Perfectly located villa, with an overlooking view on the sea and a wide green area. Entirely redecorated in 2008. New terraces, new bathrooms updated during las years. Villa is extremely well equipped with complete kitchen and accessories.
Near access to shops, beach, tourist spots.
Villa has a private pool what gets sun all day around.
High level of garden has a well-maintained lawn with mediterranean plants all around. The low level of the garden gathers numerous fruit trees of southern régions (orange, lemon, peach, figs, banana, grapes).
Sheets and towels are on option to be managed directly with the owner. Cost is € 25.00/person and will be paid 14 days prior arrival.

We had a fantastic stay, the property is looked after to an excellent standard, Gaetan was so easy to communicate with and helped to make our stay as good as it could be. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Summer holiday

Lovely villa, very spacious. Pool was fabulous. Only recommendation would be air conditioning as weather was extremely hot making it difficult to sleep at night.

villa on the outskirts of Cagnes Sur Mer

A beautiful and quiet property on the outskirts of Cagnes Sur mer. This was perfect for the family and would definitely stay again. The only downside is it's proximity to the local town. You have to hire a vehicle which is easy to do and once you have one the villa is easy to reach. The owner was easy to deal with and checked in to make sure everything was alright. Would recommend this peaceful villa.

Lovely villa. Beautiful pool and gardens. Exceptionally well equipped. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Stunning views. Helpful, friendly owner. A pity there were only 2 toilets for 4 bedrooms. It could have been a bit cleaner in corners and under things in the villa. The pillows are a bit old and worn and some of the mattress protectors were stained, even though they had been washed (they need replacing!). But overall a fabulous week in a wonderful place! Thank you.

Two young families sharing

Overall a very nice experience in a beautiful secluded villa with great view. Great pool and very useful that owner provided pool fence to protect little ones. Kitchen was well equipped. Essential to have a car as location is not walking distance from anything. Although this means it's quiet and secluded which is a plus. There are supermarkets etc within 8min drive. Villa is quite hard to keep cool in summer heat as no air con and two of the provided fans didn't work. So worth considering with children. Almost everything in villa was working properly otherwise. Overall it was very enjoyable. Many thanks

Our stay in Cagnes sur Mer

Lovely property. Only 2 toilets between 8 is a bit of an issue. Owner should perhaps highlight that a car is essential as it is a long way to shops/restaurants/bus stops. Spare bbq gas bottle would be nice as we ran out day1. Overall , great value.

Stunning villa in a stunning location

We've just had a fantastic week at this villa. The facilities are first class, it's really safe for children and the hillside location is stunning. Also, the owner, Gaetan, is a pleasure to deal with and made our stay a very enjoyable one!

Stunning villa with stunning views

This is a beautiful villa, very well equipped and well maintained. I spent a week here at Easter with my 3 children (16,13 & 10) and a friend & her daughter (13). We all really enjoyed it and spent a lot of time in and around the pool. Given the ages of the children the free wifi was a great bonus! Our slight mistake was not to have hired a car before we came as it is quite a walk to the supermarket, with quite a climb on the way back! At the same time though, given the great weather we had, this oversight also made for a very relaxing holiday as we lazed around on the terrace. The train ride along to Antibes & further is lovely with views along the coastline. Given the peaceful location it's handy to know there's a local pizza delivery restaurant too. I would recommend booking a taxi/minibus transfer in advance as I paid 50euros from the airport whereas my friend paid 30euros. On our return journey I booked a minibus online for all of us> This was a chauffeur driven, spotlessly clean Mercedes, which dropped us at separate terminals & only cost 35 euros! We're all hoping to return next Easter. It's a fabulous place!

Holidays for cycling

It was all great, starting with communication to the house. I have never had such a well-equipped house. Location is great for excursions to Nice or the National Park. everything was clean and we were more than satisfied.

Nous étions tous très contents - l’endroit est magique , la vue superbe - tout est beau et calme.et très bien équipé il ne manque rien. Le propriétaire est charmant et nous a bien guidés. Pour que tout soit parfait . Nous suggérons une rampe pour descendre à la piscine , la deuxième , troisième et quatrième sont plus profondes ( pas pour handicapés ou personnes plus âgées - trip de marches Séjour réussi. Wunderschönes Haus in den Bergen

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in den Bergen von Nizza. Mit eigenem Auto sind Geschäfte und Restaurants gut erreichbar. Bei starker Hitze wäre eine Klimaanlage vorteilhaft. Ventilatoren sind für mehrere Räume vorhanden. Tolles gepflegtes Haus mit Pool. Hervorragend für einen Familienurlaub. Très belle villa. Très calme voiture nécessaire pour se déplacer. Un peu loin de la plage si jeunes enfants. Point négatif : L’usure et la propreté des draps (tâche, cheveux, trous) est à revoir. Ce n’est à la hauteur du tarif demandé. Dommage aucune compréhension du propriétaire concernant ce souci.

En trevlig vecka

Vi (5 vuxna o 2 barn) hade en underbar vecka i Cagnes sur mer. Huset hade gott om plats både ute o inne för samvaro. Välutrustat kök. Ligger lite avsides men det fungerade bra att nyttja kollektivtrafiken ( 15 min promenad till bussen). Många trevliga utflykter blev det.

Great stay!

The house is very well equipped (especially if you like to cook!) and spotlessly clean. Ideally located (close to shopping centers, beaches, airport) and in a calm and quiet neighborhood. We had a very good communication with the owner who gave us very clear indications. Would highly recommend for a family vacation or a stay with friends, the four bedrooms and the bathrooms are well organised so that everyone can have their private space. You can enjoy the garden and pool with a very nice view. Would definitely come back again!

Belle vacance de fin d'année

Nous avons passé une belle periode après Noël et fêté la fin de l'année à la maison avec nos amis. La maison est bien orienté au soleil, spacieuse et trés bien organisé. Beau dehors et piscine pour l'été.
