Birthday celebrations

Stayed at this lovely property in 2019, said we would be back and it did not dissapoint. The views and location of this property are hard to beat. Walking distance to shops, beach x 2, bus stop. Dulce such a great host.

Lovely villa, stunning views and great location for beaches

Fantastic! Villa is lovely and has stunning views across the Med. Dulce (the host) was superb and the welcome cake was a lovely touch. Our party of 6 included two children (13 and 9) and two grandparents (78 and 79). Our stay was 6-13 April and the weather was lovely and sunny (low 20s all week). The villa is on a headland in between two beaches (Cala del Moral and Rincon de la Victoria) - both less than 10 mins walk. The kids loved playing in the goals on the beaches. We enjoyed the views on coastal path along the rocky headland. Warning: there are quite a few steps to get from the villa down to the beaches, but this was fine for our party. The villa itself is fantastic with lots of space. It is south facing and gets the sun all day. The balcony is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the beautiful sea (we actually saw some dolphins). The area by the pool is a fantastic private sun trap with plenty of chairs and sun loungers. We enjoyed the pool, although not heated and may be too cool for some (but not for us). Downstairs has three bedrooms and a table tennis room with patio doors leading to the pool and garden. It also has a large fridge freezer which was fab for keeping the drinks cold. Upstairs has three more bedrooms, a well equipped kichen (with another large fridge freezer) and a lounge/dining room which leads out onto the large balcony. Malaga is c.20 mins away by bus and there are plenty of Ubers. Recommend this villa!!!

Great property for a lovely family get together. Good location, with easy access to local amenities, and excellent transport links to Malaga and surrounding area. Property had everything we could possible need, and catered for 9 of us comfortably. Our host Dulce was very helpful on our arrival, meaning we settled in straight away. Will definitely come back again.

Family time

Hospitable and welcoming arrival. Breathtaking view overlooking the sea. Very clean villa and grounds. Lovely to have a private pool. Fantastic villa!

The villa was perfect for our family holiday. We were a party of 12, ranging from my 81 year old mother in law to my 2 year old grandson. We all had a fabulous time! The villa was superbly equipped, we wanted for nothing. The kitchen had plenty of everything, there were loads of towels, there were plenty of sunloungers for the outdoor areas, and 5 umbrellas so that shade could be created wherever we needed it. The lovely town of Rincon de la Victoria was only a 10 minute walk away. However, this did involve going down steps. But there was an alternative walk which only took a few minutes longer, which my son and daughter in law took with the pushchair. My mother and mother in law hired mobility scooters from a local shop at a really good price, as they cannot walk far unaided, and they used the longer route to get into the town as well. There's also a good and reliable bus service into the town which only took a few minutes, and the bus stop is only 3 or 4 minutes from the villa. The local taxis are also plentiful and not expensive at all. The only small issue we had was with the air conditioning, which was timed to come on and go off each day, ad we couldn't use it outside of these times. My grandson was going to bed at 8 o'clock in the evening, and as the aircon wasn't timed to come on until 10 o'clock, his room was very hot for the first couple of hours, and this affected his ability to sleep, and we had to use a fan on him to keep him cool. But this wouldn't stop us from using this villa again. It is in a fantastic position, with great views, superbly equipped, and the owners were really nice. They were always helpful and communication was very good. They always responded promptly to any queries we had, both before we went and whilst we were there. I would highly recommend this property.

Outstanding Villa!

We were a group of 6 adults and 6 children and have just arrived back after staying at this beautiful Villa. The sea view from the balcony and poolside is stunning and we spent many hours appreciating this amazing scenery! The Villa location is excellent for supermarkets which offer delivery or is a short taxi ride away. There are also numerous lovely restaurants a short walk away. The Villa is situated between 2 beaches which offered beautiful walks in either direction. Amenities in this spacious Villa were excellent for a large group of guests with beach towels, pillows, glasses, plates etc.. in abundance! Dulce was the perfect host from communication before our trip, meet, greet and tour on arrival and even helping us to arrange a transfer to the Aquavelis Waterpark during our stay! Our children (ages 9-13) spent endless hours in the pool and enjoyed the table tennis on the ground floor. Thank you Dulce for our stay in this beautiful property! We would highly recommend!

