Fantastic location

Its a perfect location for the lake , supermarket 1 min away. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Boat trip on the sunday to bracciano and Aguilera is a must. Our dear friends live in trevignano so perfect for seeing them everyday. House perfect size . We were kept awake a few nights by dogs barking most probably being disturbed by wild boars. Its a wonderful place to visit.

Very nice break

We stayed just three nights, babysitting our 18m/o granddaughter, while her parents attended a wedding in Rome. This explains tat we di no do or see much, but a good reason to come back to enjoy the nice surroundings and culinary adventures! Andrea is a terrific host and easy to communicate with!

Fabulous stay

The view over the lake was beautiful! Andrea met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well-equipped. We had lovely weather during our stay, so sat out on the terrace most evenings and made good use of the BBQ. There is a well-stocked Carrefour within easy walk of the property, and a lakeside promenade with wonderful views, which takes you to a wide range of restaurants and cafes. We were nervous about driving into Rome so caught a train into the centre from a nearby town (Anguillara), which was easy and cheap to pre-book online, and there was free parking near to the station. There were lovely places to visit around the lake and a little further afield within an easy drive from the property. We especially enjoyed Viterbo. We had a great time and hope to return in the future.

Stunning view of lake side retreat

Enjoyed a lovely few nights after sightseeing in Rome, never tired of the amazing lakeside view and walks along the promenade. Very convenient location for supermarkets and restaurants. Excellent accommodation.

Relaxing

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. During the day there are many dogs barking, but this applies everywhere in Italy. Shopping is very close to the home. The garden is fenced so your dog has a large area to move around. The view is breathtaking and the two terraces make it possible to find shelter regardless of the weather. A really nice house to spend a holiday in.

Fabulous Lake Views

We had a lovely stay at the villa. Outside space and views of lake are fabulous. The villa is conveniently located a very short walk from the large supermarket. The lake is also within walking distance. The villa comes with a car parking space, which is great. The host, Andrea, was very helpful both before and during our stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Villa.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at Andrea's villa. It is spacious, well equipped with lovely views of the lake. It is easy to walk to the lake and the many bars and restaurants. It is a very friendly town with all you need for a true Italian experience. Andrea is attentive and very helpful. If you don't want to drive it is very easy to get the train from Rome airport to a nearby town. We would definitely return.

Our host, Andrea, was wonderful to deal with, including loaning us an umbrella when the skies turned grey. The apartment was ultra clean, had a great view of Lake Bracciano and was well-located close to town and restaurants.

Das Wetter

Andrea hat uns erfreulicherweise erwartet und mit leider notwendigen Regenschirmen vom Auto abgeholt. Überhaupt war die Kommunikation Klasse. Auch die Unterstützung - wir hatten uns eine Schraube in den Reifen eingefahren - war toll, schnell und zielführend. Hier nochmals Danke dafür. Wenn das Wetter mitgespielt hätte, wäre alles "tippitoppi"! Dann sind die Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten auf den Terrassen oder im Garten toll. See, Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Auto braucht man nur für die Ausflüge in das schöne Umland.

A beautiful villa in Trevignano Romano

The villa is large, well situated, close to the town and with a nice view on the Bracciano lake. It was clean and well appointed, and the host was very quick to respond to our queries. In summary we had a great stay and highly recommend this place. Trevignano Romano exceeded our expectations. It has beautiful walkways along the lake, good restaurants and is close to interesting places such as Calcata Vecchia, the Gelato Monte waterfalls, Sutri, etc

Traumblick über See

Einfach "Nur schön"

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage. Gelegen am Hang weht immer ein kühlender Windhauch vom See kommend. Zum See läuft man 4-5 Min., zum Zentrum ca. 10 Min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu fuß erreichbar. Tremignano ist ca 38 km von Rom sowie 35 km vom Meer entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Premium-Klasse - Wirklich außergewöhnlich!

Das Haus. Der Blick von der Terrasse bei Sonnenuntergang auf den See - unbezahlbar. Die Terrasse selbst ist sehr groß und mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Tischen, Liegestühlen, einer Chillout Couchgarnitur, sowie einem BBQ-Platz ausgestattet. Nachhaltigkeit garantiert ein System zur Mülltrennung, welches unauffällig und geruchsneutral ist. Die Küche ist mit Gaskochfeld, einem großen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, sowie der gesamten Ausstattung selbst für einen sehr ambitionierten Hobbykoch sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine sehr gute WLAN Infrastruktur und ein zusätzlicher Schreibtisch im EG ermöglichen selbst einen längeren "Workation" Aufenthalt. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, mit ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen, die Badezimmer sind groß dimensioniert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das gesamte Haus, die Terrasse und die Gartenanlage (für Hundebesitzer: vollständig umzäunt) ist sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt und das Haus ist auch bei 35°C Außentemperatur angenehm kühl. Perfekt! Der Vermieter. Man hört ihn nicht, man sieht ihn nicht, aber er ist sofort da, wenn man Unterstützung oder Hilfe benötigt. Andrea hat auf alles eine Antwort und bietet Dir seine Hilfe an! Freundlich, zuvorkommend, nett, immer gut gelaunt und mehr als hilfsbereit sind nur einige Adjektive, die Andrea beschreiben! Einfach perfekt. Die Umgebung. Ob Strand (5 Minuten zu Fuß) oder Rom (40 Minuten mit dem Auto): hier bist Du richtig! Wir würden dieses Haus bei diesem Vermieter JEDERZEIT wieder buchen. :-)

