Perfect location in Comenar!

We loved the place, but the house is in need of some maintenance and repair. The hosts were very kind and gracious and we were grateful to have stayed there.

Limpieza inexistente, muebles viejos y rotos, menaje destrozado e insuficiente para la capacidad de la vivienda. La vivienda carece de mantenimiento ninguno, los nórdicos estaban sucios, no facilitan leña para la chimenea. En resumen nada recomendable

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, y la ducha de hidromasaje esta rota y no tiene presión con lo que dificulta mucho el ducharse en ella, por la noche hace mucho calor por que el aire acondicionado se echa mucho de menos.Por lo demas bien, colchones aceptables, zonas de la casa amplias y la piscina muy bien.

Der Schein trügt

Als erstes möchte ich die Vermieter als sehr freundlich beschreiben, jedoch wird kein English gesprochen daher auch Verständigungsprobleme. Leider versprechen die Fotos im Internet bei weiten mehr als es in Wirklichkeit aussieht. Das Haus ist abgewohnt, die Küchenschränke zerfallen sowie die Laden in den Schlafräumen.Im Internet werden 4Schlafräume und 3 Badezimmer angegeben, jedoch hatten wir 3 Schlafräume und 2 Badezimmer.Die Kücheschränke sowie das Geschirr benötigt eine ordentliche Reinigung, es wird jedoch ein Preis für die Endreinigung bezahlt. Ich persönlich bin enttäuscht und werde wieder ein Hotel buchen.

Vacance à la villa

Nous avons passé une belle semaine chez nos propriétaires. Ils nous ont accueilli gentillement et nous ont donné de bons conseils afin que nous passions un bon moment dans Madrid et ses alentours. Le quartier de la villa est calme et tranquille. Nos enfants ont adorés passer la journée dans la piscine . Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres. Pas de problème d'insectes et d'allergie. Les lits etaiet propres et confortables. Vraiment,je conseille ce villa pour tout ceux qui cherchent la tranquillité.

Muy Bien !!

Hemos disfrutado de unas estupendas vacaciones en esta villa. Dispone de todas las comodidades necesarias y se encuentra en un entorno muy tranquilo. Hemos pasado unas tranquilas tardes disfrutando del jardín y la piscina y gracias a su cercanía a Madrid , Escorial, Segovia, Ávila, Toledo etc.. también hemos podido visitar y disfrutar de los bonitos lugares que rodean Madrid. Mercedes y Agustín unas personas majísimas, muchas gracias por todo.

Schönes Haus, toller Pool, ruhige Laage

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke in Colmenar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, antworten sehr schnell auf Mails, sprechen jedoch fast kein Englisch bzw google translate tut seine Dienste ;-). Der Pool und Gartenbereich ist sehr hübsch, das Haus ist für 7 Erwachsene locker geeignet, 2 weitere können auf recht kleinen Aufklappbetten oder der Schlafcouch schlafen. Handtücher und Bettbezüge sind vor Ort.

EXCELENTE

Celebramos en la casa la Comunión de mi hijo y la casa superó con creces las expectativas.A destacar la amabilidad y flexibilidad de los propietarios. Con Mercedes y Agustín fueron todos facilidades, incluso nos prepararon la piscina y los niños pudieron disfrutar de ella toda la tarde. La casa está perfectamente limpia y equipada con menaje, electrodomésticos ropa de cama y baño... todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Y si te hace falta algo, justo cruzando la calle hay un bar para mayor comodidad. Lo dicho, perfecta para pasar un fin de semana en la sierra de Madrid-pero a solo 20 minutos de la capital- o celebrar una reunión familiar. Mercedes, Agustín, muchas gracias por todo y hasta la próxima.

Una villa preciosa, hemos disfrutado mucho de todas sus instalaciones , piscina, barbacoa, todo muy limpio y cuidado. En su jardín hemos celebrado un aniversario de boda. Los propietarios muy correctos y simpáticos. Nos gustaría volver. TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE!!. :)

"Séjour du 28/12/12 au 04...

"Séjour du 28/12/12 au 04/01/2013 Nous étions 3 couples pour passer les fêtes du jour de l’an, ce séjour a été agréable, il y a une cheminée mais nous aurions aimé pouvoir en profiter davantage (pas assez de bois) à demander en arrivant si séjour en hiver, 3 chambres au rez-de-chaussée dont une pour 1 personne et une à l’étage avec un escalier extérieur pour y accéder, la déco des chambres est sympa en accord avec le descriptif. Très beau jardin, maison située dans un endroit calme et paisible, gare à 2,5 km bien appréciable pour aller visiter à Madrid. Les équipements fonctionnent bien, il manque quelques articles ménagers mais nous en avons fait la remarque et les propriétaires attentifs au bien être de leurs locataires ne manqueront pas d’y remédier. "
