Fabulous villa

We had a great stay here at the start of July. The villa is gorgeous, the property manager Cristina is exceptionally helpful and it was in a great location for going to Luz and Lagos, as well as being easy to get to many other of the surrounding areas. We would definitely look at booking the villa again!

Wonderfully homely villa

I can’t recommend this place highly enough for a family or group who like peace and quiet at night whilst being a stone’s throw away from beaches, restaurants and the wider Algarve. The villa was spotlessly clean and brilliantly equipped with everything needed as a home from home. Communication was excellent, check in and out really flexible and easy and the mid stay clean and maintenance much appreciated. Kudos to Cristina!!

A beautiful place to stay

It was everything the website suggested and more. The bedrooms were immaculate, 2 of them opening directly onto the garden & pool area. The bathrooms were very clean and well kitted out. The kitchen had everything you could need. But the pool & garden stole the show. It was very private, not overlooked and the location was very quiet. The lights in the pool were very impressive at night which made swimming an extra treat. Christina, the house manager, was incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a few Covid hiccups before arrival and Amanda made it all so easy for checking in. It was a short drive to Lagos with it's great selection of restaurants and supermarkets, and also to Luz which has a stunning beach with small shops and places to eat. Our trip was cut short so we'll definitely go back.

Für uns war diese Unterkunft perfekt. Ruhig gelegen. Alles tadellos sauber. Mit dem Auto kurze Strecken zu den tollen Stränden, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsläden, Restaurants usw. Wir genossen die Zeit sehr. Der Pool hat eine gute Grösse und ist sehr sauber. Gerne werden wir die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Villa superbe

La villa est magnifique et comprends tous ce qu’il faut, on se sent comme chez soi. Nous connaissons bien la région mais chaque année faisons de nouvelles découvertes, Praia d’à Luz est à 10 minutes et Lagos aussi. On reviendra certainement dans cette villa.

Tolles Ferienhaus für 6 Personen in guter Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Pool für 6 Personen. Toller Empfang durch die Hausherrin. In die nächste Stadt Lagos/Luz sind es 4 Kilometer. Dort gibt es viele Einkaufsmärkte und eine tolle historische Altstadt zum flanieren.

Stayed 2 weeks in August. 4 adults & 2 children. What an amazing villa.. can’t fault it. Beautiful outside pool area. The outside BBQ was brilliant, cooked on it most evenings. It is such a peaceful location.. no noise..Communication with both owner & Manager was fantastic. We didn’t want to leave... would love to stay again & would highly recommend. ❤️❤️❤️

A great place for a relaxing holiday

We had a fantastic two weeks at the villa which is in a secluded location and not overlooked at all. The villa was exceptionally clean and well equiped and Roberta met us on arrival and talked us through everything. We didn't have the pool heated and didn't need to (the temperature was just right using the pool covers). We would highly recommend staying here.

Roberta the property manager was waiting for us and she showed us the property, facilities and told us about the area (restaurants, supermarkets, etc) . The house was perfect clean and organized at our arrival . I was impressed with the quality of bed clothes, towels, household appliances, etc. The swimmpool has a good size and we all had fun there. When we left Roberta come to say goodbye and asked if we had a good holiday. This holiday was my husband birthday present and I can say it was the best present I could have. We had an amazing time. beautiful garden

We loved our time at the villa. It was very well equipped. The Barbecue and Pool were great and we really appreciated the beautiful garden. It was well set out and lots of room for 4 adults. We had the pool heated at the end of June but it was a bit too hot to be refreshing so realised we should have saved our money by heating it! Some previous guests had not reported minor problems but Roberta was on hand to get things fixed quickly. I would definitely return to this villa and bring my grandkids! it was in a great position lovely and quiet but nearby to Prai De Luz and Lagos. The villa does have a DVD player (although the isn't mentioned on details). Roberta kindly loaned us some of her DVDs . Thank you Roberta you helped us a lot!

