Séjour plutôt agréable

Propriétaires d’une très grande gentillesse et merci à eux pour leur disponibilité Déçu du logement , nécessite un bon coup de rafraîchissement et de nettoyage surtout les placards et la vaisselle, j’ai du tout désinfecter à notre arrivée Grosse tache d’urine sur le matelas canapé lit Pas d’oreillers dans le logement sauf les coussins du canapé lit ( sales et tachés) La vue est très belle et face a la mer comme indiqué sur les avis précédents sur lesquels je me suis appuyée pour choisir ce logement mais le vis à vis n’a pas été précisé dans l’annonce ni sur les photos de toute l’aile gauche du bâtiment ( tout le monde se voit en face à face ) Sinon Bien situé et loin du bruit LE PARKING , une horreur!!!!!!! trouver une place au minimum en 40 minutes dans la chaleur c’est juste épouvantable surtout qu’on a du à plusieurs reprises se garer loin du logement Le petit plus est la Clim Globalement passable mais je n’y reviendrai pas

Erg slechte ervaring

Onze verblijf viel enorm tegen, het huisje bleek bij aankomst enorm uitgeleefd, vloertegels allemaal gebarsten, koelkast-oven-wasmachine zijn allemaal dusdanig oud dat de koelkast bijvoorbeeld de hele nacht te horen is en daardoor de nachtrust niet mogelijk is. Het klepje van de vriezer is kapot waardoor je verse eetproducten bevriezen en hierdoor vaker uit eten moet. Er is ons toegezegd dat er altijd wel een parkeerplaats is, dat is dus niet het geval. Over het algemeen heb ik de auto op 10 min lopen moeten parkeren omdat alles in de buurt vol was, daar kunnen deze mensen niks aan doen maar dan moet je daar wel eerlijk over zijn. Achteraf proberen ze nog een rekening op de huurders te verhalen van de elektriciteit kosten, dit staat nergens op de site bij VBRO en is dus ook NIET bekend tijdens de boeking, maar de verhuurders proberen achteraf dus nog een rekening te incasseren. Wij hebben het hele huisjes netjes opgeleverd, we hebben alles gedweild en buiten gewacht totdat alles droog was, de verhuurder kwam binnen en zei; good, good met een duimpje omhoog. Eenmaal thuisgekomen hebben ze een rekening toegevoegd aan ons account voor schoonmaakkosten, het huisje was bij aankomst absoluut niet zo netjes en schoon als bij de oplevering toen wij weer naar huis gingen. De glazen die in de kast stonden waren voor een groot deel kapot, wij hebben zelf nieuwe glazen moeten kopen en deze hebben wij achtergelaten.

Très agréable séjour à Canet avec un emplacement idéal à deux pas de la plage qui sont très propres, la climatisation est un avantage considérable quand il fait très chaud, animation toutes proches pour les sorties du soir. L’appartement ne manque de rien niveau équipement.

Appartement très agréable, fonctionnelle, très propre. Les restaurants, boulangerie, épicerie sont à quelques mètres de la résidence. Pas besoin de bouger la voiture. Appartement face à la mer. Du balcon, il y a une très belle vue....pas de route à traverser, on a un accès direct à la plage. La propriétaire est très disponible. Tous les lundis, il y a un grand marché avec produits locaux et autres commerçants. La région est magnifique et vaut la peine d'être visité. L'Espagne est à quelque kilomètres. Je recommande cette location à mes amis, ma famille. Le dépaysement est totale...