Wonderful two weeks at this house in Trevignano

This cozy 3 bed/2 bath house was PERFECT for the four of us. It was immaculately clean and just a 10 minute walk to the lake and the center of town. We used it as a home base for two weeks that included a couple of short (ie Orvieto) and not so short (Bologna) day and overnight trips. One of the beauties of the house is that the incredibly reasonable price for the beauty of the location allows you to NOT feel guilty for exploring rather than staying at home. Don't get me wrong, every time we left, we couldn't wait to get back. This town is truly magical - especially for anyone who loves to swim in a crystal clear lake-- and the location of the house made it easy to pop in and out for coffee, groceries, swims in the lake, apertifs, etc. You won't hear English spoken during the entire time you're here unless you want to. The hosts are in an adjoining house and incredibly helpful and wonderful people, but you won't see them unless you choose to; it is very private. We all highly recommend (unless you're looking at during the same weeks as us next summer, in which case I hope we book it first : ) )

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Toll sind die unterschiedlichen Terrassen. So konnten wir der Sonne ausweichen. Unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen, weil die Ebenen mit Zaun begrenzt sind. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick über die Dächer hinweg auf den See. Herzlichen Dank an unseren Vermieter, der außergewöhnlich nett ist und uns mit vielen Tipps rund um die Umgebung versorgt hat.

Everything was fine!

Alles, was man braucht.

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und perfekt für unseren Urlaub vorbereitet. Andrea ist sehr nett und hat uns auch gute Tipps für die Region gegeben. Die große Terrasse ist vor allem Abends mit Blick über den See ein Traum. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub.

That Terrace!

We just loved this villa! Nice and clean and sunny and comfortable. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home instantly. We were blown away by the huge, well furnished terrace - it is just beautiful with amazing views. After walking the ( lovely) promenade and having a late lunch on our first day we wete roasting from the brilliant sun - we got back to the house and covered terrace and it was cool and perfect and always had a nice breeze. - we could have sat there for hours with a cold glass of wine! But with that promenade and all those restaurants and the lovely lake - we had to further explore. A very short walk to the Carefour market which had everything we needed, and all those restaurants .........driving around the lake and exploring other towns which was so much fun. The house was never hot, no AC but fans provided any relief if needed and we slept very well. Andrea was the perfect host - friendly and helpful and we had a few great conversations with him - he was never intrusive in the least but there if we had any questions, etc. Andrea thank you for the delicious liquor! We were able to wrap it securely and managed to get it home - it's almost gone! Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa with us and please give our best to your mom - she is so sweet. And of course your adorable daughter! So happy we had the chance to meet her! We would highly recommend Andrea's house for a perfect stay in this lovely town. We hope to return!

Fantastisch!!

Andrea ist der netteste und gastfreundlichste Gastgeber, den wir jemals hatten! Bei der Ankunft standen Wasser und Prosecco im Kühlschrank, zwischendurch bekamen wir auch noch selbstgemachten Schnaps ( sehr lecker). Obwohl er im Erdgeschoss wohnt, sahen und hörten wir nichts von ihm , aber als wir Hilfe brauchten, war er sofort zur Stelle. Als meinem Mann das Portemonnaie in Rom gestohlen wurde, ging er mit zur Polizei und kümmerte sich um alles. Grazie mille, Andrea! Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Fotos , die Aussicht ist atemberaubend schön, der See ist perfekt zum Baden , auch für Kinder! Sauberes, warmes Wasser und es wird nicht schnell tief. We had a fantastic time in your beautiful house- Thank you for everything, Andrea! We will come back!!

Wundervoller Seeblick

Wir haben in Andreas wunderbar gelegener Villa in Trevignano Romano einen absolut tollen Urlaub verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die riesige Terasse mit den einladenden Sitzgelegenheiten und dem atemberaubenden Blick auf den schönen Bracchianosee hat es uns besonders angetan. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns mit zwei Teenagern perfekt, denn sowohl der See als auch der Ort und der Supermarkt waren fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Andrea hat uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt, die für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wichtig waren. Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und im Kühlschrank stand sogar eine Flasche Prosecco für uns. Wir werden viele schöne Erinnerungen und Eindrücke aus diesem Urlaub mitnehmen und würden sehr gerne einmal wieder kommen.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und die Kommunikation hat auch super funktioniert. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Fragen immer Tipps und Auskunft geben können. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war im Großen und ganzen ok. Eine Kaffeemaschine anstatt den Espressokannen wäre für "Nichtitaliener" vielleicht noch empfehlenswert. ;-) Alles im Allen sehr empfehlenswert auch für Kinder, da die Terrasse und auch die Schränke in der Kücher absperrbar ausgeführt sind.

Ontspannen met een uitzicht

Heel schoon en volledig ingerichte ruime woning. Wij waren de eerste week met 2 en de 2de week met 4 personen en dat was prima te doen. 6 volwassenen lijkt mij wat veel voor deze locatie maar qua slaap en buiten zit gelegenheid kan het wel. Genieten met een grote G.
