About this property

Spacious luxury apartment for rent at La Torre Golf, Roldan, Murcia.

In view of the post Covid-19, we like to reassure our guests that we have a very experienced cleaner in charge of cleaning the apartment and the bedding.
It will be exceptionally clean when you arrive.

We now have a Tourism licence for the apartment - VV.MU.3279-1. This will give security for our renters and ourselves.

The Apartment is suitable for a family or for 4 golfers.

PLEASE NOTE. There is a local charge of 70 euros to have the apartment and bedding cleaned when you leave, this is paid directly to our key holder/cleaner.

Arrival time is 16:00 unless agreed otherwise with our key holder.
Departure time is 11:00 unless agreed otherwise with our key holder.


The Apartment is on the first floor with two bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a super-king bed which can be converted into 2 3ft single beds if required. The super-king bed is large and very comfortable. A wall mounted TV is in this room.

The single beds in the second bedroom are standard 3ft wide.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

There is one bathroom with bath / shower/ washbasin / bidet and toilet

The large lounge / dining room has a sofa-bed and two easy chairs and also a dining table with 4 chairs. Also British TV, Radio / CD player, coffee table and full air conditioning.

The fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven with a hob / cooker hood/ fridge / freezer and microwave. The kitchen leads into a Utility room with a washing machine and the central heating boiler.

The Balcony has a table and four chairs with a view to the swimming pools and the Jacuzzi.

The swimming pools consist of 2 pools for adults and older children and two for younger children. There is also a jacuzzi and an infant / baby pool.
To use the pools we provide wrist bands that must be worn every time you use the pool and the communal area.
This encourages use by the owners and renters only.
There is an underground garage, with an allocated parking space for guests and a lift or stairs to the apartment.


The apartment is 5 minutes walk to the on-site Spar Supermarket , also it is a few minutes walk to the Town Centre for Restaurants and Bars.

The apartment is NOT rented to single youth groups.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment.

NO pets are allowed.

The Hotel on site is Doubletree by Hilton and can be used by visitors. There is a Restaurant which we can recommend. The Bar, Pool and Spa are for guests use for a charge.

La Torre Resort is suitable for Golfers or non-golfers.

The resort is in the Murcia Region of south east Spain. La Torre Resort is a good base to explore the Region of Murcia or just to relax. It is set in well maintained landscaped gardens. The 18 hole Golf Course was designed by Jack Nicklaus.
The Golf clubhouse is open to everyone. It has a bar and restaurants there to use.
There is 24 hour security at the site, making it a very safe site for everyone

Facilities include Floodlit tennis courts and Padel tennis courts also there is outdoor gym equipment, Petanque and Table tennis tables.

The resort is 20 minutes away from the lovely sandy beaches of the Mar Menor with its warm and shallow water being ideal for children. The beaches of Lo Pagan, Santiago de la Ribera and Los Alcazares are worth a visit.

Corvera Airport (MLU) is only 18 minutes drive from the resort with car hire available (recommended) or taxi, available at the airport.
There is also an Airport bus service that runs from La Torre. Info at http://interbus.es
The nearest train stations are Balsicas or Torre Pacheco if you wish to explore further.

La Torre is also 20 minutes drive away from Murcia City the capital of the Region which is great for shopping and has a beautiful Cathedral to visit, with many other interesting buildings.

The nearest port is Cartagena with an amazing Castle overlooking the city, a Marina with lots of cafes and is also good for shopping. Cartagena is about 45 minutes drive from the apartment.
The village of Roldan nearby has Supermarkets, Restaurants & Bars, about 3k drive from the back gate of La Torre. You will find restauratnt recommendations in the apartment along with other travel information.

Short stay in La Torre

Our stay was lovely, the apartment was close to the resort supermarket, bars and restaurants so everything was at hand. Facilities are great, apartment lovely and overlooked the 2 pools.

Great place to stay

First time staying on La torre golf It didn’t disappoint great communication from Norman reply’s quickly to all your queries. Lorna the key holder was ever so helpful and such a lovely lady! I had a few great nights down at o’leary’s with the other golfers and residents I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Only a 5 minute walk unless you get lost like me . 🤦🏼‍♂️

Lovely apartment

Spent a lovely few days on La Torre, the apartment was spotlessly clean and Lorna did a great job with getting keys to me on time. It’s a close walk to town and supermarket so perfectly positioned over looking the pool. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was very nice clean and had everything you could want when away on a break we chose to eat out I forgot to take my driving licence so had to really on taxes witch was a bit of pain but my overall experience was good the amenities were close a little on the expensive side but for relaxing you won’t beat it if your reading this you won’t find a better apartment then this one having seen some of the other peoples who we meet and dined with please note this is my view and and im quite a fussy person I would happily stay again I would like to say thanks Norman for the loan of your beautiful apartment

Apartment was perfect for our requirements. We had our 18 month grandson with us. Travel cot and highchair already waiting for him. Lovely position overlooking spacious pool which never became crowded and our little grandson could stand in the little pool and walk around which he loved. Apartment very clean and well equipped. Lorna the key holder very helpful and Mr and Mrs Norman very helpful before during and after visit. Would recommend. LA Torre is a nice resort.

What a great holiday!

