber ist modern und sauber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir in dieser einen Woche benötigt haben. Einziges Manko: Es sind Betten für 4 Personen vorhanden, d.h. der Fünfte von uns musste auf dem Sofa schlafen, was zwar in Ordnung war, aber nicht sehr komfortabel. Ansonsten können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Large Condo

The condo was a nice quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nuno, the manager, was very friendly and responsive. Despite our unplanned late arrival, he went out of his way to make sure to meet us once we arrived and answer questions about how things worked in the unit. The beach and boardwalk are in front of the building and the nearby town of Vila do Conde is very pretty. A car is needed to get around although you could walk to town or the train station if necessary. The train to Porto is about 40-50 min. The location of the condo was a bit difficult to find on GPS but we put in a nearby restaurant (Inova Beach Restaurant) as our target and it got us back easily each time.

Toller Badeurlaub mit sehr interessantem Hinterland

Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet, das betrifft die Küche als auch die Haustechnik, die Balkonausstattung und die Strandutensilien. Aufnahme und Einweisung bei Ankunft nach Mitternacht problemlos, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter stets freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein rundherum empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt!
