Chalet 'Fleur de Sologne' is in a residential park called of free time 'Grands Gâts ' right in the center of Sologne , at the exit of a small very typical village ' Souvigny in Sologne ' .It is edged with forest and with a splendid pond in a greenery environment with a communal arborétum. All chalets of the park are built in half-timberings in the same style, additional charm in already special environment.This park is closed to the public by a barrier with a beep, next to the home of the caretaker. It has a tennis court (profitable access), a swimming pool shared between the inhabitants (free access) and a ground of bowls(also free).The park is full of flowers, trees, grass and adjoins a splendid pond edged with forest. Around : Fishing, Golfs, horses, ball traps, walks in nature and forest, Châteaux de la Loire...

Beautiful neighborhood

the location is stunning the host is very nice and responsive but unfortunately the property has not been cleaned prior to our arival it was dusty, sticky and the toiled smelled of wee. We where very disappointed. We do travel a lot as a family and I have seen a number of properties. This one needs a deep clean . It has been advertised for a family but the indoor dining table is way to small like the water cooker for a family of 5 (and my kids are still small). I would have loved to rate it higher as the host and his daughter are very nice but the price we paid (high season ) was just way to high for the standard of this house is offering. Im not a hotel fan but I could have paid half for the 2 days in a cleaner hotel incl. Breakfast. Sorry

Pretty little wooden house, a bit cluttered, in a lovely location.

We stayed here for two nights as a change to usual mid-France hotel stop-offs, and we are glad we did. Friendly owner Patrice speaks little English but aided by Ocean and Vincent - none of whom live nearby - they made us most welcome and soon explained the basics. Everything worked fine, bar the gas oven (could not light it) and kettle (could not find an off switch!) This wooden mini house is on a park, well spaced, on the edge of forest. Easily accessed, there is secure gated parking. It's near two ponds (many carp, not big but lots of them - fishing ticket just 5euro at local shop). Souvigny village is a short 10 minute walk. It's really quaint, with a church at heart of a lawned square - we saw a wedding on Saturday afternoon! There are two places to eat, a good small patisserie and small store (beware some stuff is out of date, but it's worth going into). The village brocante is a find too...a musty/dusty Aladdin's cave of tons of old stuff, run by a friendly old lady who had just taken in two orphaned tiny kittens...aah! Thanks Patrice & co, we enjoyed our stay.

Un vrai havre de paix

Après un très bon accueil, nous avons passé 5 jours au calme dans ce joli petit chalet. Très beau jardin arboré. La residence, située près de deux lacs, propose une belle piscine et un cour de tennis. Nos deux chiens étaient les bienvenus et ont profité des deux paniers mis gentiment à notre disposition. Le chalet dispose d'une machine à laver et d'un lave-vaisselle. Les chambres à l'étage sont très agréables. La literie tres bonne. Un rafraichissement des ustensiles de cuisine (vaisselle, robinet), de la salle de bain et du sol serait à prévoir, pour agrémenter la location. Nous avons visité les châteaux de la région. Merci aux propriétaires .

Des hôtes très compréhensifs !!!

Suite à une panne de voiture le rendez-vous de prise des clés a été repoussé de 3h par nous-même et les hôtes ont été très compréhensifs et nous ont attendu malgré notre fort retard. Mille merci, le logement était en tout point comme annoncé, rien à dire. Parfait!!!!

Logement simple et fonctionnel

Logement loué pour les Championnats de France d’équitation, la proximité avec le Parc Fédéral (15 min en voiture) est très appréciable. Le calme de la résidence n’était pas négligeable après une longue journée bruyante. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas profiter des structures sur place, pourquoi pas une prochaine fois. Un chalet du bonheur

Un immense merci.... Grace à ces personnes, leur gentillesse jai pu passer un magnifiques sejour avec ma famille. Des personnes en Or ! Je recommande ce chalet, mais surtout ces personnes. Merci a vous encore pour ce cadeau....il as permit de faire rever moi et ma famille. Jamais nous nous n'oublirons ce chalet.

Leuke plek met mooie tuin!

Leuke en fijne plek. De tuin is erg fijn. Onze kinderen hebben echt genoten op het park. Het huisje is gedateerd, maar alles is aanwezig en werkt. Een aanrader!

Super Séjour au calme

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine au fleur de sologne avec notre bébé se 8 semaines et notre chien. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le chalet et nous avons aussi pu profiter de la grande piscine. Je recommande !

Une pause nature

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille au cœur de la Sologne. La résidence est calme, la piscine très appréciable en période caniculaire, et la balançoire et les jeux mis à disposition ont fait le bonheur de notre fils. Merci !

Bon accueil du propriétaire. Description de l'annonce (photos, équipements, environnement campagnard) tout à fait conforme à la réalité. Nos deux petits enfants et nous, nous nous sommes "éclatés" (piscine, barbecues, ballades).
