Brand new apartment, completely renovated.. Located in a very quiet private urbanization, with gardens, swimming pools and solarium. It has a 60 m2 private terrace and a furnished covered porch. Sunny all day. Decreasing prices according to the stay. All facilities. Nice decoration. Satellite TV with international channels. Free high speed Wi-Fi.
With an ideal location, in a beautiful and quiet urbanization with gardens, swimming pools and solarium.
A 3-minute walk from the beach and ten minutes from Puerto Marina, where there are many day and night activities. Bus stop at the door of the urbanization, supermarket 50 meters away, beach 150 meters away on foot. Enjoy the great Paseo Marítimo de la Carihuela with its shops, restaurants, etc...

Excellent Property

Terrific apartment and very well equipped, it is a little tired in places but is very comfortable. Great location, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach front, shops, restaurants and bars and a great wee hotel next door if you don’t fancy venturing! Good pool but disappointing it’s not accessible from 3pm - 5pm, at a time you’d really want to use it! Ainoa was a Great host, very friendly and welcoming- communication was great and nothing was too much bother - highly recommend!

Fabulous apartment.

Fantastic apartment in a suberb location. The large, furnished terrace was perfect for sunbathing, drinking with nibbles and dining in the candle light. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of utensils. The lovely hosts, who were always on hand if needed,left us toiletries, plenty of towels and a welcome pack. They also arranged our taxi to the airport. We would highly recommend this apartment and area.

Location, location, location.

Perfectly situated able to easily walk to resort centres of Torremolinos Benamadina, Aldi on doorstep, train station close opening up rest of Del Sol days out. Apt a little dated but more than comfortable and massive sun terrace. Special mention for onsite property management from Michelle from checking us in/out when suited us to information and arranging taxis no stresses or dramas throughout stay. Would have no hesitation recommending this property or returning to👍

Great little place

We had a great time staying in this apartment. Balcony was huge and enough for our needs. Inside was clean and the little extras etc were much appreciated after our delayed late flight. Special thanks to Michelle who goes above and beyond, (even ordering our departure taxi for us) and the host who was quick to respond to any messages. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a cheap, relaxing place in the sun. If you want an ultra modern apartment then this might not be for you but it met our needs perfectly. The only thing that would have improved our stay was to of had the tv working (it said the signal was too weak) but who watches much tv on holiday?

The terrace is very spacious and a good variety of seating areas (sunbeds, sofas and table and chairs). Very close to the beach and bars, although there is a slight hill to get back to the apartment. So close to aldi which is great. The welcome pack was a lovely touch! Espcially after travelling all morning. Thank you Michelle!

Great Break. The host/ manager of this apt will make or break this apt.

Small ,very compact with everything you require. the rap round balcony makes it as many many apt/hotels do not get sun in the afternoon.

Fabulous Christmas break

My husband and myself have just come back from renting this little gem...all we wanted for the wk ...although it may not be up to date with interior ..it was clean,had everything we needed the balcony was great for sunbathing... drying washing or just watching the world go by...so close to Aldi ..and surprisingly other smaller supermarkets as we discovered walking down different roads ...only a few blocks from the beach and sea front... it's up hill on the way back so bare that in mind but it's only 10 to 15 mins away ..Michelle who met us is a wonderful lady who helped with anything you wanted or needed so thanks to Michelle..she made it so much more relaxing too ...hope this helps ☺️🙌

Great Apartment

This is an excellent apartment in a great location for La Carihuela and the surrounding area. Lots of outdoor space and very well equipped accommodation. Great communication from the property owners and the Michelle who looks after the apartment. Really, really helpful> Would certainly use again.

Great apartment in a great location

Spotlessly clean, well equipped, proper bath sheets instead of the usual postage stamp towels! Huge wrap around terrace and just a few minutes to the beach. Michelle was very helpful and easy to contact. Can’t think of any negatives! Definitely would book again.

Ideal location close to beach and restaurants

Had good communication with the owners prior to our arrival and were met at the property on the day of our arrival. It is a clean, functional and secure property with a wrap around balcony which is the big plus when comparing this apartment with similar sized properties. It benefits from a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine and a good array of kitchen utensils It is a short walk to the beach and to the local shops and restaurants. Also has the advantage of bus stops very close by which provide transport links to other resorts including Malaga. We enjoyed a week at the apartment and fully intend making a return visit when time allows

Great appartment not too big not too small.15 min walk either way you have torromolinos or benalmadena.A nice option to have for bars and restaurants . Michelle who manages appartment is a fantastic gave us great advice on anything we needed.Nothing was too much for her(Thankyou Michelle)

Fantastic Apartment

Lovely huge wrap around terrace with sun all day, with sun loungers and seating. Spacious bright apartment with everything you need and well equipped kitchen. Hosts Julia Maria and Jose where fantastic and responded by text to any queries we had before arrival. Also booked us a taxi to airport when leaving. Thank you for the lovely gifts you left on arrival (wine, biscuits, milk, water and juice). It was a great start to a brilliant holiday in your apartment. Great location to walk into both Torremolinos and Benalmadena Marina. Close to lots off bars and restaurants but very quiet and not over looked. Would definitely stay again

Great location . apartment had everything that was required and a bit more but could do with a little upgrading in the bathroom and the bed frame requires replacing as it’s it’s quite squeaky but I believe a new one has been ordered

Christmas holidays

Just got back from a lovely holiday , the apartment was absolutely beautiful lovely,clean and had everything you possibly need, the outside terrace was lovely in the sun all day and very private , the weather was great all week , Julia arranged our early morning taxi so we didn’t have worry about finding one so early in the morning, it was waiting outside the apartment on time, we can’t wait to go there again in the summer, I would highly recommend

Fantastic wrap around balcony with sun all day

The apartment is a short stroll from Carihuela seafront with many bars, restaurants & shops. This is an area we’ve been visiting for over 30 years & the first time we’ve stayed in an apartment rather than a hotel. We will definitely do so again. Only slight downside were the roadworks in the main road near the apartment which were a bit noisy & dusty at times. Hopefully they will be finished soon.
