welcome to CASA TONIO villa with garden seaview and outside jacuzzi. A villa tha can house 8, for rent at Cavi di Lavagna on the Gulf of Tigullio. Located above the quaint seaside town of Cavi Borgo with its restaurants and shops, CASA TONIO is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards with spectacular view of the sea and the headland of Portofino a here 1,5 km from the seaside where guest have access to private parking. It is ideal for those looking to relax in the countryside or by the sea. After visiting one of the many interesting sights such as FIVE LANDS, PORTOFINO, CAMOGLI less than half an hour away, only 2 hours drive from MILAN, FLORENCE, an houur from PISA and 40 minuts from LUCCA and GENOA. Relax in the Jacuzzi in the garden sipping a glass of wine. CASA TONIO has a wine cellar with italian wines from fine wine growers you can choose from. The villa was finished in May 2012 the garden plants are growing. Reservetion from June 2012. We raccomend the use of a car. Possibility to rent locally assistance on arrival and trought out your stay want a real ligurian dinner on the terrace ? We can arrange it for you book on site

Relaxing Week with Family

Lovely, stylish, well equipped holiday property. Flaminia had prepared a spread of breads, meats and other nibbles, which was an unexpected welcome after our drive from Milan. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was invaluable, as the weather was so hot and we enjoyed using the hot tub, bbq and even tried the pizza oven! A great stay was had by all!

Magical Casa Tonio

Our family visited Casa Tonio July of 2018 and from the moment we drove up to the villa the charm and beauty of the home and its surroundings captured our hearts. The hosts could not have been more gracious and patient with all the questions we had for them. Flaminia and Stephano welcomed us with open arms and lots of goodies. The basket of fresh vegetables was such a treat. We also loved the quaint town of Cavi and our only disappointment is that we had to leave after only one week. We had an amazing time and will remember our trip and our stay at this wonderful place for a very long time. Thanks to the best hosts ever. You made us feel like family.

Lovely clean and well furnished property with splendid views.

Stayed at this property 9th-16th June 2018 Good location and spacious villa for eight people. Very well equipped and furnished. Flaminia could not have been more helpful and so kind of her to provide food and wine for us on arrival. Villa is well located for public transport links but a car is essential as quite away up a hill. Would return to this villa.

Beautiful

Had the most amazing time at Casa Tonio, didn't want to leave! The villa is truly stunning and Casa Tonio looks exactly like the photos. It is modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The Vila is furnished immaculately and has every appliance you need. It was truly breathtaking waking up each morning to stunning views of the sea. The flowers and outdoor seating area are istunning. The hot tub was a perfect end to a perfect day! The town of Cavi is a lovely, friendly town. Few nice restaurants, bakers and Flaminia owns a lovely boutique there. I would like to say a very big thank you to the owner of the property, Flaminia. She really is one of the most kindest, generous woman I have ever met. She had made lots of delicious aperitifs for our arrival. Her husband also made the most amazing tiramisu! Thank you so much Flaminia for making our holiday so special and can't wait to stay at your beautiful villa again some day. We were so sad to leave, just wish we had stayed longer! The house is very well organized with fresh repairing.

There are all necessary items in the kitchen. Beds are new and comfortable. There is a wonderful view to the sea. We used a lot a hydro massage bath even if the weather was quite cool. The owners are very kind and hospitable. We got a real supper on arrival and later we tried Italian home made tiramisy. On the top of the mountain you can find a wonderful church and even small zoo. It's private land, but small children will be happy to see all those animals. The supermarket is around 2-3 km to drive and there are nice restaurants in the village down the hill. I will be glad to recommend this property to my friends and family members.

Excellent !!!

We had a wonderful holiday at Casa Tonio in June. This Villa has spectacular view of the sea and olive trees. The house is very modern,comfortable and spacious. The house has very charming and beautiful terrace with jacuzzi and relax area. There you can observe a magnificent sea view. The atmosphere is very pleasant and comfortable. The house has all the modern equipment. Flaminia - the owner - was so friendly and welcoming. She was very helpful with all necessary information. The location of the Casa Tonio is very convenient regarding all the main interesting sights such as Portofino, Genoa, Five lands. We strongly recommend this splendid villa with its fantastic view. We are looking forward to come back in Casa Tonio.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, in toller Gegend.

Angefangen von dem herzlichen Empfang durch die sympathische Eigentümerin bis hin zur Betreuung vor Ort. Es war ein Traum. Das Haus ist komfortabel, sehr geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Der gepflegte Garten ist wunderschön angelegt, sogar mit einer Kräuterecke. Neben dem Haus gibt es einen Pizzaofen, den wir auch ausprobiert haben. Die Pizzen schmeckten sehr lecker. Die Lage ist toll. Der Meerblick, die umliegende Gegend einfach Grandios ! Den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse mit nicht nur einer Flasche Wein zu genießen, wird uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir alle sind uns einig. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, der leider viel zu schnell vorbei war. Wir können dieses Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank Flaminia für die schöne Zeit in der Casa Tonio. Wir (8 Personen) haben den Aufenthalt bei dir sehr genossen.

Simply Serene!

This house is seriously a dream come true. Beautiful spacious rooms, wonderful design elements and stunning views. Every detail has been thought out with care From the sweet smelling rosemary bushes outside, the rows of hillside grapes, the outdoor pizza oven, the tasteful iron work on the terraces, the contemporary fireplace, the beautiful wine cabinet, the fluffy white comforters on the beds to the marble kitchen sink..I was constantly impressed. The owners are extremely sweet and polite. They even made us a delicious dessert from apricots off their own tree! Cavi is an undiscovered treasure. We had the best food in a restaurant in town. there is a grocery store very nearby for cooking at home. The beach is perfect for families and the water was around 75 degrees F in July! Sestri, Cavi and Rapello train stations are nearby and Cinque Terre is only minutes by train. It was refreshing to be away from the tourist crowds of Cinque Terre but close enough to visit. I hope to return one day to this beautiful place. It really was absolutely heavenly.

