Beautiful cottage with stunning views

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful cottage, it suited us very well for a family of 3. It had 2 spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and a kitchen/sittingroom which were very clean. The patio doors leading from one of the bedrooms was great. The pool was fantastic and with its surrounding patio furniture we were spoilt for choice. The views from the cottage were breath taking, and managed to see an eagle or two flying in the distance, amazing! I would definately recommmend hiring a car as there were so many beautiful villages to visit which were 5 or 7 miles away. There was a fantastic restaurant 100 yards down the road from the cottage which was lovely and the supermarkets were very close by also. The owners parents were very friendly and helpful and made us feel safe and at home. The security and privacy was excellent in this area and i would definately recommend it to family and friends, a perfect place to stay for visiting nearby historical sights, including the wonderful city of Lucca, a definate must see, filled with history and beauty, we would definately return to Castelvecchio, and only a stones throw anyway from Pisa airport we were very satisfied with our choice of holiday, we would go back in a minute! :-)

Schönes Haus mit großem Pool und gepflegtem Garten

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Pool und gepflegtem Garten. Parkmöglichkeit unter einem Carport. Von den Vermietern die direkt daneben wohnen bekommt man quasi nichts mit. Sehr gute Pizzeria in direkter Nähe.

Petit havre de paix en Toscane

Location très agréable entourée d’un magnifique jardin très bien entretenu. Propriétaires très discrets qui nous ont laissé la jouissance de la piscine tout au long du séjour. Belle piscine. La location aurait mérité un nettoyage plus approfondie à notre arrivée ( toiles d’araignée). A prėvoir aussi plus de couverts

Superbe !

Tout était parfait. Il ne manque rien . La maison est bien située pour visiter les lieux stratégiques de la Toscane ; elle est nichée dans un écrin de verdure magnifique avec une belle piscine ! Encore un grand merci aux parents d Ariana pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Découverte de la Toscane

La propriété est très arborée, très fleurie et très bien entretenue. Un petit paradis vert. Les parents d'Arianna sont très sympathiques, toujours présents mais jamais envahissants, des gens charmants !!! Une très belle rencontre dans une très belle propriété. Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine ! La propriété est magnifique, très bien située à quelques kilomètres d’axes principaux permettant de visiter facilement la région. Je préciserais que la location, indépendante, est partagée sur le terrain avec la maison des parents d’Arianna, un couple très gentil et très très discret ! Toutefois, pour nous, qui avions notre chien, cela restait un peu stressant car nous avions peur que notre chienne de 4 mois (donc pas toujours docile et sage) dérange … Ceci dit, je recommande vivement cet endroit, la piscine est superbe ! Un petit plus pour cette location; une excellente literie, ce qui est très appréciable en vacances !!! Encore merci à Arianna et à ses parents.

Einzigartige Unterkunft mit toller Gartenanlage und Privatpool

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus 2 wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Es ist umgeben von einer top gepflegten Gartenanlage inkl. Pool. Die Anlage ist sehr viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Für das Auto gibt es einen Platz unter einem Carport auf dem gesichterten Grundstück. Obwohl die Eigentümer mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen, waren wir die Einzigen, die den Pool genutzt haben. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, standen bei Fragen immer engagiert zur Verfügung und waren tolle Gastgeber. In unserem Zeitraum haben die in anderen Rezensionen erwähnten Nachbarn keinen übermäßigen Lärm gemacht. Einzig die Sauberkeit des Ferienhauses könnte etwas besser sein. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Weiterempfehlung. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Perfekt - mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind ganz hervorragend. Toll gepflegt und ein großartiger Pool. Was aus der Beschreibung und den Fotos nicht so richtig hervorgeht: Das Haus der Vermieter ist direkt neben dem Pool, keine 10 Meter vom Ferienhaus entfernt. Allerdings ist das aus unserer Sicht völlig egal, da die Vermieter sich dermaßen stark im Hintergrund gehalten haben, dass man sie kaum gesehen hat. Gleichzeitig waren sie aber immer für Fragen da und haben sich ganz reizend gekümmert! Das ist also absolut kein Minuspunkt! Im Ort gibt es zwei nette Restaurants/Pizzerien, die mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten erreichbar sind (für Fußgänger ist das nix, da italienische Verhältnisse mit engen Straßen ohne Gehwege :-)). Ein kleiner Kiosk ist auch da - aber die nächsten Läden sind dann ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. In Lucca ist man in gut 20-25 Minuten. Einziger Minuspunkt, der leider auch schon in anderen Bewertungen steht: Die Nachbarn. Direkt nebenan ist eine Wohngemeinschaft in der recht häufig und viel (Techno-)Musik gespielt wird. Teilweise mehrere Stunden am Tag. Nicht übermäßig laut, aber halt präsent. Nachdem wir die Vermieter gebeten haben, dort einmal vorzusprechen, wurde es besser, ist aber ein Thema. Wenn man selbst redet, Musik hört oder im Pool planscht, stört es nicht besonders. Aber wer nur ruhig mit dem Buch am Pool sitzen möchte, kann da eben auch richtig Pech haben... Fazit: Tolle Vermieter, großartiger Pool, super Haus, prima Lage – und nervige Nachbarn.

Zu nah am Besitzer.....Leider sehr laute Nachbarn...

Das Ferienhaus ist schön. Leider steht in der Beschreibung nicht, dass das Haus der Besitzer nur 10 Meter entfernt steht. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend, dennoch fühlt man sich nicht unbeschwert unbeobachtet. Ich hätte das Haus nicht gemietet, wenn ich das gewusst hätte. Die Nachbarn waren sehr laut. Täglich mind. 2 Stunden laute Techno Musik .....Das war ungemein störend!

Urlaub mit Entspannung pur

Das war unser erster Urlaub in der Toskana, wir kommen wieder und würden uns freuen wenn wir dieses schöne Domizil nochmals buchen könnten. sehr ruhiges Ferienhaus, mit sehr schönem Garten und Pool, es war alles vorhanden was man zur eigenen Verpflegung braucht. Der Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus war wunderschön. Das Ferienhaus, der Pool ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Vermieter sind sehr,sehr freundlich und diskret. Eine wunderschöne Umgebung, das Haus und das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Das Ferienhaus können wir weiterempfehlen.

Endroit idéal pour vacances réussies !!

Nous avons été enchanté par cette location, dès l'entrée, un petit car port pour garder la voiture à l'ombre, un joli parc très bien entretenu avec une allée bordée de citronniers. Nous arrivons à la maison, conforme à la description, d'une propreté irréprochable, et puis la piscine avec une eau cristalline et un entretien sans faute. De plus, Mr et Mme Bindi sont d'une gentillesse rare, soucieux de notre bien-être tout en étant discret. Encore merci pour ces vacances réussies, cela fait une semaine que nous sommes rentré mais notre esprit vagabonde encore très souvent du côté de ce joli coin de Toscane. Bonjour de la Belgique: Nathalie, Dominique et les filles.