Stunning property

Although we had done a lot of research for the property and the area we were stunned on arrival by the majestic view out over the Med. Dulce was there to greet us and she explained everything, including how to get our covid tests prior to returning to UK. She is a fantastic host - nothing is too much trouble - and she even left a few cold drinks in the fridge and gave us a lift to the supermarket shortly after our arrival. Incidentally, the supermarket is a 15 minute walk, and they will deliver, but the next day. We found the best thing was to order a taxi at the checkout - worked every time. The situation of the villa is perfect, in between Cala Del Moral and Rincon De La victoria. An easy walk to either beach and the variety of restaurants. The pool is saltwater, but the saltwater is barely noticeable. If I hadnt read it I would not have known. Overall this was the best villa we have stayed in around the Med and would definitely recommend it.

Malagas balcony- What a wonderful place

Every day We enjoyed the magical view! We were 12 friends in the house and there was plenty of room. Most of the beds were very comfortable. We are very pleased with the house and of Dulces friendly service! We highly recommend this accommodation! We would love to come back

Lightfoot/Major Family Celebration Holiday

Firstly we would like to say how good communication was with Dulce. From booking right through to greeting us at her home on our arrival. She gave us a tour of the house and when asked what time was the pool out of use in the evenings she replied "This is your home now". Dulce left us to enjoy our holiday with the knowledge we could call her with any problems. There were no problems. This property exceeded all our expectations the view was amazing actually brought tears to our eyes. Pool was used all the time as weather fantastic as was the pool. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children ranging in ages from 11 to 60 years old. The grandchildren enjoyed competitions with the adults at the table tennis. The property had everything we needed and more! The village was a short walk along coastal path and in the evening was a great place to walk with the family and locals. Two beaches to choose from pathway to the left and right both lovely but our favorite was to the right. We could catch the bus to Malaga and it only took 30 minutes, it was festival time in Malaga making it an exciting place to be. We also walked to the caves which took about 20 miniutes and worth a visit. The supermarket was in walking distance and delivered our food for 3 Euros a bargain! There is a buther,Fishmongers and bakery all worth a visit. The people in all the shops were so helpful as they had little English and we had very little Spanish. There is a market on Wednesday prices very good as it was used by mainly locals. If you are looking for a Spanish resort with very few tourist this is the place. Thank you Dulce for a wonderful holiday at your home you have thought of everything for a perfect stay. Will be definitely be going back.

Fantastic stay

We have just returned from a weeks stay in the villa. The place is fantastic! The pool and garden are just amazing for both adults and children. There was enough space in the villa so a large family could happily sit in separate areas. Views from the balcony are stunning. The bus into Malaga was also easy and is certainly worth a trip. Would love to go back one day.

A lovely property with an amazing views.

We've just returned from the property and had a lovely week. Dulce the owner was extremely pleasant and hospitable staying to greet us after our airport transfer was delayed and allowing us to return to the villa to shower before we left for our late afternoon flight and providing light refreshments. The villa was comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect and we enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony, clean pool and lovely garden.

Perfect Getaway location for big family holiday

Fantastic Villa, with incredible views of the ocean. Great Location- an easy walk to lovely restaurants and supermarket and beach. The Villa is really well set up for kids with baby gates on the stairs and plenty of shade for playing outside. The pool was brilliant and we made great use of the BBQ. Thank you Dulce for making it all so easy and letting us enjoy such a beautiful spot!

EXCELLENT FAMILY HOLIDAY

Absolutely brilliant, the property itself, the location, our host Dulce and the views from the property overlooking the sea are magnificent. Hopefully we will get the chance to return to this little gem. Restaurants and bars all within walking distance.

Amazing villa in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa far exceeded our expectations and was immaculate. Dulce was an excellent host and helped us with shopping, recommendations and even provided medical advice! The view from the villa is stunning and the location was excellent-easy access to beaches, shops and restaurants. Lots of different seating areas in the villa, there were 12 of us in our party and we never felt on top of each other. Pool kept kids busy and adults could chill out in the garden. We would highly recommend staying here and we hope to return soon.

