Gemütliches Zuhause in herrlicher Landschaft

Sehr schönes Haus, gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Ruhige Lage auf dem Land und traumhafte Aussicht auf das pittoreske Dorf Serrungarina und die Berge im Hintergrund. Sonnige Dachterrasse und sehr schöner Garten mit einer weiteren überdachten Terrasse für jedes Wetter. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Guter Supermarkt mit Frischfisch ganz in der Nähe. Aktivitäten: Ideal für Touren mit Gravelbike oder MTB, von leicht hügelig bis anspruchsvoll bergig ist alles möglich. Für Rennrad nicht geeignet, da Zufahrt (ca. 2-3 km vom Tal oder Dorf zum Haus) stellenweise 16% steil und in schlechtem Zustand (teils gar nicht asphaltiert). Robustes Auto ist empfehlenswert (SUV nicht erforderlich). Schöne Ausflugsziele (z.B. Urbino) oder die Küste bei Fano sind gut erreichbar.

Ruhiger, idyllischer Urlaub garantiert

Einmal vor Ort ist die Ferienwohnung wirklich idyllisch gelegen, ein schönes Bauernhäusl mit Blick auf Serrungarina und in die Ferne, absolute Ruhe. Doch die ca 1 km lange Zufahrt ist abenteuerlich und eher für SUV o.ä. geeignet, zumindest aus deutscher Sicht. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt, ringsum ist nicht viel, wir haben aber dort auch nicht die Menge an Mücken erwartet. Die Inneneinrichtung ist aus unserer Sicht zweigeteilt. Das Schlafzimmer toll mit eigenener Terrasse, der Wohnraum schön, doch Küche und Bad hätten schon besser eingerichtet sein können, aber es hat für uns gereicht. Bad mit Wanne, Duschschlauch nicht lang genug zum Duschen, Küche mit gefühlt allen Utensilien die der Vermieter nicht mehr braucht. Wenn man da Urlaub macht sollte man aber eines im Blick haben, man muss immer irgendwie wohin fahren, Supermarkt und Ristorante's schon fast ne halbe Stunde entfernt. Aber wir haben eden Urlaub genossen.

Schönes Haus

Haus und die Einrichtung ist wie beschrieben, zu ergänzen ist noch, dass an allen Türen und Fenstern Moskitonetze angebracht sind. Dies ist wirklich von Vorteil, dann bleiben diese draußen. Und da hilft nur einsprühen, Duftkerzen etc.

Kleines Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist hier genau richtig. Etwas versteckt liegt dieses geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus zwischen Olivenbäumen und Getreidefeldern. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu Dritt plus unserem Hund, der genug Auslauf in der Umgebung hatte, und hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche. Das Haus ist für 5 Personen ausgeschrieben, wofür es unserer Meinung nach etwas klein ist. Für 3-4 Personen erscheint es uns optimal. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und sehr angenehm. Wir können einen Aufenthalt also sehr empfehlen.

Alles super bis auf die Mücken

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind wunderbar. Die Einrichtung ist, wie andere schon angemerkt haben, sehr wertig und geschmackvoll, alles funktioniert bestens und es fehlt absolut an nichts. Man sollte sich allerdings vorab überlegen, wie man sich am besten gegen Mücken schützt. Ich war nach zwei Tagen so verstochen (meiner Tochter erging es ähnlich), dass wir uns lieber im Haus aufgehalten haben als auf der sehr schönen Terrasse. Die Distanz zum Meer sollte man ebenfalls nicht unterschätzen. Man braucht bei gemütlicher Fahrt ca. 45 Minuten zu den Stränden in Fano und Umgebung. Für einen reinen Badeurlaub nicht ganz optimal, aber dafür können die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber nichts.

Wonderful house with a view

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely, well decorated and cosy house. The view from the first and second floor is outstanding. A wonderful place to relax in peace and quite with the opportunity to visit nice villages and sandy beaches. Many thanks to the owner Frederique who was always there to respond to our questions and provide tips.

Ferien, wie sie sein sollten

Wir können uns den erstklassigen Beurteilungen nur anschließen. Alles schöne und gute wurde schon erwähnt. In Wirklichkeit ist es aber noch viel schöner hier. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, farblich ist alles aufeinander abgestimmt und sehr sauber. Frederique hat ihren guten Geschmack bewiesen. Wir hatten unsere MTB`s dabei und konnten vom Haus weg wunderbare Radtouren machen. Sicherlich nicht Touren mit hohem technischen Charakter, sondern Touren mit gutem Höhenprofil und wunderbaren landschaftlichen Überraschungen. Frederique ist eine wunderbare, quirlige Gastgeberin, die mit Rat und Tat Hilfe anbietet. Verständigungsprobleme gibt es bei ihr nicht, spricht sie doch mehrere Sprachen und übt sich auch gerne und gut im Deutschen. Mit ihr gibt es immer viel zu lachen. I spent together with my husband 2 weeks in this really beautiful house,. comfortabel ,clean and with all things you need for your life and that in a high quality! we had a part of the garden only for us,the owners are very friendly and diskret. From Serrungarina its very near to Cagli that we love a lot,to Urbino,Gola di Furlo and...... To the seaside you need 15 minutes by car /fano. In the surrounding are some really good restaurants,like "Da Luisa" directly in Serrungarina,excellent food!!! We will come back next year for shure !!!!to spent again a wonderful and relaxing time

Besser Geht es nicht!!!!!!!!!

wir haben gerade den perfekten urlaub verbracht!!!!!!!! perfektes Wetter,eine wunderschöne,gepflegte ,hochwertige Unterkunft ,freundliche und trotzallem diskrete vermieter!!! Im Haus ist alles was zu einem gelungenen Urlaub auf dem lande beiträgt,von der Ausstattung Geräte,Möbel,geklungener Einrichtung super Matratze ,Bettwäsche ,handtücher und all die Kleinigkeiten angefangen bei Geschirrspülmittel bis zum Wasserkocher und alles in sehr guter Qualität. der grosse garten,ie überdachte pergola und die terasse zum Sun Downer vor dem Schlafzimmer ,einfach nur grossartig!!! ,Hahn+Hühner Hund und tausende Glühwürmchen. alle Orte wie Gola di furlo,Urbino oder Cagli/berge sind in 40 Minuten locker erreichbar, das Meer bei Fano 15 minuten per Auto. In Serrungarina direkt gibt ein ein sehr gutes Restaurant "da Luisa" und viele andere im nahen Umkreis. Wir beide,berufstätig haben wunderbar in dier Idylle ausspannen können und werden definitiv im kommenden Jahr wieder kommen. Jean Schwarz