Gut geplantes Haus mit hochwertiger Ausstattung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus im Mai 2018 sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gepflegt, sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Heizung, Klimaanlagen und Entfeuchter arbeiten perfekt. Pool und Garten sind schön gestaltet. Nach Lagos sind es nur 3 km. Besitzer bzw. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab keinerlei Probleme bei sehr später Anreise und sehr früher Abreise.

Beautiful Villa, modern equipment, very clean.

I always get very stressed before arriving at any holiday accommodation, worrying that it won't be up to scratch, clean etc., I am very fussy, however, when we arrived I was absolutely delighted. The villa is beautiful as is the pool and gardens; the villa is equipped with modern good quality appliances, all as described in the details. Our party was made up of myself and my husband, our son and his partner, we were also joined on a few occasions by our daughter, her partner and our two small grandchildren, who were holidaying in a separate villa nearby (they were very jealous of ours). Personally we all felt the pool was just the right temperature for us, a little chilly to get in but then lovely and refreshing. Our 2 year old and our 6 month old grandsons both loved it; we had a couple of fabulous family afternoons together. There were six pool towels left for us and the bath and hand towels were big and fluffy, there was also hand wash in every bathroom (a nice touch). The bedding was of a very good quality and the mattresses were also good quality and comfortable. Roberta, the lovely villa manger, was still there to meet and greet us even though we were running very late 1. Because of the awful car hire problems they now have at Faro airport and 2. Because we got a little lost (we were relying on our satnav that didn't seem to know where we were). There was tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits waiting for us on the side together with fresh semi skimmed milk in the fridge....just what were needed after a very long day! This is my first ever review and I have to say I was in two minds about writing one, because now I'm sure this villa will get booked up very quickly and we, who often leave it a bit late, will probably not manage to get in! But hey, it really does deserve a very good write up......it was the best villa we have ever stayed in.

Lovely peaceful villa

We had an amazing holiday staying at this beautiful peaceful villa. The villa was very clean and modern. The villa was cleaned during our stay and the pool was also well maintained and cleaned every few days. The villa is about 15-20 minutes from Lagos and 30-40 minutes to Sagrez, which we would recommend as the beach there was beautiful. There are a few secluded beaches around Lagos and there were plenty of restaurants with a variety of menus to cater for all. It is probably worth booking a restaurant as they can get quite busy during the evening. The directions to the villa were easy and we were greeted by Roberta who explained all about the villa, the road to the villa isn't finished so be warned it is a little bumpy but that adds charm!! We would highly recommend holidaying in this villa and using Amanda as she was extremely helpful and always emailed us promptly if we had any queries.

Just Perfect

We have just spent a week in this perfect Villa. Our flight was delayed and then we had an hour long wait for our rental car which meant we got to the Villa very late. However, the property manager Roberta was still there to meet us and provided a tour of the Villa and its facilities. She was very helpful without being obstrusive throughout our stay and responded very quickly by email/txt to any questions. There was basic provisions such as milk, water, tea, coffee which was really helpful in view of the late hour. The Villa itself was absolutely spotless and furnished to a very high standard. Plenty of large pool towels and lovely white and fluffy bathroom towels.The kitchen provided a vast supply of quality goods and nothing hadn't been thought of, it was truly home from home. Satelitte TV and a strong Internet connection all added to our experience. The photographs of the outdoor area on the web site really do not do it jutstice. The pool is a great size and clean, there were a couple of visits from gardeners and pool attendants maintaining the same high standard outside as in. The only thing that could have been improved was the pool being heated and a little warmer. It was very hot whilst we were there but I think we would have spent more time in the pool if it had been just a couple of degrees warmer. The Villa is located in a very private area with similar Villas as neighbours. The garden area is completely secluded and private and we didn't see another person all week. A car is a necccessity even if its just to do the shopping. There's a number of fantastic restuarants in nearby Luz. We truly wished we'd booked longer and can definitely recommend.