Stunning views in a lovely villa

We were a familyof 12 staying in this gorgeous villa. The views are incredible. We would sit in the morning with our coffee and fresh croissant overlooking the water, was so peaceful. There are lots to do in the village, plenty of places to eat and drink. We found the table tennis a brilliant getaway for the kids, to get a break from the sun. I would highly recommend this villa. Dulce is extremely helpful.

Absolutely Stunning Villa

Having just got back from this beautiful villa a few days ago, I can honestly say it is one on the most picturesque locations I have stayed it. The villa was far larger than my friends and I had an anticipated with loads of space for all 11 of us to comfortable chill out and relax. The location was great for local amenities and the beach. The villa has everything you could possibly need to whilst away on holiday, with plenty of linen for swimming and bathing . The owner and her son could not have been more friendly and helpful in answering questions prior to arrival and whilst we were staying in the villa. The BBQ was one of our groups favourite features we practically used it every day! I can not recommend staying in this villa enough, honestly one of the most beautiful places I have visited and will be definitely planning a return trip in the near future. It was an incredible trip.

Fantastic Villa

This was our 4th visit to this lovely villa and we have already booked again for next year. This time we were here to celebrate my Mum's 80th birthday with 5 generations of our family. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need. The pool and surrounding areas are lovely and very well kept All towels are provided. The view and the location is fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach and any bars and restaurants. Dulce,the owner is very helpful and kind. When we have arrived on a late flight she is always happy to get basic spies in for us so that we don't need to go shopping until the following day. This time she even got a birthday cake for my Mum which was a really love touch. Also we left some CD'S behind and Dulce posted them back to the UK for us. We can't wait to return in 2017. Thank you Dulce.

Großartiges Haus mit viel Platz außen und innen.

The house offers lots of space for our 5 kids to play outside and inside. Having breakfast on the large balcony with a view of the the bay of Malaga was fantastic. The house, the pool and the garden were in good condition and the owners are extremly helpful and friendly. There is a huge living-room and a fully equipped kitchen, too. We can highly recommend this house and serioulys consider coming back.

Great villa great location

From first seeing the villa till we left was a fantastic experience. The villa owners provided us with everything we need to make our stay as hastle free as possible. As a group of 12 there were more than enough towels for our daily swims and trips to the beach and plenty spare. The kitchen is fully equipped great cooker and even a dishwasher that was a godsend with the amount of meals and snacks that were prepared through the day. The villa had plenty of space for our large party which allowed us to spread out and relax in the villa which was very comfy. Pool was very clean and as stated a pool cleaner arrived twice and even swept the yard. Villa location was fantastic very close to beach,restaurants,shopping and sightseeing. Short journey into Malaga for even more shopping and dining. Local food shops including patisseries,butchers and supermarkets were visited most days great value when not eating out at the local tapas bars and restaurants. Villa has great outdoor BBQ which we used 3 nights during our stay cooking everything from burgers to the amazing local fresh caught fish. Can't recommend this villa highly enough. Many thanks to Dulce Moron Megia and her husband for there hospitality. When I return to Malaga we will definatly book this villa if available. It's a shame you can't attach pictures to this review as on our second night at the villa we watched dolphins swimming and playing a few hundred yards out to sea from the balcony of this fantastic villa and massive shoals of anchovies swimming along the shoreline on our last day incredible sights. We had a holiday full of fantastic memories in Malaga Spain which started when we arrived at this villa.

Stunning location in a very family friendly resort

We arrived after a very long journey to be greeted by Dulce who was nothing but lovely; after inviting us in and showing us around she offered to take us and pick us up from the supermarket allowing us to do that very important first shop! (It is worth noting that at the Mercadona in Rincon deliver, we successfully managed to do two internet shops, the drivers drop off and bring the shop in for you). We had an issue with one of the showers and after phoning and speaking with her son it was sorted the next morning. As for the villa itself we felt it had everything we needed as a family of 11. The location was absoloutley beautiful, idyllic even, the balcony pool and garden looked over the sea where we regularly saw dolphins. It was peaceful and a short walk to the beach allowed the chidren to swim in sea often. The town is full of restaurants of all kinds; where everyone was family friendy and very good natured when in came to our inept use of the spanish language. Thank you Dulce for making the booking and our arrival so easy we really have had a throughly enjoyable two weeks and I will recommend to our family and friends. Regards Emma and the rest of the Jackson, Johnson squad!!
