In Tignes le Lavachet, near the slopes (100m) and shops, enjoy a warm apartment, on the top floor of a quiet residence, with an exceptional view on the slopes and the mountains.
The apartment is a 3 rooms crossing with 2 bedrooms, very well arranged, included:
- Living room : dining area, table and chairs, sideboard, sofa bed (140x190), coffee table, large storage cupboard, flate sreen TV, DVD player, large balcony with view on the slopes and Grande Motte glacier
- Fully equipped kitchen :oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4 vitroceramic hotplates, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, raclette equipment
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (160X200) , cupboard, parquet flooring, balcony with nice view on the lake and mountain
- Bedrooms 2 : 2 x 2 bunk beds, cupboard, parquet flooring, balcony with nice view on the slopes and the mountains.
- Bathroom : double vanity unit and bathtub, airdryer
- A separate toilet

Enjoy a relaxing break in a chaise longue on the balcony of the living room overlooking the Grande Motte glacier or a sunny breakfast on the balcony of the rooms with views of the mountains without any opposite. Ski lockers at the entrance of the residence (with digicode at the entrance).

The perfect month in Tignes

The place is incredible and was more than enough space for us. The kitchen was really lovely to cook in and the beds were comfy. The only thing to note is that you need to rent towels and bedding unless you bring your own. But worth it for such a great apartment and location. I would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and convenient top floor apartment with easy access to slopes and free local buses for the whole Val/ Tignes area. Nice quiet area away from main slopes but overlooking them. Well equipped for self catering but also restaurants and a Sherpa nearby. Really lovely views from two balconies at front and rear. Great to have a bath to soak in plus the washing machine came in handy as we stayed two weeks. Thoroughly recommended and we’d be happy to return.

We had a great time here with my husband and 2 teenage boys. Great location and spotless apartment.

I would say this apartment is max 6 due to sharing a bathroom- it was perfect for the 4 of us. Great views over the mountains & local shops and restaurants were good & just a short walk. We used the bus and the slop that was a short walk - both ideal for getting to the slopes. The one improvement would be on the arrival details and location of the chalet. The names didn’t come up on Google maps - it would have been useful to have the road name. We had to look at the location picture & compare with the road map. We also had to chase access details but this was only minor and Carole was very helpful with parking details. Great place and would highly recommend

Great apartment

Lovely property in a great location. Paid parking, pistes / lifts, a few good restaurants and bars, and a supermarket all within a short walk. Really well equipped and nicely appointed apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property, very well laid out, everything had be thought of from storage to cooking facilities. Bedrooms are nice and spacious. Sofa bed is easy to use and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely quiet apartment

The apartment is very nicely decorated and is very well equipped the kitchen even had a proper oven which you don’t often get in a ski apartment. We had plenty of room but there were only two of us! We slept in the quad bunk room as the double bed looked small and used the double for our luggage,/changing. Plenty of hot water although we were a little chilly as the apartment was not that warm and although you could turn radiators up you can’t control when they are on and off. The lounge area was perfect for us but would be too small for 8 people. The ski locker was fine we got four pairs of skis in but you wouldn’t be able to get any more in. Location excellent for bakers mini market etc. Not exactly ski in ski out but we managed it. Have to walk about 150 paces to a sort of piste then up a short steep section and punt along. On way back had to ski uphill/walk then onto road and 150 paces back so not like avoriaz doorstep skiing but still less hassle then faffing with bus. Bus service although was excellent throughout resort. You could use it as a ski lift really we never waited for one they just seemed to appear by magic! About 10 min walk to le Lac for the swimming pool which is free with lift pass or you can get the bus. Swimming pool excellent although obviously gets busy when it rains! We unfortunately had poor communication with owner. I think They may have had an internet difficulty or something or some sort of issue as we struggled to get details of the name of the apartment and how to get in and details of deposit which we ended up never paying anyway as the caretaker doesn’t work Sundays or Mondays and only takes cash which we didn’t have on Saturday as we hadn’t been told that’s what was needed. She said give it to her Monday but then wasn’t around. You have to see her to get into apartment when you arrive. I could t find her at first but hung around a bit and she turned up. The apartment was unlocked anyway and when we left we couldn’t find her so had to leave it unlocked. All The other reviews say comms was excellent so hopefully this was a one off and we did only book six days before going. However I would definitely stay there again if I was going back to Tignes, it is a nice apartment, the quietest I have ever stayed in 33 years of skiing!

A lot bigger than the pictures suggest.

We really liked the apartment it has an oven and cook top so great for cooking. The views were fantastic as well. The kids really liked it and we are allready talking about booking it again. The best way to get skiing is to catch the bus to the ski lifts or if your not encumbered with young children you can ski in and sort of ski out as well. We were in resort quite late in the season but there was still plenty of snow. The bedrooms are large and the lounge was big as well plenty of room for the 4 of us to knock around in.

The apartment is a really good size with stunning views from the 2 balconies. It was nice and clean on arrival and is in a great position within the resort - a couple of minutes walk to the slopes. Would definitely recommend this apartment and host.

Bel appartement situé au 4eme étage d'un immeuble à 150m des pistes, des commerces et de la navette gratuite.Idéal pour 4 à 6 personnes. Vue superbe depuis les 2 balcons, salon et chambres.Tres bien équipé en ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle.Local à skis un peu juste.

Sympa l'été

Très belles vacances, en rando la plupart du temps. Nous étions trois. Ce qui fait que nous n'avons eu aucun souci de place. Un petit peu de poussières dans la chambre double, résolu avec un petit coup d'aspirateur. Excellente literie dans la chambre double. Le sol de la cuisine méritera une petite réfection (lattes qui gondoles un peu sans doute suite à projections d'eau). La vue est superbe de la terrasse est (coté chambres). Et très sympa de la terrasse ouest (même si on voit d'abord quelques bâtiments de la station et le glacier au dessus). Parking couvert (et gratuit l'été) à 300 m de la résidence. Beaucoup d'animations estivales et de jeux autour du lac de Tignes pour ceux qui ont des enfants (pas concernés).

Grear flat with perfect location

Very well placed flat in Tignes le lac (lavachet), near supermarket, bakery and bus stop (bus each 10 minutes). We were 2 adults and 3 kids, and that was enough place. Check in and out very easy with very nice and helping contact.
