Great place to stay

The description and the photos were accurate. A beautiful view of the sea and the rock. We enjoyed the walks along the cliff edge.

Lovely position....super Pool....clean & tidy.....TV a problem Very comfortable Beds & Furniture inside & out. Parking a bit tricky if using a Large vehicle. Host ( David ) was very helpful regarding most issues. Would be happy to return in future Anthony Brookes & Gang

We had a lovely family holiday, our grandsons loved the pool. View from first floor balcony excellent. No plastic cups provided for round the pool area , but was able to buy some from supermarket, with children felt these were important. Only 3 mugs provided, but cups and saucers, plates etc plentiful. Overall enjoyed the Villa/holiday

Excellent choice of property

7night stay was excellent,located 5 mins from town by car/taxi (€10) Living accommodation was fine with all amenities Pool was excellent and cleaned twice a week Local restaurants were cheap and provided first class food Only complaint was you’re required to vacate the property by 10am and they we’re knocking at the door at 08:30 to start cleaning. All in all a thoroughly nice vacation

Things to note. Pool is on lower level accessed from the driveway. Towels are not provided and there is some noise from the road during the day. However. Great location, easy walk down to beach and bars, restaurants. Large pool with sun loungers. Some shaded areas. Fantastic views. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Despite the rain Very happy with our stay

Perfect villa and location

Perfect property, perfect place. Very clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave. The view each morning was just lovely. Asked for food and water to be left for arrival as it was the early hours and this wasn’t a problem. Will definitely book again. Thank you for the best stay!.

Peace, privacy, pool and a perfect view.

The owner Teresa was there to greet us and we were made welcome from the start. We felt it was our home for a month. It was clean and everything was provided... including hand sanitiser and face masks (in case we didn't have our own). We felt very safe holidaying in Spain in this property. When we saw the view from the balcony it exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed that changing view from sunrise to sunset.

Beautiful place to stay.

Lovely villa little bit dated but was very clean had everything we wanted.Lovely pool would have been even better if it was heated was far to cold.Beautiful views and you need a car.We would definatly return if it had a heated pool.Overall a Lovely place to stay.

Fabulous holiday!!

We stayed at Calpe with our family. Such a lovely villa and the owner Teresa Jorda and her son David were so friendly! The broken plug in the bath was fixed very quickly and the high chair and cot provided for our grandson was excellent quality! The pool was perfect and the facilities great! We will definitely come back. Great area, great villa and fab weather!!!

The owners were very helpful. The place itself is quite remote so a car would be advisable. Shops and nightlife some distance away but for a nice quiet holiday I would certainly recommend staying here Regards Robert and Margarida

Great time.

Had a fantastic time. Super villa and the pool is perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival and although the interior is quite dated it didn't matter. Had a few minor problems with the electricity which cut out on a regular basis (few times most evenings on average) but a flick of a switch outside put things right. It would have been nice to have some sort of file/journal to explain such things as we did have to track down the owner on night 1 to find out. There is one excellent place nearby for dinner (Oceana club) but we only found it towards the end of the holiday so some direction from the owners on where to go would have been helpful too. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely recommend.

The villa was as describe...

The villa was as described with beautiful views of the sea a joy to waken up each morning to wonderful surroundings. It was very clean and the aircon was great not too noisy. Pool was lovely and was cleaned a couple of times a week. The only problem we experienced was that towels are not provided at this villa, not even hand towels in the bathrooms which we found very unusual normally the only towels you need to pack are your beach towels. But the owner kindly provided us with 6 towels when we asked about this, it did actually state this in the contract (but I hadn't noticed it) Also no-one changed the bed linen and there was no spare sheets we just washed and dryed them and put back on the beds though this was not a problem really, but may be for some people. The area was very quiet even though there was a main road nearby we hardly noticed the traffic at all.It was quite a distance into Calpe centre but there was a bus stop which took about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. There was a coastly pathway nearby which led to the beach with numerous restauants. All and all we did have lovely time at this villa and would go back again.

Heerlijke vakantie villa

Heel aardige eigenaar en zeer behulpzaam geweest met een ongeval van mijn man. Goed uitgerust huis met heerlijk zwembad en buitenterras. Boven en bij het zwembad. Mooi uitzicht op de zee. Sinaasappel en citroenbomen in de tuin voor gebruik. Dicht bij Calpe en toch rustige omgeving. In de periode van verblijf was het vrij rustig op de doorlopende weg Calpe, Moraira die onderaan het huis loopt.

Heel aangenaam huis in Calpe

Heel fijn huis om in te verblijven. Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Groot zwembad met ligbedden en schaduwplekken, fijne loggia op de 1e verdieping met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee en de rots (Ifach). Ruime kamers met airco, horren en goede bedden. Top!

Amazing house in Calp

This house is everything the pictures show it to be! Location is great but the excellent layout, fully stocked kitchen and awesome swimming pool made our trip perfect! Highly recommend

Prachtig huis met zwembad en zeezicht

Heerlijke genoten van het zwembad met ruim terras voorzien van ligbedden. Keuken is van alles voorzien. Een auto is wel aan te raden. Veel leuke strandjes in de buurt. Oude stad is ook de moeite waard om heen te gaan. Olala was ons favorieten restarabt

Merinäköala, uima-allas ja kävelymatka rannalle, loistava yhdistelmä! Hyvät sängyt ja mainio grilli lisäsivät huvilan nautittavuutta. Kannattaa huomioida, että talo ei tarjoa mitään ekstraa, vaan kaikki mausteet suolasta lähtien, astianpesukoneen pesutabletit ja jopa roskapussit on hankittava itse. Vuodevaatteet on talon puolesta, pyyhkeet saa vuokrattua kysyttäessä. Vietimme ihanan viikon Calpessa, tähän taloon voisimme tulla uudestaakin.

Maison agréable et piscine incroyable !

Location de deux semaines. Maison agréable située à quelques centaines de mètres de la première crique et d'un sentier côtier (belles balades en perspective), mais en bord de route (circulation dense parfois). Bien qu'il faille sortir de la maison pour accéder à la piscine, cette contrainte est vite oubliée tant sa taille est plus que décente. Des soucis de filtre les deux derniers jours nous ont privé de baignade. Theresa est réactive et disponible. C'est agréable.