We have recently returned from a wonderful 10 day holiday at the apartment in La Torre. Before arriving I thought that it was near to the golf course - but I didn't realise that you actually walk to the clubhouse! It's a fantastic set up with such a range of shops, bars and restaurants on site that you wouldn't have to leave the complex if you didn't want to get in the car during your stay. The apartment is great - exactly as described - spotless on arrival - and very well equipped with everything you could need for a self catering holiday - plus additional bonuses of things for the beach like sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also a great book selection to choose from. We tended to alternate our days during our break - one day we would lie by the fantastic pool - the next day we would go to one of the nearby beaches. The same applied to the evenings - we'd stay on site one night - and then venture off to a local restaurant the next. Rose and Norman had left a book full of suggestions/recommendations which was really informative and helpful. If you are looking for a great holiday that caters for everyone's needs, then I couldn't recommend this apartment strongly enough. We've already booked our return visit in June next year - I think that says it all! - although we've made it 2 weeks for our next trip, as we had such a great time

Excellent apartment spotless clean.

A very well equipped apartment benefitting from the afternoon sun. An excellent resort that is in the middle of a makeover. Hotel now open again and great future plans. The cleaning by Lorna was second to none.

Perfect Apartment for Spanish Getaway

The Apartment was perfect for our holiday. It was very clean and well maintained, in a great location (30 mins from the Airport) and very easy to get to. The Apartment has two good sized bedrooms (each with Air Con) with lots of storage. The bathroom was very clean, the shower over the bath was great as it meant we could bath our Son as well as have showers to cool down after the hot days. Living Room was huge and has very comfy sofas as well as a dining table. We got a lot of use out of this as we chose to cook most nights we were there. The Kitchen has everything you need and all the appliances have instructions just in case you need them. The Apartment had everything we needed for our holiday and the location of the Apartment within the complex was perfect; you overlook the swimming pools from the balcony. Lovely to sit back and relax with a book. Swimming pools were well maintained and staff ensure that only people staying on site have access. There are two big pools and two baby pools and the jacuzzi (we made use of all of them). The Apartment has sun-beds that we were able to take down to the pool for some sunbathing in the Spanish sun. We travelled with our 9 month old baby and the owners provided for a travel cot and a high chair. We found the Apartment to be very child friendly and never had any worries whilst there. On site, there are a number of nice restaurants are bars. We can recommend the Italian. Great food, very friendly staff and everyone was very accommodating with the little one. Also on site was a lovely Ice Cream shop (which we visited more than once) and a Tapas Restaurant which we unfortunately didn't get time to visit but had a very tasty looking menu. We went to a couple of the local beaches and shopping malls and they were very easy to find and definitely with visiting. Safe to say we are interested in booking again next year. Its made our Son's first holiday a lot less stressful, having such a great apartment.

Beautiful apartment

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days in June. The apartment was beautifully laid out with everything you needed for a comfortable stay including air con and TV and underground allocated parking with a lift. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the lovely gardens and swimming pool.The resort is well equipped with swimming pools, restaurants,supermarket, etc. all within a leisurely stroll from the apartment.The resort location is ideal for exploring far and wide, and is very close to the Mar Menor. The owners provided excellent service and information about the area. I would definitely go again.

Fantastic apartment we had a great fortnight away

The apartment was lovely and clean when we arrived and was better equipped than we've had before. They're was enough sun beds and beach chairs which we hadnt had with other apartments before. The kitchen was well equipped too. We could pack a picnic for the beach with the coolbag and there were cards, books and activities. Information pack was informative on places to go and where to eat. The key holder was efficient and owners communicated well with us so all together we had a lovely fortnight. Thank you for a relaxed holiday would definately book again

Perfect for families

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks in August/September 2016. It is very comfortable with everything we needed for us and our two young children, including air conditioning, Wifi and British TV. It is ideally located for the swimming pool and other amenities are close by. La Torre has a supermarket, bars and restaurants and is also a good base to explore the Mar Menor with its child friendly beaches.

Ideal location lovely owners

We have stayed here twice in recent years. As a family of 4 with two sons (15 and 11) the location is ideal with two well patrolled pools and many nice local facilities. Los Alcazares is a short drive away with its excellent restaurants. The apartment is clean and kitted out with all you need, and the owners have always been super helpful providing plenty of insight into how to make the most of this holiday region.

La casa está ubicada a unos 30 min de cualquier punto de interés (Murcia, Cartagena; playas). Urbanizacion cerrada con supermercado y algún bar. La encargada de la casa un encanto y muy pendiente de todo. La casa completa en cuanto a equipación doméstica pero mal mantenida (aire acondicionado no funciona; no tiene toldo en la terraza con sol de tarde,?persianas rotas…etc). Aseguran que lo solventarán. Si es así el apartamento y el precio son correctos.!

We bought the apartment in 2007 as a holiday home to take advantage of the beautiful weather in the Murcia region of Spain.
We hope that everyone staying in the apartment enjoys it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

The property is situated on Phase 9 of La Torre Golf Resort at the centre of the site, very close to all the amenities that are available.
The site is well looked after and secure, having a Supermarket, Restaurants and Bars all within walking distance. We are also very close to La Torre golf clubhouse and bar.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is in the centre of the site. It has excellent views of the nearby pools and jacuzzi from the Balcony.
Tennis and Padel tennis courts are available to hire. The Golf course is well used and kept in an excellent condition. There is an external table tennis table within our area. Bats/balls for tennis/table tennis are available in the apartment.
