Ideally located 800 m from the beach, on a 1000 m2 plot in a quiet area, this house restored with modern tones and zen colors can accommodate a family of 6 to 8 people. It has a swimming pool heated from April to October with security cover. 3 bedrooms including a master suite on the first floor, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The house is fully equipped, sheets, towels and tea towels are provided; beach towels are to be brought.

Nice house

The house and pool are great, close to lovely surf beach etc Annick the owner is really lovely and helpful but our stay was ruined by mosquitoes. You need to pack repellent! Unless we were just unlucky… Annick provided some coils and plug-ins.

Great Autumn Break

Excellent stay at 'ma petite folie'. Easy and speedy communication and support from our host and great location for exploring the coastline. Heated pool was much appreciated in October and sunny days enabled us to still enjoy the terrace. Bikes on site were good fun, though with the time of year there is very little open in the area so a car was necessary..

Perfect Getaway

I simply can’t fault this property! The location is ideal...in a quiet street but only a short walk to both the beach and the main village area. Perfect for morning walks to get the croissants! The checkin process was straightforward and contact with the owners and their rep was easy and response was fast. The house itself was the perfect size for us (a family of 5) with all the things we needed for our stay, including beach towels, a great bbq and some adult sized bikes. The pool was shaded during the few hours from late morning to around 4.30pm but in the heat this was exactly what we needed. It was a perfect temperature too...our 8 year old practically lived in it and has perfected his crawl now! The owners were especially considerate of us during the week and came over to add an extra shade to the patio area when the temperature reached the high 30’s! The house doesn’t have a/c but there is enough shade on different sides of the house to manage the heat in the house well. The Labenne-Ocean area is ideal as a base to travel to both Bordeaux to the north and San Sebastián to the south, each being places we had wanted to visit. We wouldn’t hesitate in going back to the same house again in the future!

Stunning villa, peaceful location, great!

This was our first holiday in Les Landes and we were completely new and unfamiliar with the area. We chose the villa due to the pool, the two bathrooms and it's proximity to the beach. We fell in love with the area and returned to Les Landes in 2014! Unfortunately the house was already booked! The villa is stunning! It appears to be brand new, and was presented in a very clean, fresh state. The bedrooms are large, the beds comfortable. The upstairs bedroom feels like a pent-house suite, facing onto a large roof terrace over-looking the pool. There are electric shutters on all the bedroom windows, so the morning sun can be blocked out leaving you to sleep late peacefully! The bathrooms are great. There is a large family bathroom with walk in shower and bath downstairs and an ensuite shower to the bedroom upstairs. The kitchen is small, but modern and functional. There's plenty of storage space and all the equipment you need. The living room is basic, but fine, there's a large LCD TV and a single large sofa. The pool is visible from most angles in the garden, including the eating-area, so it felt very safe with our two young children running around. However, the garden and pool are shaded by large trees, so the pool was fresh to say the least. The white sun loungers by the pool are very very relaxing. The villa is set within a very quiet residential part of Labenne Ocean, away from the holiday villages. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. It's a short drive (less than 20 minutes) to Capbreton and Hossegor, where we spent most of our beach days. The owner of the house is lovely. She lives just round the corner and should you need her she would be there to help. Other than check-in and out, we didn't see her all holiday because we had no issues at all during our stay. But, we did accidentally leave a couple of personal items behind, which we picked up from her one whole year later - great service!! I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family, with the warning of the cold pool!

Un super WE de Pâques à l’Ocean

Super séjour en famille

Jolie maison avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Vélos à disposition, terrain de boules, jeux de société , piscine chauffée.A proximité de commerces, restaurants, activités nautiques pour les enfants , plage à 800 m. Proche de sentiers pour de belles promenades pédestres ou à vélos. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires et leur discrétion (tout en restant à l’écoute si besoin).
