Fantastic property

We stayed in Raf's apartment for 15 days over Xmas & the New Year and were very comfortable there. The kitchen is fully equipped, the shower great and slept like babies in the bed. The position is perfect, we have stayed in the village many times and the view from the apartment was one of the best we have had. Communication with Raf was easy and fast, thank you so much for that. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We chose this location for its proximity to Vidamar Resort for a family wedding in Salgados. The apartment is located on the third floor accessible via a lift in a quiet residential block within easy walk of the beach, with a grocery store nearby and a good choice of restaurants and cafes/bars within walking distance. We had hired a car and there was plenty of parking outside the block. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped and the balcony has views to the sea and neighbouring Armacao de Pera. We enjoyed many long walks along Gale beach and would recommend it to others. Raphael kept in touch via WhatsApp and was a helpful and considerate host.

Perfect Stay at an amazing apartment

In the centre of town. Parking was simple and explained well. The apartment was fully equipped with a washing machine so we could refresh our clothes. Dogs were welcome and cared for. Thanks Santos for a great stay :)

Perfect stay

Raphael and Ray were perfect hosts , the apartment was warm and comfortable , equipped with everything I needed for my weeks stay , it is within easy walking distance to the beach , supermarket and several restaurants , would definitely return , special thanks to Ray for great communication snd coming to my rescue when I locked myself out 😊

Excellent location

We stayed here for 6 weeks and really enjoyed it. Rafael and Ray were very friendly and helpful. The problems we had were sorted very quickly. New television and aircon works very well. The beach is 15 minutes by foot, the walks around the area are really good. There are a couple of eateries within walking distance and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. We will return.

Nice apartment - terrible location

Property perfectly acceptable (ish). Very cold, even during day, owner claimed air conditioning remote was broken and was getting fixed, (aye right) replaced it with an oil filled heater, totally inadequet. Apartment in complex in middle of nowhere. DEFINITELY need a car. Only one bar/restaurant/supermarket within walking distance. Had originally booked for 5 week stey, couldn't standing & left a week early.

Ideal para umas férias tranquilas

Esta foi a segunda vez que ficamos alojados neste apartamento e, tal como da primeira vez, ficamos positivamente impressionados. O apartamento é excelente, fica a 5 minutos da praia, numa zona muito calma. Para quem quiser mais agitação, Albufeira ou Armação de Pêra fica logo ao lado. Este é já o nosso local de passagem obrigatório.

The property is fantastic, very well located .

We stayed for one week in May in this apartment. It was our first time in Salgados and we absolutely loved it! The apartment was 1st class, modern and with everything we needed. It had a lovely balcony where we had our meals and watched the beautiful sunset. Raphael, the owner, was extremely helpful and he left us a bottle of chilled wine which was most welcome and a wonderful thought! The area was quite, the beach was fantastic, the area absolutely beautiful with a wonderful lagoon and plenty of wildlife (birds). We enjoyed our walks, a little golf, some nice meals and had a fantastic break. Highly recommend it and we certainly will think about staying there in the future.

Great flat all conveniences at an amazing location

We were very happy to stay at this flat with all modcons and enjoyed lovely times on the terrace at Sunset and also for breakfast, listening to the breaking waves afar. The most amazing wide beach is only 5 min walk and there is plenty to do and see nearby. I really recommend it !!!

The apartment is exactly like in the photos, very well located, near different beaches and with sea view. It has all the needed furniture and home appliances. Very comfortable and cozy. Additionally, Mr Rafael is extremely nice and helpful. Strongly recommend!

Very good property, well located and decorated!

If someone is looking for a small apartment, with one bedroom, near the beach, with a nice view from the ocean and in a quiet neighbourhood, this is the one! We liked a lot, the apartment has every thing you might need for a nice vacations, in one of the most beautiful beach in Algarve. Definitely we will came back! And this will be always one of the houses that will consider in our next holidays. Thank you Rafael for your sympathy!

Wonderful Short Break

Lovely apartment with a very welcoming service from the owner, Raphael. Te apartment was modern ad clean with everything and more provided.I had a wonderful relaxing time being just a stones throw away from the beach and golf course. Piece of paradise!

Amazing place! Everything was working properly in the flat and the balcony with the sea view was just amazing and relaxing. The flat is very well decorated and well equipped. Very clean as well. We loved the cafe downstairs and the walkings along the beach which is only 2 minutes away from the flat. The location is easy to reach and you feel very safe around the area. Rafael organised everything properly so we didn't have to worry about collection and return of keys and etc. that was so nice! I strongly recommend this flat for the location, the people and the flat itself. I am definitely coming back! O apartanento é lindo bem decorado e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Gostamos muito da praia, do café que fica ligo abaixo do apartamento e também do restaurante. O proprietário foi muito bom e organizou tudo perfeitamente para a coleta e entrega das chaves. Tudo limpinho e gostoso. Recomendo 100% Em breve voltaremos porque foi a melhor estadia que tivemos no Algarve:-) Obrigada sr. Rafael

Très belles vacances

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances idéales. L appartement est situé au bon endroit pour visiter l algarve. Il est a mi endroit des principales villes et loin du tumulte touristique. Merci Raphael pou vos conseils. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Zona residencial muy tranquila. Se va andando a la playa pero para cualquier otra cosa es necesario coche. El anuncio y las fotos no reflejaban la realidad. Faltaban algunas cosas básicas. En cualquier caso, relación calidad precio correcta.

Salgados February 2024

This apartment had all the amenities that we needed. The bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We did not rent a car and managed to navigate the bus system to get around or we used Bolt ride service. We enjoyed the long walks along the boardwalk and the beach. Because it was February, many restaurants were closed and there were no crowds. Even with few people, the complex was noisey at times.
