Lovely villa

Villa Cuadra was an ideal choice for us and exceeded expectations in that the owners are continually looking for ways to improve the experience of their guests and the actual villa is better than the online photos. The location is ideal, being within walking distance of the port but very peaceful and with lovely views. The villa is well equipped with everything you might need, David is at the other end of the phone and Antonio, his father, lives next door and is easily contactable for help and advice. All in all a fab holiday and would be happy to return.

Lovely location

We had a lovely stay at the Villa and were impressed with the cleanliness and facilities. It was very close to the centre of Port de Pollenca which was easy to walk to. The only problem we encountered was with the cot for our 8 month old. One night part of the cot collapsed and our daughter fell out but luckily wasn’t hurt. Our host was very good and sourced us another cot quickly but we would recommend that the original cot be replaced as we think it is no longer fit for purpose.

La Cuadra June 2023

Our family of 5 (all over 18) had a lovely time at David’s villa. Plenty indoor and outdoor space plus the pool and ping pong and all an easy 15 min walk to Puerta de Pollensa down residential roads. David and his father were great hosts with lots of restaurant and trip recommendations and cleaning the pool daily. All in all, we would highly recommend La Cuadra. Thankyou!!

Fabulous villa!

We stayed at this fantastic villa last week. It was spotless both inside and out. David was there to greet us despite our very late arrival and was exceptionally helpful with any questions we had. Great Villa

The villa is in a great location with spectacular views. It is well equipped and in excellent condition. The owners parents live next door and are lovely people. We had a great time and would give our experience a 5 star rating. Hope to return next year.

Amazing family stay

From booking the property through to arriving anything was so well managed. David and Catalina were welcoming and their property was well suited to our family stay. The property was very clean and tidy. The views of the hills are amazing. All our needs were catered for, from a high chair to cot. The facilities are great and very up to date. We will look forward to staying again!

Extended Family Holiday in August 2022

The property is as described and even better. Pool was spotless and David's Dad ensured it was kept so all of the holiday. David and his Dad could not have been more friendly and nothing was a trouble to them. Aircon in the bedrooms was very efficient and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep during very hot weather. Quiet area but only a 20 minute walk into town. Very happy with the Villa and no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Family holiday with infants.

David and his family were extremely helpful and hospitable. Staying so close by to the property gave you a feeling of safety and security as the property is it is in a quiet residential area with amazing views of the countryside and majestic mountains, quite stunning and a delight to wake up to and beautiful skies at night. The property has all the amenities you would expect and a wonderful pool area which is very clean and well maintained. I would recommend a car if you have a small family as it's about a 20-25 minute walk into the main Port of Pollensa. The photos of the property are a very fair reflection of the accommodation. We will be back next year for sure or even at the end of season :-)

Perfect place for a relaxing holiday

This house has everything you need - even a shopping trolley if you decide you want to walk to the supermarket (10 min walk). It is a quiet haven, close to the beach and pretty town Pollença. It was perfect for us. Also the owner was very helpful. The whole process went smoothly. We would definitely stay there again. In fact, we would only stay there if we visit Majorca again.

Fantastic villa

Beautifully clean villa, with very friendly hosts. The pool area is really spacious and well maintained. Inside the 3 bedrooms are all very large and it's stocked with everything you might need for self catering.

A real home from home with everything you need for a perfect holiday

Set at the back of town in the foothills of the mountain range, ideal for a quite relaxing holiday break. Assuming the weather is nice, once you have stocked up with food and drink you need never bother to leave, just lie back and relax. In our case just sit back and leave the kids to enjoy the pool. Ideal chill out venue. The villa has everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, tv, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and is fully equipped, even down to towels for the pool. Ok it's a bit of a walk to town, but even if you don't have a car taxis are reasonable and the buses go all over the island even to Cape Formentor. Highly recommended

Fantastic property. Immaculately clean.

The villa was well located a short walk from the beachfront. An hours walk took you to Cala San Vicente. The facilities were fantastic and everything we needed was provided at the villa. We would highly recommend this villa for families.

Fantastic location,lovely villa!

Perfect villa for our party of 4 adults and 2 girls aged 9 and 6.Very spacious,well furnished and complete with everything we needed.The girls loved the pool and especially the water volleyball net that Toni kindly brought over.The area was lovely and quiet with superb mountain views,yet within a pleasant stroll to the beach and local restaurants and shops so no need for car hire.The beach was perfect for children with all facilities to hand,yet it never got crowded even though it was high season.The owners were very helpful,advising us in advance of the excellent local transfer company which saved us much hassle.In all a wonderful holiday in a superb villa.

Great villa, highly recommended.

This is a great villa. It is a great size with really well designed rooms. There are three good size bedrooms, two twins and one double. The double is on-suite and the other two rooms sharing the other bathroom. There is air-conditioning units in all three bedrooms which was needed as it was pretty warm each night. The living room has a TV with satellite TV as well as a DVD player and a radio. There was a high chair and a cot if needed. The kitchen is really well equipped with plenty of tableware and cooking utensils. There is a fridge/freezer as well as oven, microwave, toaster and filter coffee machine. The best part of the villa is, without doubt, the pool area. The veranda is nicely shaded in the main heat of the day with outside table/chairs as well as other seating. The pool is a good size and gets the sun all day so warms up nicely. There’s sun loungers and umbrella’s to sunbath. In addition there’s a table tennis table and bats/balls to pass the time. The pool is very child friendly with nice steps at one end. The deep end is about five feet deep. The entire pool is visible from the veranda making it great to watch the kids from. Pool towels are provided as is all other linen. You will need towels for the beach. The villa is close to a big supermarket which is also great. It is a slight walk into the busy ‘tourist’ area where the main restaurants are so you can either stroll in/out or have a short drive to the main area. The distance from the busy area means you have absolute peace and quiet so can really relax just looking at the close by mountains. A good alternative to walking or driving would be to hire bikes - the roads in Majorca are very bike friendly and it’s pretty much flat from the villa to the sea. The villa is only a 20/30 minute talk over the hills to the fabulous beach at Cala St Vincent however this route is not suitable for buggies or small children. The owner, David, was there there when we arrived and was really helpful passing on tips and ideas. His parents live very close by and came and cleaned the pool a couple of times and made themselves available if there were any problems however they weren’t intrusive. It was nice knowing they were close by. Overall, this was a fantastic villa, really well equipped in a quiet residential area. Highly recommended.
