Former fishing captain's house offering large volumes between Etretat (12 km) and Fecamp (6 km) in a family seaside resort. Yport is a coastal village with its pebble beach, its small beaching port, its restaurants and shops, where the cliffs evoke the framework of Etretat in more intimate.
Small garden to the south with barbecue and garden furniture, dining room and living room with fireplace, winter garden, 5 bedrooms and 3 showers a bathtub 4 toilets. Baby equipment 2 beds 2 high chairs baths.
Many free parking nearby. All trips and errands can be done on foot or by bicycle. The beach is 400 m away and easily accessible.
For more relaxation a private sauna for 6 people is available free of charge in the house. Many facilities for your comfort: internet, dishwasher, washing machine dryer (the rental of linens, sheets and towels is extra namely 17 euros per person for sheets and towels end of stay cleaning is also optional at the price of 95 euros.

Characterful property

A large, rambling house in a pleasant village. Plenty of room for a large family. We enjoyed our stay. The single beds were comfortable, the doubles not so much. The kitche would benefit from a declutter. And there are a lot of narrow winding stairs. But overall its a great holiday home.

Lovely time with friends

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in this warm and slightly quirky (in a good way) property. Nice location and a lovely fish restaurant and bar (Le Nautique) just down the road.

A captain's house for a wonderful seaside sojourn

We stayed in the lovely small seaside of Yport that had all the requisite facilities and a pleasant beach which eas not too busy, The house had 4 bedrooms plus an additional room with a bunkbed and its mezzanine with a double and 2 singles. Altogether it was cabapble of sleeping 14 people comfortably. The house has retained its original featrures and as a bonus has a small courtyard winter garden. Out front, in the garden, we had a bbq several times. With the geach only about 5 minutes away past the baker and the shop, there was no real need for a car which we parked in the car park opposite the house. With its ample bathroom/shower, there was no queues in the morning apart from the queue at the bakers for croissants.

The property was sufficient for our needs one suggestion would be to have a welcome pack in different languages with instructions on how to work cooker and sauna. The sauna was brilliant when we worked out how to work it.

Super séjour en bord de mer!

La maison est effectivement très typique, très bien située, à 5 min à pieds du bord de mer et des commerces. Grandes chambres agréables et parfaites pour un séjour en famille avec enfants. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour malgré le manque de propreté de l'hébergement (pas mal de choses collantes, grasses dans la cuisine / la vaisselle).

Maison parfaite à 400m de la plage

La maison est très ancienne (XIXème siècle) avec un plan intérieur très intéressant. Nombreux couchages, toilettes et salle de bain/douche. Tout le monde était content. Yport est très proche de Fecamp et Etretat et a 5 km du vélo rail des Loges qui permet en s’amusant de rejoindre Etretat sans les soucis de parking

Schönes verschachteltes Haus

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und hilfreich. Das Haus hat Charme, an manchen Ecken dürfte es aber etwas renoviert werden. Leicht feucht war es im Erdgeschoss. Wichtig ist zu sagen, dass man sich als Gruppe mit maximaler Belegung gut kennen sollte, da zb der Raum im Dach für 4 Personen und das Kinderzimmer nicht durch Tür getrennt.

Belle maison très bien placée

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour à Yport chez Pierre. La maison est spacieuse avec beaucoup de couchages. Yport est une jolie station balnéaire avec les commerces essentiels à proximité. Nous craignions de trouver difficilement des places mais au final avec un peu de ruse, tout s’est bien déroulé. Pierre nous a bien aiguillé et a été très réactif concernant des précisions sur la maison. Je recommande cette location.

Bon week-end Yport

Nous avons apprécié la maison pour son originalité,elle est atypique. Il y a de tout (lave vaisselle seche linge, lave linge,le sauna super. Nous avons apprécié les salles de bain comme nous etions 9. Il y a une grande piece de vie.C est tres près du centre d yport avec sa petite plage et son casino...en négatif, il y a les places qui sont payantes nous avions 3 voitures donc assez durs de se garer a proximité de la maison. Merci la commune.petite cour devant un peu négligée, dommage. Certains points à ameliorer comme pour les personnes agees assez compliquees a grimper les escaliers pour acceder aux chambres.

Large family house 5 minutes walk from the beach.

This large house easily accomodates up to 12 people ideal for 3 generations of my family. Located in the small coastal town of Yport it is close to a number of good restaurants and the larger towns of Fecamp and Etretat.

C'est une belle maison en bord de mer, agréable pour passer des moments à plusieurs. En bonne état et pratique. Le contact avec le propriétaire était facile et fluide. Je suis ravi de mon séjour là bas comme les 11 autres personnes qui m'accompagnaient.

Séjour agréable entre amis avec enfants

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits le week-end du 14 juillet 2023. La maison est tout confort: spacieuse, literie correcte, tout le nécessaire sur place, notamment pour les bébés. Le sauna a été beaucoup apprécié ! La maison est idéalement située, à 5/10min à pieds de la plage, et de toutes les commodités. Le gérant répond très vite aux messages, et sait se rendre disponible en cas de besoin; également très flexible sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ,ce qui a été très appréciable. Seuls points négatifs: Il aurait été bon de préciser au moment de la réservation que les draps et les serviettes étaient en supplément (12€/pers pour les draps et 4€/pers les serviettes). Aussi, le ménage est assez approximatif (toiles d’araignées, micro onde et évacuations de douches et baignoire difficiles). Nous avons en résumé passé un bon séjour dans une maison de charme typique, tout le monde repartira avec de bons souvenirs.

Un séjour en groupe vraiment parfait !

Nous sommes restés un week-end et le seul bémol à été que c’était trop court!!! La maison est vraiment top, de la place pour tout le monde et une table accueillante pour se retrouver à chaque repas, le tout décoré avec goût. Très proche de la mer et des supérettes Nous reviendrons dès que possible !

Charmantes und gut eingerichtetes Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Dad Haus ist individuell mit charme eingerichtet und enthält alles für eine große Gruppe. Die Lage ist gut, also nah zum Strand und zur Ortsmitte. Temporär ist etwas viel Verkehr auf der Straße, aber gestört hat der uns jetzt im Winter nicht.
