This cottage has nine bedrooms (eight with en-suite shower rooms), consisting of two ground floor double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room), two family rooms with a double and a single bed, two twin bedrooms, a single bedroom, a double bedroom and a super king-size double bedroom. The villa also has a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room (seats 19), a sitting room with an open fire (seats 8), a second sitting room (seats 6), entrance conservatory (seats 4), a basement laundry/ drying room and a storage shed. Outside there is ample off road parking for 6 cars, lockable bike storage and an enclosed, lawned garden to the rear and a lawned garden to the front with furniture. Alvey House is a wonderful holiday base, with so much to see and do nearby.
