Our family's second stay at this property and it was every bit as good as the first. Lovely property near a beautiful village. The pool is wonderful. Communication with Claire, the owner, was perfect. Would recommend this property without hesitation.

Arrigny August holiday.

2nd visit, last one in 2019 before CV. Excellent accomodation and excellent local facilities a short walk away. We all really enjoyed it and the pool was essential as we were blessed with 3 hot days 32-34 C. Would happily book again.

Overall a really lovely week. Claire was most helpful and dealt with a small issue regarding the pool very efficiently (it didn't prevent our using the pool). The property was spacious and having fans in every room was very welcome.

Une belle maison, dans un joli petite village

La maison était charmante et avait beaucoup de choses pour rendre notre séjour confortable. Nous avons apprécié utiliser la piscine. Le village est paisible et possède une belle boulangerie et une pizzeria ainsi qu'un bar. Claire nous a attendu, malgré notre trajet plus long que prévu, répondant à toutes nos questions. Cela a été apprécié. Nous avons eu un problème d'électricité suite à un orage, mais le père de Claire est venu tout de suite et l'a résolu pour nous. Rien n'était trop leur demander Merci

Perfect

Very straightforward and professional. Communication with Claire was incredibly quick via email. The house was immaculate with all high end appliances. (Miele/weber) We stayed in August and were caught out by the high volume of biting insects but Overall a very enjoyable holiday - Just Perfect - I would recommend in a heart beat - 5Stars.

A little gem in this beautiful part of France

A really lovely house, with great facilities and a super pool, in a very nice, quiet village. We were welcomed by the owner's father, who was delightful. The weather was sunny and hot during our stay so meant we made maximum use of the heated pool. The house itself is large, clean, tidy and well maintained and well equipped with lots of extras. The bedrooms are very nice especially the fourth bedroom, with ensuite. There were fans in each bedroom which were very useful in the heat. An initial issue regarding use of the fourth bedroom was quickly resolved by the owner. We enjoyed visiting the surrounding towns and the lakes, which are not far away, and there is a very nice pottery across the road, a boulangerie a few minutes along the road in the village centre, where there is also a restaurant and place to buy pizzas and crepes. Overall this house is a little gem in this beautiful part of France, in a lovely village and we would have no hesitation booking again, if we come back this way in the future.

Wonderful house and pool.

This is a beautiful house in a quiet location. The house was large and spotless, the pool was warm and the garden was larger than expected. Very friendly owners who were helpful in every way. The village bread shop is fantastic and there is a pottery just across the road. We swam in the lake which is just a mile or two up the road and visited Disneyland Paris, approx 2.5 hrs away. You do need a car in this part of the world, although there are many bikes in the garage! This was a great holiday and I'd highly recommend a visit.

Very relaxing - a stunning house and a lovely pool

Lovely and relaxing week - this is a super house with lots of rustic charm, very well equipped with everything you need, comfortable and very clean. The garden is a good size and private and the pool was excellent - warm and with an easy to operate cover and having a gas bbq was so easy!! A friendly welcome from Mr H who showed us around and kindly left his contact number should we need anything during our stay. We loved the pool and it was great having the bikes for a ride around the lake. Several supermarkets about 15 mins drive away in Vitry - but there is a boulangerie within walking distance in Arrigny for your daily baguettes! Champagne houses about 25 mins or so drive - if you don't want to venture too far ( from the pool !). A great place to relax.

Fêtes de fin d'année

Logement tout à fait fonctionnel et bien chauffé. Espace totalement suffisant pour 10-12 personnes sans se marcher dessus.Période des fêtes de fin d'année pas exceptionnelle pour le lac du Der qui était à moitié vide, mais vu les températures et la météo, ce n'était pas le plus important.Un grand merci pour la mise à disposition du logement :)

Heerlijk huis met ruime tuin en fijn zwembad. In de keuken is alles aanwezig en goede BBQ. Sommige bedden hebben wel een nieuwe matras nodig. Beetje ver van alles vandaag, maar in het dorpje wel een heerlijke bakker!

Great house with pool

We have enjoyed our 1-week family vacation here very much. Very nice house with pool and large garden. Perfect for children. Very quiet (except for 4-6 overflights of French Army fighter jets stationed pretty close to the house for training flights. This was quite loud almost every day, but is due to the location and just for a few seconds. Out 3yo was also fascinated by that.) Otherwise everything top.

Parfait endroit pour un moment convivial

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement le temps d’un long week-end entre amis et c’était parfait! La maison est très confortable, disposant d’un grand jardin et d’une superbe piscine. Nous avons également pu profiter de matériel mis à disposition tel que le barbecue ou les vélos. En somme, un super moment!

Authentieke woning,zoals op de foto’s

Huis is wat afgeleefd...het zwembad was oud en de binnenkant van het zwembad was vuil,helemaal bruin.Zwembad is wel verwarmd,wat toch een meerwaarde is !Rol van het zwembad was ook zeer vuil.Volgens de papa ging het zwembad vernieuwd worden,wat een zeer goede zaak is!Ligstoelen aan het zwembad zijn volledig versleten en zijn ook niet echt ligstoelen,het zijn eerder gewone stoelen,wat niet echt comfortabel zit. Dit is ook echt een bewoond huis,geen vakantiehuis,wat voor ons een vreemd gevoel gaf,wij voelden ons eerder indringers dan toeristen.Overal hangen foto’s,prive spullen,kasten in de keuken zitten overvol... Huis is identiek als op de foto’s,zeer rustig gelegen ook en zeer stil.Ligt vlakbij het meer,wat echt zeer mooi is.In het dorpje zelf,is er niks te beleven,behalve 1 terras,maar daar zit je helemaal alleen.Als je een drukker terrasje wil doen,moet je al 20km rijden Voor wie rust wil en geen drukte,is dit een perfect huis

La maison est très fonctionnelle, c est notre seconde visite et nous y reviendrons ! Pour un week end entre amis dépaysement garanti balade en vélo piscine le temps s est arrêté pour quelques jours nous avons adoré le calme et la proximité de tout !
