On the ground floor, 1 master suite with its bathroom and Italian shower, 1 bedroom with its shower and sink
Upstairs; 4 bedrooms, 1 with its shower room and sink, 1 bathroom.
Nice enclosed and secure garden with swing, garden furniture, teak garden furniture (14 chairs and armchairs), sun loungers, 3 parasols and WEBER gas barbecue / plancha.

Très belle maison de famille et très confortable

Très belle maison de famille et très confortable. Merci aux propriétaires très attentionnés. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses fêtes de Noël avec nos enfants et petits-enfants. La maison est très bien équipée pour recevoir des enfants et des bébés ; la cuisine est grande et agréable à cuisiner avec tout le matériel nécessaire, vaisselle en quantité et une très grande pièce de vie. C’est une maison très agréable, meublée avec beaucoup de goût, une maison qui vit où l’on se sent bien . Les propriétaires font une grande confiance aux hôtes. Nous les remercions.

Lovely house in a great area

Great house for my family from grandparents to toddlers. Lovely beach near by. The hosts gave us a very detailed tour of the house, it felt we were very much staying in their family home rather than just a rental. Some written instructions would of been helpful too as some information could of got missed by telling different people. We also thought 1 toilet upstairs to share with potential 4 adults and 6 children was a bit of a push. There are no en-suites with toilets. Overall a lovely spacious house we could spread out it, lovely garden, play area. Thank you very much.

Superbe maison familiale à 5mn de la plage

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette belle maison familiale, claire, joliment meublée et très fonctionnelle. Accueil chaleureux d'Olivier d'Hérouville qui nous a aussi indiqué ses fournisseurs préférés.

Amazing house and location!

We were so happy to have chosen this house to spend our vacation as a family. The backyard was perfect for our children to play in; they loved the swing set. We loved sitting outside for dinner and the comfortable seats were great for relaxing. The house is better than the pictures! The house was so clean and well -maintained. The modern kitchen had everything we needed. The location was absolutely wonderful. Quick walk to the beach and park, where there is a playground and small animal park with geese, goats, etc. also mini golf right around the corner with a gorgeous ocean view. My kids loved it the area as much as we did. The city of Dinard is charming and the people are friendly. I hope we can make the trip back sometime. I was sad to leave! You won’t be disappointed if you rent this house. Olivier and Isabelle are very kind and helpful.

Toutes les pieces sont bien habillées, literie parfaite, cuisine complète, environnement très silencieux; Un endroit très bien situé pour de belles longues promenades au long de la mer. Le propriétaire est super gentil et nous a donné des bons renseignements sur la région (à visiter, magasins etc...). A pris le temps de nous accueillir chaleureusement. Petit bemol : le chauffaage de la veranda ne fonctionait pas de sorte que nous avons passés le séjour dans la pièce salon/salle-à-manger. qui est tres grande. Bonne adresse à retenir. Excellent séjour en famille -vacance de la Toussaint

Nous sommes restés 1 semaine fin Octobre dans cette très belle et grande maison toute proche de la plage du Prieuré. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée pour les personnes qui, comme nous, aiment cuisiner. L'agencement de la maison est très bien pensée pour que chacun puisse trouver son espace d'intimité. Les espaces sont clairs et agréables. Les enfants ont put profiter de la pièce de jeux. Belles balades depuis la maison. St Malo est très rapidement accessible depuis Dinard avec la navette maritime. Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

CETTE MAISON EST UN RAVISSEMENT

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille ( 9 au total dont 3 enfants et un adolescent ) dans une maison chaleureuse , confortable , très pratique grâce à la répartition des pièces extrêmement bien pensée et un équipement en rapport avec le nombre de personnes pouvant l'occuper . Les photos figurant sur le site sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité . Les propriétaires sont aimables et très attentionnés . Tout est fait pour faciliter le séjour des locataires et le rendre agréable . Nous recommandons sans hésitation .

Extraordinnaire séjour ! Superbe !

Grande qualité de la maison et de son emplacement à 200 m de la Plage du Prieuré. Superbes prestations du matériel et du mobilier . Literie neuve et très confortable. Très au calme et propriétaires adorables , nous expliquant bien tout ce qu'il y a à faire et voir dans la région.

Excellent emplacement à 200m de la plage et Dinard accessible à pied. Très bien équipée comme décrit dans l'annonce et même plus pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner. Les chambres sont bien distribuées et les salles de bains sont grandes pour la plupart. Pour les dormeurs c'est idéal, pas un bruit ! Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. À recommander. Nous y avons tous passé un excellent séjour.

Séjour parfait dans un cadre élégant

Venons de passer une semaine très agréable dans cette belle maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût: mobilier ravissant, couleurs gaies tout en restant sobres, jardin bien entretenu et savamment agencé. Pièces et chambres très spacieuses et lumineuses Propreté impeccable. Situation près de la plage et d'un mini golf. Très pratique avec enfants Les propriétaires sont charmants et prévenants et ont eu la gentillesse de laisser à notre disposition tous les jouets de leurs petits enfants. On se sent bien dans cette maison car on la sent habité par des personnes généreuses. A recommander sans aucune reserve

Maison d'architecte très bien réalisée car elle permet de profiter d'espaces communs très agréables et également de pouvoir s'isoler si vous le désirez! Location conforme à l'annonce - très beau séjour.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La maison a permis de loger les 5 adultes et les 7 enfants de manière très confortable. La villa est full équipée avec des équipements et du mobilier de qualité. Elle est d'une très grande propreté et également très bien située: au calme et à proximité de la plage. Seul petit hic : la lenteur d'internet. Merci de nous avoir permis de passer une belle semaine en famille.