WONDERFUL CASA ANTONIO

What a fantastic place ! we had a really warm welcome from flaminia and all her family the house is beautiful and the views stunning, there are plenty of lovely places to visit or just relaxing on the beach all good ! will be telling everyone i know to go visit asap. thanks for a great holiday.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in traumhaftem Haus

Das Haus und die Lage ist in wirklich noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Anreiseinfos waren super, Flaminia hat uns unten in Ort abgeholt und ist nur uns zum Haus gefahren. Total überrascht und riesig gefreut haben wir uns, dass wir mit einem komplett gedeckten Tisch mit allerlei Antipasti empfangen wurden. Das Haus selbst ist sehr groß, tolle helle Schlafzimmer zum Teil mit Meerblick. Alles in allem ein top ausgestattetes Haus mit liebevoller Einrichtung. Toller Garten mit großer Terrasse, Whirlpool, Pizzaofen. Flaminia gibt super Infos zur Umgebung und ist bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt - wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Unforgettable stay!

Our two families loved our stay at this beautiful home, and Flaminia is a generous and gifted host who made our arrival easy (meeting us in town to guide us). The house is well proportioned, comfortable and clean, however the views are spectacular, and well worth being a little out of town to enjoy! Would thoroughly recommend.

Incredible view

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The home is beautiful and very clean. The surroundings are beautiful and the view is incredible. It is a great location to visit Cinque Terre and Portofino and the rest of the Italian Riviera. Flaminia was a great host with great information of where to go and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Ein tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Es passte einfach alles, tolles Haus, toller Empfang (der Tisch war gedeckt und mit Antipasti und Wein konnten wir erst einmal ankommen), sehr gute Betreuung (wir haben viele Empfehlungen bekommen), der Whirlpool mit Aussicht ein Traum und am vorletzten Abend bekamen wir auch noch ein selbstgemachtes Tiramisu. Sehr zu empfehlen

Amazing holiday home

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful holiday home! Everything was super clean and tidy, and Flaminia, the owner, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, even surprising us with delicious tiramisu – a really thoughtful gesture that made our vacation extra special. Flaminia was always available via WhatsApp and gave us plenty of great tips for excursions and restaurants, which made our stay even better. We especially loved the pizza oven in the garden – a real highlight! It was also very convenient that Flaminia provided parking spaces in the village. The hot tub was wonderful, but it would have been nice if someone had come by after a few days to check the chlorine levels – that's our only small suggestion for improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would love to come back again!

Also ich kann hier keine 5Sterne vergeben: Zufahrt zum Objekt uiuiui. Fast täglich der Gärtner da. Der Pool jeden zweiten Tag ohne Chlor. Die Klima tropfte in einem Zimmer zwei Wochen lang so dass der Boden schon Schaden genommen hat. Trotz mehrmaligem Beanstanden interessierte das niemanden. Alles in allem war das Haus für den Preis zu teuer.

Tolles Haus in naturnaher Umgebung

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Wir hatte keine einzige Reklamation und konnten alles nutzen, was in der Beschreibung steht. Pool und Aussicht natürlich der Hammer. Den Umgan mit dem Pizzaofen muss man üben :-) Aber toll ist, überhaupt einen zu haben. Einziges Manko: Die Autobahn ist schon deutlich zu hören, wenn einen das stört.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Vier Freundinnen die seit über 20 Jahren jedes Jahr eine Woche Ferien verbringen. In diesen vielen Jahren haben wir noch nie eine Unterkunft wie diese gehabt. Von A bis Z alles hervorragend. Das Haus war blitzsauber, die Ausstattung in der nicht das Geringste fehlte. Speziell zu erwähnen ist die überaus freundliche Betreuung vor Ort. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter. Fantastic house with an amazing host

Our stay at the villa was spectacular. The view was absolutely amazing. The pictures just don’t do the home justice. Flamina was wonderful as well. She is very responsive and understanding. The home itself has everything you need, very clean, and has all the modern touches you kay want.

Tout simplement parfait

La villa Tonio est une magnifique villa avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Elle très spacieuse, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et tout à fait conforme à la description. Nous avons été bien acceuillis par la propriétaire qui nous avait préparé l'apéro avec des produits locaux. Durant notre séjour, elle a été très disponible pour nous recommander de jolies visites et de bons restaurants.

Schöner Urlaub in Ligurien

Wir haben Ligurien zum ersten mal besucht und waren begeistert. Unser Ferienhaus hatte eine traumhafte Lage, es war großzügig und bot die verschiedensten Möglichkeiten für gemeinsame Aktivitäten oder für einen privaten Rückzug. Das Wetter war sehr warm und sonnig, baden im Meer war eine angenehme Abkühlung. Die Restaurants vor Ort boten lokale Küche mit freundlichem und kompetenten Service. Wir haben das Raieü und das Melograno besucht und können beide empfehlen. In der Umgebung kann man einkaufen und bummeln in Sestri Levante oder Ciavari. Für Ausflüge eigenen sich Genua oder Cinque terre oder Rappalo mit Bootstrip via Portofino nach San Fruttuoso. Allen die Ligurien besuchen wollen - viel Vergnügen!
