Beautiful nice house to live on a level with the charm of a wood and stone construction. Living room and kitchen open onto the terrace. Shaded by wisteria, a nice park with pine trees, weeping willows, oaks, etc..2 streams surround the house. Lots of greenery, calm and relaxing waves. Base Recreation: canoeing kayaking, swimming, tennis. All shops (intermarché) and services at 1km500
